Always friendly service. They are pretty prompt and give fair estimates. I never felt pressured or like I was being swindled here. Have used their services on my jeep several times. New heater core, transmission flush and filter change, brakes, oil changes and tire rotations. No complaints.

I traded in my 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk and leased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. I was very satisfied with my trade in value. Tim was able to find the model and color I wanted delivered in less than 5 days. Kathy was very friendly and made filling out the paperwork easy. Overall great service!

We bought a car there and have had problems from the second day we had it. One tire was too small, then parts started to break. Not worth the amount of money we spent and the service is awful. Every time we bring it there we get it back with more problems than we had before. Employees were talking bad about us while we were sitting in the lobby. Would NOT recommend!!

My family have been buying vehicles from there for years always shopping local, keeping the economy in SL. Recently they dropped off their truck (they bought there) for recall work and the loaner van they received was just trash. They are not picky people and don't ask for much however this van was filthy inside and out and they dealership couldn't even ensure it had fuel in it. I am positive they can treat their loyal customers a little better than this.

I took my vehicle here to be serviced for an oil change and for diagnostics for what I figured was some sort of heatercore issue. I knew it was likely to be a big job becuase of the location of the problem. The only thing I wasn't pleased with the estimate. I was given an estimate, made an appointment for the repairs and when I took it back for the repairs (still the original low estimate in my mind) the service attendant called me right away after dropping it off & told me she missed quoted me and the difference was about $450, she then asked me if I still wanted them to do the repairs... reluctantly I said yes. So why the 5 star rating... ok well I had a few moments to think and I called back to ask again why the estimate change so drastically. She was very honest and very professional she admitted it was her fault and that she is not that car savvy and has only been working there for a year and she didn't know the extent of the job that needed to be done. She assumed it would take a few hours becuase she had seen other cars have heatercore work but not to the extent of what mine needed so she went off of that not knowing it would actually be a full day job. After reviewing the information of what was being fixed and the attendant explaining her error I felt a lot better about the situation and it all made sense. They did a great job and cleaned the vehicle, I realized I should have cleaned it out a little better since they had to open up the dash and compartment areas. Anyways I was very pleased with the service, as well as the customer service. And in the end it was about $100 less than the second/accurate estimate. I was very satisfied which is why I am righting a review. I only waste my time on positive things:) I will definitely use this shop again and recommend it as well.
