Super lazy tire shop, I had a flat tire. After driving there, the workers there lifted my car up by mistake and damaged the plastic protective cover of the chassis. I stood by and watched, When I heard the sound of breaking, I told the worker that the plastic protection plate of the chassis was damaged, and then the worker came over and saw that it was damaged, and immediately lowered the car, drove my car out very quickly, and told I drove the car away, and I said what should I do if you damaged the protective panel of my car? He told me very loudly that it was not his fault, and told me to drive the car away. I knew he wanted to evade responsibility when I heard him say that. Then I told his boss that the boss did the same thing as he said, saying that they didn't make a mess, so I called the police. After waiting for a few hours, the police must be familiar with the boss. The police treated me Said to go to court if there is any complaint, and then told to leave quickly! Although this protective case is not very expensive, let me know that the owner and employees of this tire store are such an irresponsible and black-hearted store, so I would like to remind everyone to be extremely careful when going to this store, and don t patronize unscrupulous customers again. of merchants

The only place I trust with my cars. The entire staff is trustworthy and helpful. They are efficient and do super quality work. Jonathan really knows his craft, highly recommend this place for all kinds of cars, for all kinds of work.

I purchased a Remark axle back exhaust to replace the mufflers on my Subaru WRX. The crew at 2 in 1 auto were courteous and very professional. The job was done in 20 min and was perfect . They charged me a fair price . I highly recommend 2 in 1 auto for all your auto needs.

The very scammer tire shops of Brooklyn I came here for the first time and for Inspection and they recently changed two cars a car forward in short here is such a place that they earn money for strangers you understand They said that we need to change This is what needs to be changed this is and I told him that it's all right don't need to change look and it's shorter this service is the most fraudulent service. I don t recommend anyone to come here there. If you come just for the inspection, they will find a lot of some kind of mistake from you in their opinion and they add money like this earns I m better not recommended to anyone.

Bottom line Find another tire shop . God is between me and them I m telling the truth. Waste of time and money. I went for a simple flat tire fix job. It took around 20 minutes and cost of around $30. Drove out of shop, 5 minutes later and same tire is flat again !!!I returned back in, waisted another 20 minutes (not counting the time waisted coming back) and they couldn t find out where the problem is !!!Ended up fixing it at a corner shop who did the job in literally 5 minutes.Don t waste your time and money!! These guys are struggling !!

Best experience i had in all of NYC. My mechanic was fast and very efficient in changing my brakes, the owner i believe, he was very helpful in a issue we encountered and helped me get it solved at the lowest cost possible, overall great place and great people.

10 out of 10. I came in last week because someone hit my car and left a dent when I was parked at a Parking lot. I was seen immediately. I was given a very reasonable price , and was told the job would take 45 minutes. They were done in 15 and it better than I thought . They over delivered and I will be back for other services my car might need in the future. You ll be wise to do the same. 10 out of 10

After this shop tried to overcharge my insurance company and get out of pocket money from me, they asked to sign an invoice which was taken from my hands before I could date it and still sent me out saying they didn t have the tires. Thats should ve been said when they saw my tire type. Good thing I asked for a copy of the invoice and actually end up with the original. After I left the place, without any service being done and wasting about 1:30hrs of my morning, I spoke with my insurance and they recommended I went to another place as this place didn t seem to have good faith. I took their advice and serviced my car directly at the Mercedes dealership without any hustle or anyone trying to scam me. Oh also, the Mercedes quote was lower than this place. Definitely trying to squeeze each penny out of hard working people. The manager keeps calling my phone from different numbers and I had to fill a harassment report with the NYPD after I answered, while recording, our last phone call. I can not stress enough. Stay away from this place. They will harass you, overcharge you, find issues in your car that aren t there and after all will continue to stalk you.

I have used this place many times, For some reason the last few time was horrible. If you bring them part them seem to mess it them up and say you have part issue and want to charge you again. I had them replace an ABS sensor which THEY purchased, I had to bring the car back 6 times, Each time they tried to tell me its a diff part. Now im out over $300 and still have this issue, So im giving you a chance to refund me before i take this to civil court. I really hate to do this but you leave me no other options, They will try to say they have master mechanics BUT if they did it would be fixed ONCE and not 6 time ! I will also send and email so they dont say it was not posted, You have my contact number if you like to settle this like a mench ! DO NOT PAY THEM CASH< MAKE SURE YOU SEE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ASK FOR THE PARTS THEY ARE CHANGING @@ Lets hear the fancy come back now !

This place was a disaster. The person who answered the phone sounded very nice, but once I was physically there at the place, they showed another side of themselves. The girl who was the receptionist didn't know what to do, and was on some type of drug. I went in the bathroom to get paper towel for my son, then got right out. She went in, and was in there for a while, then got out. I went in after to wash my hands and there was a razor blaze on the sink with white powder looking stuff on it. Also the mechanic who checked my car basically threatened me because I didn't want them to do anything to my car. The boss also threatened me, and tried to make it seem like if I didn't make them service my car right then and there then something was going to happen to me on the road while driving back home. I have never given anyone a horrible review but this one really deserved it.

I had a great experience here. Went in to replace a non-fixable flat tire. They were honest about prices, and didn t try to push more services like other places do, just what was needed. Really fast service too, and great communication. Albert ordered the correct tire and it was ready to go the next day. I noticed they also cleared up all the spare tire tools laying my trunk and put everything back nicely into the spare tire compartment and I didn t even ask. Great service guys

Spoke to Albert the day before I went. Met him in the morning and he remembered our conversation. The exact price he gave over the phone was spot on what i paid. The service was excellent and will definitely be back. All around a great place to go where they value the customer and not the dollars.

I have been a customer at 2 in 1 for over 30years. I don't normally make recommendations, but after reading the review below, I have to speak up. I trust 2 in 1 to make sure that the car my family is driving is safe. When they perform an inspection, they are taking responsibility for your safety. They are promising that the vehicle you are driving is safe, meaning to say that the tires are serviceable, that the brakes are in good working order, that the windshield wipers, horn and lighting systems, are all in safe working order. If they are not, they will not, they cannot pass your cars annual inspection. it is not about selling you services that you don't need, it is about keeping you safe and coming back. When repairs are needed, I can tell you from my experience and everyone I know that they do the job right the first time. No, they are not the cheapest guys in town, because a talented mechanic doesn't work for free. Their prices are fair. They are the best at what they do and they guarantee their work. so I guess if you consider the value of your time, and the safety of yourself and your loved ones, 2 in1 is the place to take care of all of your automotive needs. They may not be able to please everyone, all of the time, but who out there can? but I feel that they earn their 5 star reputation everyday with the way they treat every customer and the way they conduct their business.

Albert was very professional and was able to accommodate for a last minute inspection. The mechanic doing the inspection was thorough amd very polite and completed the inspection pretty quickly as I had to go to work. Was a nice experience

Hi Bruce, Jonathan, Paulie, Richie, everyone...First - Yes, Excellent in all cagegories...Been a customer since 2011/2012 from minor to major repairsI would definitely recommend this Auto Shop.Second:Are you guys closed entirely during this Pandemic??I much rather continue my patronage at your shop but if you're closed Can you please offer any references to other friendly efficient auto shops that might be open during this time? This is Lisa and her old Camry that won't start. I was at your shop for maintenance just last Feb 2020- and everything was running great.... Having starter problems- car won't start, it's puttering then dead. and it's not my battery - bought a "new" one from you less than two years ago. please send me a message if you get this one. I arranged to have my brothers car towed in for a timing chain replacement.I received a phone call from there employee Pauly the next morning explaining that the car doesn't need the timing chain replaced and it needs a couple of sensors and I was quoted a price that was triple the price of the shop program AllData so after going back and forth a bit with Johnathan Puals boss the price was reduced by almost $500.00 dollars.The car also need regular maintenance so I authorized 2in1 to do a cooling system service and a transmission oil and filter service and charge the engine oil.When I spoke to Bruce prior to having the car towed into 2in1 Bruce the owner told me it wouldn't be a problem for his shop to replace the timing chain in that 2009 Chevrolet HHR 2.4 liter engine.After the recommended service was completed my brother arrived the following morning to pick up his vehicle, he was told that his car Indeed dose need a timing chain however 2in1 doesn't do that kind of repairs.The make matters worse the car still had the very same engine trouble codes it had when it arrived and ofcourse would not be able to pass state emissions inspection in New Jersey where my brother lives.Also the car shouldn't be driven with a timing chain issue as there is a high of engine damage accruing.It even gets worse!A few days later my brother noticed a driveway oil puddle underneath the car and and checked out the fluids and the transmission was almost empty as the2in1 mechanic broke one of the transmission bolts on the transmission pan resulting in an additional repair cost of $900.00 dollars at a local shop near my brother's house in NJ.This is a nightmare experience and I would recommend you avoid this shop as I wouldn't trust them to put free air in my tires at this point in time.We do plan to bring a small claims suit against 2in1 in the near future to recover the damage caused by there incompetent mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I used this shop several times. I had new tires, battery and starter replaced there. Just want to let you know AVOID them if you can. They used cheap parts and overpriced their poor services. They even didn't balance new tires they installed. And it looks like they even didn't do alignment and they charged me for that. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Battery

Not only are the people that work there extremely friendly but the owners are so knowledgeable and honest. I do not trust any other mechanic and will only bring my cars here every time whether it be a basic oil change or a major repair like when a tree fell on my car, They do superior work.

You fixed a leak in my 1994 Quest, I was one of Albert's rabbi's, just so you should know who this is.My car has not ridden so well as now, for at least 7 years. Now it starts right up in the mornings, the heat is warm within 5 minutes, and of course it doesn't leak any more. You were the first guys to think of flushing out all the water which unclogged the backed up brown water. No one else figured that out for the last few years.So I'm just writing to thank you so much, and to wish much continued success in your business, and to send Albert my best wishes.Thanks again, and have an awesome night.

Prices are thru the roof. In all honesty, its a nice place but dont go here expecting local shop prices. Also, they do some funny business by asking you where you live and whether or not its a private home. Feels like they are pocket patting. I wouldve given them one star but I didnt try the tire prices. But Buyer Beware, you were warned.Service: General repairs & maintenance
