I love this shop I got my Evolve GTR board there. They fixed it up for me after The Unspeakable Occurrence on 35th Street, good as new. I also picked up an Onirique there recently, and then popped by one day to get some Shred Lights installed on it. It s great to know I can come by and have my gear serviced by pros! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended

I had an awesome experience at this e-bike shop! The folks there were super friendly and patient, helping me out with all my e-bike queries. They've got a great variety of e-bikes to choose from, so I had plenty of options.I ended up finding the perfect e-bike for my daily commute, and they were really cool about explaining all the bike's features and how to take care of it. Their customer service was top-notch.The vibe in the shop was really chill, and you can tell they're passionate about e-bikes. If you're in the market for one, I totally recommend checking out this shop. They made the whole process enjoyable and hassle-free.

Fantastic experience. I called to see if I could get a Lectric EBike repaired. Even though the (super friendly and super professional) team at LMNYC didn't sell or regularly service Lectric EBikes, we had the parts and they were willing to take a look. They were very transparent about the potentially low success rate, but in the end, they had the bike good as new in just a few hours and a very reasonable service charge later. Great spot, great service, and great people!

Pete and the crew here at LastMile are absolutely fantastic. Some of the best service I have come across in NYC, and I love dealing with them. Last Mile will continue to be my go-to for my PEV needs.

Store staffs are amazing and super informative. I was really interested in getting an Onyx RCR and Pete thoroughly gave me a spec of thus motorbike.Def would recommend others checking out this place!

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Pete and Grace at Last Mile NYC! From initial inquiry to the day I finally picked up my EUC, they've been helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. I appreciated their patience the most because I had quite a few questions since I was a first time EUC rider/ buyer. Without any pressure, they helped me determine what was best for me and I couldn't be happier with my new V11! They even went above and beyond and helped me set up my new commuter while giving me a walkthrough of it.If you ve been thinking about getting yourself a personal electric vehicle, make sure you check this place out. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

This is a re-write of my old review (I bought a second scooter from them so i figure i would)I first got the Dualtron mini, Amazing Custumer service from grace and pete as always, always happy to answer all my questions and concerns. But since then I needed to upgrade my scooter and when i came back to Last Mile the Pete talked was always happy to help and the most important thing is that is he did upsell me and thats what I appreciated the most. I under up getting the cheap of the two scooters I was looking to buy.But yeah other amazing products and I think anyone looking to buy a scooter should definitely see them first!

I just stopped in Last Mile NYC and I've got to say, "wow". I had no idea this place was here and was blown away when I walked in. They have so many amazing electric skateboards, scooters, and bikes from the inexpensive to the over the top expensive. I saw an $18,000 bike that in another life I would love to buy. I ended up getting a Dualtron Thunder which is an amazing machine. They have a full time mechanic that helped me setup my scooter and sent me on my way. Everything about this shop wreaked cool and I'm really happy I stopped in and bought my electric scooter with this crew

Horrible customer service. Idiots were cocky and self centered. Stuck to themselves. Was ready to blow a good 7K in there but was disgusted at the fact that they would get a penny of commission. Never coming back

Great looking shop with lots of the new ebikes and they support the warranty from super 73 in this location which is a huge huge plus. I also notice they have the right accessories that are very popular like the Erban basket and kanebilt lights etc I wouldn t shop anywhere when they have everything here including the service to your bike!

This place is great for electric skateboards/bikes, and the staff there are all very helpful and friendly! I came in here a few weeks ago looking for replacement ShredLights mounts for my Boosted board as well as check out the CaliRides 105s. They were out of stock of the angled mounts I needed, but the person who helped me found a spare standard mount (I just needed one of those) they had lying around and gave it to me for free along with a spare remote wrist strap (which I broke from a crash/fall). I also picked up the wheels, which has made my ride around NYC much smoother especially on all the rough roads around the city. I did have an issue with the wheels but when I came back to the store, they quickly helped me resolve the issue and even installed the wheels onto my board for me. Would definitely recommend this place for any electric vehicle needs!

Awesome store, bought a boosted stealth here, and they fixed my boosted mini x. Awesome staff great owners. They really care about the customers and are loyal. Definitely can bring the boosted board company back. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an electric board or scooter or bike.

I just bought a dualtron victor electric scooter with my husband today and I must say it was a great experience shopping here. The establishment is very spacious, clean and organized. The staff are very welcoming friendly and super helpful with all of your questions and concerns. Their customer service is unmatched. Their great people. We felt right at home. I highly recommend last mile nyc to anyone looking to shop for a great quality e bike, scooter, skateboard or gear. You won t regret it. They Carry accessories as well. They also do repairs. Give them a visit! I m definitely looking forward to doing business with them again! Sending a big thank you to the whole team for making our experience a great one.

Although they do not advertise themselves as a repair shop per se (for brands that they do not sell), after speaking with one of the owners on the phone, Pete he suggested that I drop by to see if my issue with a flat GoTrax tire was something that he could help with. Since he wasn t too busy at the time, he was able to successfully repair the problem in pretty short order at a very reasonable price. Pete s obviously a very sincere and honest guy and it is a pleasure to see some newer shops like this finally coming (back) to the West Village. The shop is very well-stocked and immaculately kept and it will certainly be my first stop should I come across any more repair issues in the future. If you re in the market for a new e-scooter or e-bike, be sure to check them out, their stock is pristine!

The service was great! The outer ring of the bearing got stuck in my wheel and I spent two hours trying to take it out myself. No success. The team at last mile was able to take it out super quick with no charge!! Thank you so much!

Two months ago I bought a scooter brand SpeedWay Leger in this store thinking it was going to be a good idea, but it was just the opposite, a nightmare. The second day my brand new my scooter had a flat tire, I could not believe that a new product was so defective, I had not driven more than a mile with the scooter when I decided to return it, they told me that they did not accept returns that the best they could do it was to change the tube for free and they did it, a week later my front tire went flat and I had to walk 3 miles to be able to find a place that could repair it and repair it is not cheap every time a tire goes flat it is at least 70 dollars, after that change lasted a month and again I had a flat tire, it seems to me the last straw that this site does not warn its customers that it sells such defective products, for them it is much better because that way they keep their customers paying at least once or twice times per month $70 each time you have a flat tire.I've wanted to sell this scooter but people won't give me a dollar for it, and they won't accept it as a gift or free because they know that it will end up being a headache, it's best to sell this product by parts or throw it away.

Got a bad flat on the front wheel of my Super73 and, at this point, Pete saw me hanging in the rain waiting for the shop to open. He opened the shop 1hour early to help me out, fix my tire, and get me on my way. Five star service. Thank you Pete

I came in to get an ultra charger for my pint and the staff was incredibly helpful to a tourist from out of state. Especially the girl, (I didn t get her name) I bought some rails that she put them on herself and let me take the XR out for a rip snort while my pint charged. I couldn t give these kind folks higher marks and would highly recommend them.

These guys are you go to for e-vehicles in the city. Pete and his team are super helpful whether you re looking to make that first purchase or just need to pop in for a tune up and get anything fixed. They cover it all!
