Michael at Hyundai is the best! I had my first lease with him and when time was up, he got me into a new lease. The deal was straight forward and quick, not to mention the best lease deal I could imagine! With the market and insurance rates where they are, I was really worried about ending my previous lease and Michael really solved all my problems and eased my worries!Although I had some not so great experiences with service, they solved my issues and addressed the problems - once that was done, all my service needs were taken care of wonderfully and I am overall very happy with them.

Stress free experience! Rick and team went above and beyond. His straightforward approach to pricing, made the purchase of our dream vehicle very easy. The team answered all of our questions throughly and took the time to explain all of our options in detail to best fit our needs. Definitely will be repeat customers.

In my review I want to address Rick Bruce sales manager, personally in the past I have issues with my old car and a lot of problems, like humans we cant do more to get it fixed.I believe in second chances and trust only him to be with me in the process to get another car.Despite all the unsolved problems in the past, was great to work with and really he went above and beyond to secure my new purchase and ensure top quality, he was super clear, friendly and specific to cover all my needs at the time I was searching for a new car and also he was ensure to give me an amazing customer care.He also guide me along the way about timing and next steps. We just purchased a palisade calligraphy edition from Drew and Mike- they make an excellent team for the entire process. Kim was excellent and efficient during the $ portion of it. They all were fair, thorough and accommodating. 5/5!

MADE BUYING A NEW CAR FUN AGAIN! Over the years getting a new car became a chore, pushy salesmen, no one listening to me, no one caring about my concerns, "just buy the car I want to sell you". Michael Strong Butterfield changed all that, he restored my faith in the art of American Sales Ethics. Can't say enough good things about Michael.

Poor service! I called and scheduled my oil change a week prior. I told the service writer that I would be dropping off the vehicle before they opened (8:30am) and picking it up on my lunch. My appt was scheduled for 10:00 am. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 am put keys in the drop box had to find a pen cause there was none in the box. They needed an envelope filled out. On the envelope it ask you all the questions you were asked when scheduling your appointment. I marked I would pick up vehicle in pm. Options we am pm or late. As I told the service writer when I scheduled my appointment I would pick up on my lunch which 12 /1 is pm Well called at 12:21 as I haven t herd and I was told that they had not yet serviced my vehicle and because I selected pm other vehicles were pushed ahead of my vehicle. But, I had an appointment. I also get my vehicle back and they marked that my vehicle is marked due back to have an oil change in 3,000 miles. But my oil life should be changed every 5,000 miles. Not happy and don t think I will take my vehicle back even if it is more convenient.

Went in to get a used Elantra when my wife s was totaled in an accident. Andrew was our salesman and I can t say enough how great he was. He fought for 5 days to get us a loan approval with the stipulations we had. Then they washed it and filled the tank before we came in to get it! Then after all was said and done, he gave us a very thorough how to on the entire 21 Hybrid Elantra!I not only recommend, I suggest going here when you are ready for your next Hyundai!

This was the most pleasant car buying experience. No High Pressure Sales. The Trade In Process was Very Fair and was given essentially what I thought my car was worth. Andrew was very informative. He answered all my questions honestly. The Finance Department was Very Knowledgeable. I was buying from "Out of State" and had concerns. I did not have to spend the entire day at the Dealership, haggling. I left with my New Car, Smiling and Feeling Good about my experience.

I recently purchased a Santa Fe at Shults Hyundai of Lakewood and can honestly say it was the best experience I ve ever had at a Dealership. Everyone was super friendly and helpful during the purchasing experience of a new vehicle. Mike Butterfield, Anna and Kim made my time there a great time. I ve dealt with a lot of automotive dealerships over the years and I can really say the people who work here are the best I ve ever met. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very professional and you don t see that too much anymore.

My experience at Shults was far above excellence. They were honest, friendly, helpful and no pressure. They spent the time I needed to answer questions, and played NO GAMES and were up front. They were professional and genuine. I traveled out of state because I was not happy with the customer service I was receiving in my hometown at our dealership. One of the BEST decisions I made, LOVE MY CAR AND Shults Hyundai of Lakewood, New York! Thank you. The extra time to make the trip IS WELL WORTH IT!!!!

When I decided to get another car, I had a preference to buy a Hyundai from Michael Butterfield for a second time. So I did. Michael is extremely knowedgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. Kim Shults, who manages finance, is also. I bought a Santa Fe, which I am enjoying immensely.
