I cannot recommend this dealership enough. This was our second purchase at Bill Kolb Jr Subaru and it won t be our last. I worked with Lou and he was amazing. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and he found the perfect car at my price point with more options than I could have imagined. Finance department went above and beyond too. Great experience from start to finish.

I was looking for a specific car (a 2019 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited) and I found the car I wanted was listed for sale here. I called the dealership and was connected with Bob, who helped walk me through the car buying process. I went to the dealership to test drive the car and fell in love with the way it drove. Bob was very easy to talk to and made the process easy for me. Overall, I am very happy with my new to me Legacy and hope to get many years of enjoyment out of it. Thank you to Bob and the whole team at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru for making the car buying process easy for me, will definitely return in the future!

This is the second vehicle we bought from Bill Kolb Subaru and have referred 3 people all of whom purchased vehicles from Bill Kolb. This is the only dealership we have used twice because they are really that good. We just bought a Subaru Outback with the guidance of BEN SUNNY. Ben was patient, listened to what we wanted, stayed within our price range, and most importantly was not pushy and did not waste our time. Ask for Ben! I would like to honorably mention I had a service issue with my first vehicle I bought from Subaru, a Forester and I was having an issue with service. I spoke to Mr. Abreu a manager and honored honored what was told to us and took care of us. He is the reason why we came back for a second vehicle. To have management and sales department have amazing people skills in one dealership is near impossible.

Howard Bonfield was assigned to be our salesperson. He was very professional and to the point. This is the 1st time that some was open and did not try to sell me or get me to add anything else when buying a car. I am thrilled about the car and the whole buying experience. If you are in the market for a new ride. Consider buying a Subaru from this dealer. You will be happy you did.

Had an oil and filter change done and used a coupon that cannot be beat. Services were flawless as a couple of issues were mentioned to take care of.Always pleased with service i receive there. Waiting area is always clean and comfortable and they even have a quiet waiting room.

We just purchased our second vehicle from Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. Both experiences were absolutely phenomenal. The entire buying process was very smooth and I would not consider going anywhere else. Their prices are impossible to beat, and they always have plenty of inventory available. We happily drive past two other Subaru dealerships to visit Bill Kolb. Howard (our sales associate was by far the best we have ever dealt with.Marty was equally wonderful, as was the rest of the staff). Thank you for two wonderful experiences, and we look forward to the next.

My Husband and I recently came here to trade in his old car for a newer used Subaru Legacy 2018 Limited. We had a very positive experience, that even when our deal ran longer than closing hours, they worked to help us in a timely and friendly manner. Al Cisneros is the best! Had my car serviced here today. He told me that it take 3 hours a complicated repair and it was spot on! He kept me informed. The quality of the workmanship was as usual, excellent! Thank you Bill Kolb Subaru!

First time bringing my new used 2020 Forester Limited in for a maintenance check. Also had a slow leak in my right front tire. When they realized they did not have the tire in stock, they loaned me a 2023 outback so I could get on my way. As soon as the tires arrived later in the late afternoon, they called me promptly so I could return the loaner and get my original car back before dark. Everyone was very kind and helpful, from the staff I dropped my car off with to Denise who helped me with the loaner to Stephen who notified me of what we needed to do and got back to me promptly so I could be on my way with my new tires and maintenance completed. Thank you all for your service.

i came in to buy my first car. they were really patient, let me test drive 4-5 cars, answered every single question, i didn t feel pressured or up-sold at all. i felt their prices were a bit higher than other dealerships on long island, but this one was closer to my house. they had tons of options in different price ranges and models.they were also pretty busy, every time we went in we had to meet with a different sales person because the previous one was busy.i love my new car though and am glad i can return there with more questions down the road.

Ever one is so nice. Ben Sunny who took care of me was excellent. With no time he found the car I needed and I was on my way. Bill Kolb Jr. Is a great place to get your Subaru. Even though this is my third Subaru, these guys are great.

5 Star VIP Service. Stephen was amazing, and incredibly respectful to my schedule and communication preferences. When he was not in the office, Al and Nicole did great at taking me over and keeping me up to date. A+ team. I cannot say enough good things. I would highly recommend anyone who owns a Subaru having theirs worked on at Bill Kolb Subaru.

Just purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester from Bill Kolb Jr and had an excellent car buying experience from start to finish. Ben, Connor and Marty were all great to work with and made the process simple and straightforward. Everything was exactly as it was explained from start to finish, no hidden fees, nothing extra, just great service and I walked away knowing I made a great choice. I ll be back whenever it s time for my next vehicle.

I went here a couple of days before Christmas, needing a car, but not expecting much. I must admit, they performed a Christmas miracle, and I left with the I needed. A commuter. Not the car I wanted, but the car I needed. So not a Subaru, that's for sure, lol, but a used Honda Accord coupe.I was thoroughly impressed with the laid back and professional vibes they gave. Evan Cano was my salesperson, and he was just what I needed him to be, no more, no less. He let the car sell itself, and helped me buy it with a 607 credit score, no co-signer. Obviously, the finance manager here was very good as well. I forget his name. But he was... a finance manager. He answered a bunch of questions as well, had me sign like 20 pages of documents in his office.Now, on to the juicy tidbits of why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, which I could very well come back and edit and update in the future, mind you.- I've driven the car about 2,000 miles, and it already needs a pair of brake pads (they started squeeking after a week), it's due for an oil change, and the car didn't have enough gas in it for me to make it home from the dealership.- They were offering a $250 gift card with purchase at the time, but I never received it. They asked if I wanted to take the gift card, or apply it to the car, to which I wasn't sure at first, and may have potentially confused my salesperson (my fault) about what my choice was. But I never received any receipt or documentation that the $250 gift card was applied towards the down payment, or the car's principal, thus I should've been given the gift card. I contacted my salesperson about this, and he asked me to email him so he could have his manager push it through, but here we are three weeks later, and I have not received an update. This makes me feel like I got beat for the gift card, or like maybe someone there took it.- The last car I financed was through Capital One, and I was very very happy with their service. So I got pre-approved by them, found the car I purchased through their "auto navigator" app, agreed to specific terms for this specific car with Capital One, and went with all of that info to Bill Kolb, where the car was. Now, this is a good time to say, I understand how pre-approvals work, and that they are not a guarantee. But when I got to the dealership, they financed me through Westlake Financial for a higher interest rate than Capital One agreed upon with me, and my monthly payment ended up being almost $40 more a month than I was hoping. I did inquire about this, and was told that Capital One wouldn't finance the car because it was to old. The specific car I pre-qualified for, through their app.Well.. I got an email from Capital One, wondering why I didn't finance with them. I guess I'll have to let them know, that they said the car on their auto navigator app... is to old for them to finance.So you may wonder, after all of that, 4 stars seems kind of generous, doesn't it? That's because my buying experience here, with Evan, was absolutely phenomenal. He is really good at his job, and I would love to purchase a car in the future through him. All of my little complaints are minor in the grand scheme of things, because this dealership did what some other dealerships couldn't do. That is, get me into a car I love, that I can afford, that very night, and I am so grateful for that.

The wait time here is completely unacceptable. I waited over 2 1/2 hours just for a diagnostic test, at which point they said it would be another 3 hours to complete the work. Keep in mind, I had an appointment. I will start taking my car elsewhere. The last 2 times I brought my car here, the wait time was also outrageous. 3 hours for an oil change???

Great service! Scheduled appointment; discussed known service needed with Al; service tech did vehicle inspection and recommended some additional items. I had reviewed my maintenance history and all suggestions were needed and approved. Cost detail was provided with suggested items. Very clean, spacious and comfortable customer lounge. Work completed in very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!

ZERO STARS! I have been coming here for years and driving almost an hour to get here. Now I have to write a BAD review. I will delete this once I get my refund. I was there for a full CVT fluid flush and after the service was complete hours later, I was told only half the dirty fluid was changed because we do not perform a FULL flush. We do have the proper equipment, or it was broken not sure on the excuse. Who changes only half the CVT fluid??? That's like doing half an oil change and saying car is good to go. BEWARE if you go here, you will get only half the dirty CVT fluid changed and not all 12 quarts. Now they will not give me a refund! I had to go to another dealership to get the full flush for $400 and I am out $250. Corporate is fully aware of this and will be looking into this also. I will be filing a claim with the BBB if I do not get my refund Monday.

I purchased a used Nissan sentra for my child in college 4 months ago .. The car started rattling excessively. They said the part was ordered from overseas and it still hasn't arrived . The receptionist continues to put be on hold or hang up on me.. My child's safety is my concern . The sales and service department make broken promises.. smh!

Bill Kolb Subaru Service Department has courteous and knowledgeable service advisors. The guest waiting area and bathrooms are kept meticulously. Management staff are always available.

Just bought a Subaru Forester. I had always been a Honda or Hyundai guy but the buying experience at this dealership was the best I have ever had. There was no pressure and the salesman Juan Torres was the best car salesman I have ever met. He was very knowledgeable and it was just like dealing with a friend. I also was pleasantly surprised in working with the sales manager Joe and the finance manager Marty. I am now a Subaru guy and hope to continue having a terrific relationship with these guys. I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed I felt I had to write one. If you ever need a car don't hesitate to go to Bill Kolb Subaru!!

Mostly ok but a couple of things were less than good. The shop jammed the passenger side wiper in the hood so it wasn't moving until I unjammed it. Someone should have noticed when they brought me the car and only the driver side wasn't covered in dew.Second, they left the engine cover stashed in the back seat. I had to pop ot back on. Not what I expected after spending thousands $ on repairs.The free oil change I got as a consideration is nice but I d rather have better quality control. I worry about what else is broken or missed.****Following up on your reply - your voicemail is always full. Alvaro has my number if you want to call me.
