We are so happy we found Dee Pat Automotive for our mechanical needs and maintenance of our vehicles. We ve brought both our vehicles there numerous times and have always been treated with class and Bill and Jackie are a pleasure to work with. I feel they don t fix unnecessary items or tell you that you need things that you don t. They are very honest and we could tell from Day 1. They communicate with you every step of the way and their prices are reasonable. They do a complete run over of your vehicle when it is brought in to prepare you for things that maybe needed in the future. I ve never had to go back for items not installed properly like at previous mechanics and they will help you with anything if they can they will fix it. To top my experience off I had some expensive items that were still covered under an extended warranty and they handled the whole process with patience and ease. The back and forth with the warranty companies can make you frustrated but they handled everything accordingly saving me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Dee Pat Automotive for all your automotive needs.

At my last visit I went for my oil change and inspection. I had an appointment. I was seen on time. They are always thorough and efficient. The staff is so nice. Jackie and Bill are super friendly when you walk in. Jeff has been working on my cars for at least 10 years and I trust no one more. If you ever question anything, they will show you the problem. They never push me and I feel like all the decisions are my own which expert advice.

Went in for an oil change. Waited for car in a nice waiting area with a 4 year old. Had a basket with snacks and a coffee maker for me. Very polite staff and very reasonably priced. Did oil change checked over car and said everything looked good. I highly recommend.

Working with Jackie and Jeff is always a pleasure. They are always thorough explaining what is wrong and what you need and there are never hidden costs. We have been going to them for years and will continue bringing our cars there and recommending them to our friends and family. It's so nice to have a mechanic you can trust! Even our kids bring their cars there!

Jeff did a great job. We have a 1983 classic VW. Most shops can t do a wheel alignment on an old VW but Jeff is a wealth of automotive knowledge and did the right job !!!

Me and my family have been using Dee Pat Automotive for over 12 years now. Bill, his staff of mechanics and assistants are very good and loyal to their customers. We have been going to Awsomotive for the past 15+ years, back when they were in Mount Sinai, and have followed them here to their new location. They are professional, reliable, and above all, extremely honest. Jeff and Jackie are also super-friendly and take the time to explain everything to you. We ve had many cars over the years serviced by them when the warranties have expired, and they are totally fair when it comes to pricing. They provide you with pricing options and their professional recommendations between using aftermarket or OEM parts for repairs. They stand behind their work, and will accommodate last minute appointments as best as they can. We highly recommend them and their work and wish them continued success!

Honest, personable, great work ethic and convenient hours. I have been with Jeff and Jackie since 2017! They have helped and serviced me through 6 or 7 cars at this point. Have always tried their best to accommodate on short notice. They know what they are doing and I refer them to others with no reservations.

This is the only mechanic shop, and the only mechanics, that I genuinely trust to fix my car correctly and not rip me off in price and they deliver every single time. I have never had a single bad experience coming to this shop in my 4+ years of being serviced by them. I recommend this place to anyone I know, every time, and I would highly recommend it to anyone reading this review.

This is a Five Star Automotive repair shop and they are second to none! They treat their customers they way you want to be treated. They are reasonable, fair, and they truly care about their customers. New owners Jeff & Jackie are continuing the same high level of standard as their predecessor, Bill Dunlop. The shop is neat and clean and their mechanics are pros that do excellent work. I highly recommend Dee Pat's Awosomotive without any reservation.

I ve been going to Dee Pat for as long as I can remember . I have stayed with them because Bill was the most honest guy out there and the work was exceptional and fair . Bill has sold the shop but the service has not changed . Pats Awsomotive Auto repair still has the same excellent work, fair price and honesty that it had when it was Dee Pat . Bill has left the shop in very good hands !

We have been going to Jeff & Jackie for over 6 years when they were located in Mt. Sinai (Awesomotive). Even though they moved their business further away from our home we continue to use them because of their honest and reliable service. Dee Pat s will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best service at the best price. They have resurrected my old Prius many times. I can t recommended them enough. It feels good to know you are in good hands and aren t getting ripped off.

Jeff is the manWe towed out truck from the dealership (Smith Haven Dodge in Smithtown) because the dealership didn't know how to fix the truck after 4 month on their lot and told us to junk the truck. Jeff was the man in less than 2 weeks figured it out. The truck is running great. I highly recommend this mechanic shopFriendly staff and very honest and awesome price.I have to add Jackie was always in contact with us on the status of the truckI recommend these guys 100%Thank you Jeff and Jackie we will be back for more services

I had an amazing experience with the new owners of Dee-Pat Awsomotive company. Their customer service was outstanding. I come down from Rockland County to have my trucks serviced for the past 15 years with the past owners. The new owners understood how important I strive on reliable service, and the new owners really came through & provided exactly what I was looking for, which was that they were accommodating and responsive to my questions. I still plan on coming down to them for service on my vehicle. Good luck to you Jackie & Jeff.

Everytime I have ever brought any of my vehicles to them, they go above and beyond, really putting in the extra care and pride behind their work and business , which is hard to find these days. I can go on and on, telling all the stories of how they have fixed problems and help prevent future ones on all of my vehicles over the past years. Thank you so much you are all awesome!!!!!

5 Stars are not enough to describe Deepat. I have been bringing my vehicles there for 10 plus years. They are an invaluable asset to have, especially where we live here on Long Island we are dependent on our cars for work, errands etc. It is very important to be able to keep them running . I am always confident that I can put my trust In Deepat's that when I hand them my keys everything will be addressed professionally and i will not be taken Advantage of.

I'd give 10 Stars if I could, I am extremely Grateful and Appreciative to Jeff here at Dee Pat Automotive. I would highly recommend coming here for all your Automotive repairs. I had key and computer issues with my 08 Dodge Ram so I took it to Smith Haven Dealership 4 months ago back August to figure out the issue, Top Certified technician had no knowledge how to resolve/ repair or diagnose my vehicle, he was simply (clueless). Dealership had then told me to scrap my truck being they felt defeated and couldnt fix the problem. My truck was Towed out of Dealership to Dee Pats Automotive and honestly, it took Jeff a week to fix my truck and back on the road again. I couldn't be more Happy and Blessed for all of Jeffs effort and dedication to repairing my vehicle and putting me back on the road again. I really wish I would of came here in the first place. Dee Pats is definitely my go to for all my automotive needs and repairs. You should make them yours to.

Jackie and Jeff are honest and reliable. Been here many times and overall great experiences with my vehicle.. Would highly recommend if you need a mechanic!
