My partner and I were in the market for a new car and saw the positive reviews that this dealership had. We filled out an online form to test drive a Forester for a $50 gift card and heard from Bill within the hour. When we got to the dealership, Bill was very knowledgeable on what vehicles would fit my lifestyle/needs. He was up front with the prices and fees and was able to work with us to find the right vehicle for us at the right price. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable!

Just drove home in my new car, my first big adult purchase! I now have a lovely Subaru Crosstrek of my own, all thanks to Bill Chapman! After coming in on a busy Sunday, Bill swooped in and was super attentive to my questions, and was there will all of the answers. He worked with me through the entire process, always making sure I felt comfortable, and made every step clear and understandable. Bill is beyond personable, and makes what is a grueling process at other dealerships, a friendly exchange where I left happy and full of gratitude! Thank you so much Bill maybe we ll try to start growing Wasabi at the farm soon!

Buying a car new or pre-owned to me was always an experience that could only compare to going to the dentist. (To have a root canal done on an infected tooth). This time in dealing with the sales team at East Hills it turned out to be a great experience. No high pressure, hidden costs and a fair value for my trade in. Overall I can highly recommend to anyone that East Hills Subaru is a premier dealer worthy of your business. (Ask for Deanna she is a great sales person!)

I went in to East Hills Subaru in a bit of a pickle. I needed a new car that day, since my car pretty much died. I walked in and the first person I saw was Roseanna. She was the nicest, most accommodating salesperson I have ever dealt with. We test drove an outback and forester. I told her my car was dead and I was hoping they could do something for me. Well, they certainly did! Everything from start to finish was easy and went smooth. The entire dealership was lovely and friendly and it was the best experience Ive ever had buying a car. I was in and out in 4 hours with a brand new Forester. I love the car and the experience with them. If anyone is interested in a Subaru, please visit this dealership! You will not be disappointed!

I m very happy with the customer service I received in my recent new Forester lease with Bill Chapman and the team. He made me feel valued as a neighbor living nearby, and we worked together to create the right deal for my budget. It was a win-win. Bill took the time to ensure I was happy with my car choice which is important when you re investing in a new vehicle. He was sincere & direct. I owned my trade in car and they empathized with my nerves while I was deciding to have a payment again. If you re dreaming of a Subaru like I was for many years, check them out. I m so happy I did!! After going to a few car dealerships we returned to East Hills Subaru. One reason being we liked your cars. But the most important reason was your salesman Gerry Senatore. He knew the answers to any of our questions about the cars, he was not at all pushy, he brought out several different cars for us to test drive, and he even offered to come in on his day off if that day worked better for us. After all the paperwork was done he gave us a tour of the dealership and showed us where everything was. He then sat in the car and went over all the features. He told me if I ever had any questions that I could always stop in and he would help me. I have bought a lot of cars in my life but this time I felt that I had to buy Gerry a small gift to show him how much we appreciated his wonderful service. As far as my husband and I are concerned Gerry is an asset to East Hills Subaru and are very lucky to have him as a salesman for them. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to family and friends.

I would like to start by saying I love my Subaru Impreza Sport RS! Had a great experience at East Hills Subaru. I worked with William who was an excellent salesman. He was patient, kind and put up with all my first- time buying concerns. He never put pressure on me and allowed me to arrive at a decision with which I was comfortable. He continued to provide support to me throughout the purchase, and even post-purchase. I have have had nothing but great experiences with East Hills Subaru. Prescott worked with me on the warranty and he was equally patient and helpful. When I m ready to get another car, my plan is to go right back to East Hills and work with William again. I really trust the people there and know they have my best interest heart. You can t put a price on trust the foundation for a great business!

Such a great relaxed vibe here! Everyone was wonderful in my purchase! My salesman Gerry Senatore made me feel very comfortable in my inquiry about the model Subaru I was interested in. After the test drive I was convinced that this was the car for me! The process was made super easy including the day I picked up the car! I highly recommend East Hills of Sayville as well as my salesman Gerry! Great job everyone and I look forward to my future service of my vehicle!

Smoothest sale I ve ever had. I wanted the Ascent and Bill Chapman was my rep. No pressure, no trying to sell me extras or a more expensive model. They didn t have the color I wanted on the lot but they were able to get it for me in a few days. Bill made sure I understood how the car s features worked and even called me a few days later to see if I needed help with anything. I highly recommend Bill and East Hills Subaru!

I walked into the dealership to look around and wasn't pressured to talk to anyone. When I was ready Gerry Senatore the sales consultant greeted me and immediately showed me cars that I said I was Interested in. He offered to let me to drive the cars I was Interested in. He explained each model and trim level. Never once tried to sell me certain features i wasn't Interested in. I felt extremely comfortable dealing with Gerry. I came back the next day to purchase a 2024 Impreza.

I just leased my third Crosstrek. This time from East Hills Subaru Sayville. The sales rep, Mike Chiofalo, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient with me. I was having a hard time deciding whether I wanted another brand of car or another Subaru. He gave me the space to make my decision. He was never pushy with me. I also had the opportunity to work with Gerry and Pat. Again very knowledgeable and friendly. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone who asks about my car. They are the best!

The purchase of my new Outback was unusually smooth. My sales Representative Gerry S. Did not play games, he did not have to run to a manager every time I asked a question. The price was good, I sent Gerry a list of questions I had after my visit and he called me with every answer the next day. Good dealership.

So today I walked into East Hills Subaru, with two options to return my lease from another Subaru dealer out of state or possibly buy it out right. Amy Duryea greeted me kindly I told her my options she ran numbers. And we were able to make a deal. I appreciate Amy for not giving me the song a dance which I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. Amy was gracious and very professional. If you re in the market for Subaru, I highly recommend going to East Hill Subaru, and speaking with Amy.

This is my third Subaru (previously bought from two other dealers). What a difference a dealership and salesperson makes! I found Dominique Liccione to be exceptional, along with the other staff at East Hills. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Subaru go see her! She listened to everything I said, didn t try to steer me in a different direction and found what was best for me.

I recently went into East Hills Subaru of Sayville to lease a new Outback Wilderness and I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming staff. At no point did I feel any pressure to get something I didn't want. I told my salesperson, Sean Miller, what I was looking for and wanted, and he made it happen stress free! He was able to show me every feature the car had and taught me how everything worked! Ricky Mercado helped me out with the purchase of my Subaru. It was not as tedious as I thought buying a new car would be. He was efficient, prompt, and to the point. Made the experience all the better. A very pleasant, personable, and friendly gentleman to talk to, who allowed me to test drive the vehicle. I left the lot with a 2023 Crosstrek and have been having a blast driving it. Any questions I had about the vehicle was met with Ricky s personal knowledge about the vehicle was able to compare to other vehicles based on his personal experience in his profession. Purchased a Subaru Outback this weekend at East Hills VW Subaru in Sayville. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Dominique Liccione was our salesperson and she is amazing! Friendly, upfront, honest and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Recently I purchased a 2024 Subaru Forester Limited Edition. I was introduced to Mr. Mike Chiofalo as the Sales person. Mr. Chiofalo is the consummate professional Sales Person. Honesty, Integrity are just a Part of his Persona. There was never any pressured Sales pitch. Mike also possess a very unique skill set that is missing in so many of the people in the sales force today. Mike"LISTENS". Mike got to know us ( his customer) , asked us what we were looking for. Then he searched for my Car ( SUV). Once located, we put down a deposit on the vehicle. Mike followed up with us on a daily basis with Status until the car arrived. Mike took care of every detail of the Purchase, getting the registration, transferring of plates. A seamless operation . He sat with us on a TECHNOLOGY review of all the features. After a couple of days. Mike followed up with a phone call to see how everything was going with the new car, and if I had any question. Overall a very pleasant experience, thanks to Mike. Highly recommend , if you are considering purchasing or leasing a car, ask to see Mike Chiofalo.

If you're like me, you're a lifetime Subaru driver. Instead of calling, go straight to the East Hills Dealership and ask for Sean Miller . He is the most honest, helpful salesman who listened carefully to my needs and wants. He was able to find the exact Crosstrek I wanted and i was also able to leave with it on the very same day. Incredible! Overall the staff at East Hills are friendly and efficient.Wonderful experience

This was the best experience I ever had with a new car purchase! Totally straightforward and stress free. No haggling about MSRP, trade in value or finance options. East Hills actually got me a lower interest rate than my credit union. My monthly payments are lower than I anticipated! I had been so traumatized by other dealers' awful sales tactics with price gouging, but this dealer is totally different. Dominique made everything so easy and sale was completed quickly! I was in my new Subaru Impreza within 24 hours. I highly recommend!

Thank you to Mike & East Hills Subaru, Mike was the BEST!!! Very helpful, and kind. Gave us the time and attention we needed, never made us feel rushed or pushy ( like some other dealers) . Went over everything and answered every question we had. Working with him along with the quality of the car, made purchasing a Subaru Accent a NO Brainer. If anyone is looking into buy a Subaru Ask for Mike. You won t regret it!!!P.S. He will make you laugh too. Which is always a plus.
