They told me my headlight was out, which I had an extra one in my trunk. But they changed the wrong headlight. So I had to go out and buy a new headlight because they didn t have mine in stock. Mine headlight is still currently out. Wasn t very happy that day.

I stopped in just before closing and felt bad that it was so late. The guys were very professional and super nice! They welcomed me right in, did my oil change and we had some great conversations. Overall, great experience with these guys. However, last time I was here they said my battery needed to be changed. This time they said it was fine. They filled me in on little after the sale things that I wasn't aware of. Outstanding customer service.

Overall guys were good, friendly, sent me a $20 coupon. In and out quick mid weekday. I will say though when I got back to where I was going I popped the hood and oil was all over the engine cover and the dipstick wasn't seated completely, looked like someone just wiped it quick, 2 seperate issues but I didn't make a big deal of it. Someone else may.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. I went to the Fayetteville Valvoline on 9/7/22. When I pulled into the lot the bays were full so I had to wait in the line, fine, that's expected. One employee came to my car to check me in so the process would be more efficient. I said I needed an oil change, rear wiper, and state inspection, which she repeated back to me.I did get my oil changed, and when they were going over my bill I asked "what about the inspection?". Well, the assistant manager who had been working on my car seemed to know nothing about my inspection and said I was placed in the wrong bay for it, so I'd have to go back out and wait for the other bay to open. I waited 45 minutes to get into the inspection bay, which I should have been placed in from the start.The assistant manager also informed me that they were unable to change my rear wiper blade because he broke the clip to attach it to the car. He said he would talk to his manager the next day and order the clip to replace the one he broke. On my way out I asked for that in writing, so he hand-wrote on my invoice that he would call when a new blade was in- which he said would be a day at most.That was 20 days ago. I've called each week and each time I've been met with either corporate's laughter at how chaotic things get before they transfer me to the wrong store or a "manager" who is all shrugs. The manager has told me during each call that he will be able to get the part either later that day or tomorrow. I'm still waiting.The only reason I'll be going there ever again is to have the part repaired. Other than that I can assure you that I will be advising as many people as I can to avoid the unacceptable experience provided by this place. They are so concerned with being known for being fast, they are quickly becoming known for being inattentive, rushed, and incapable instead.Service: Oil change

I have been to this location twice now. Thorough service executed by kind and efficient folks each time. Always quick and thoughtful. The technician that helped me was very knowledgeable and spoke to me as an equal. They have a customer for life in me now.

So...I am not sure where to start. Let's start with the good. I went to another Valvoline shop, but they were out of Full Synthetic Oil, this shop had it. No complaints about the service itself, they replaced the oil and filter and put the drain plug back in, so there is that. I was able to get in and done in less than 30 minutes, might have been about 15 minutes. I asked to have a tire rotation, but the techs informed me the wear on the tires was even, so there was no need, saved me $30. The bad....the first bad thing was the techs left oil handprints on the hood of my car. My car is black, so it isn't as noticeable and could easily let that go. The real issue I had, the price. Over $100 for an oil change. I will not go back due to the price.Service: Oil change

Great place to get an oil change, Dylan had amazing professional skills and helped me with replacement of my filters and wipers, matt and Kyle were also great, Kyle even came upstairs to tell my skid plate needed new bolts to which he replaced, overall 10 out of 10

Fast service. Of course they will pitch you on parts and services that you didn't expect to purchase when you came in for an oil change, but they don't make you feel pressured, and will take the time to explain what all those parts and services do. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and seems to enjoy their work.

Fast service they get you in and out 15 minutes no problem. They recommend things for your vehicle but don't make you feel forced to get them. Very friendly, fair prices. Hard to get in and out of its on a very very busy road

I have been coming to this location for four years.EVERYONE is friendly and helpful.I love the coupons and the in and out service can't be beat.Yesterday, i was out of wiper fluid and they topped me off for FREE.Also tested my battery, no charge.Very happy customer ... even my hubby was pleased with the service ...and he is a tough customer!!

Quick and easy in a pinch. Always polite and professional. Clean shop. A little pricey but b.c of the convenience I've always been satisfied. I know it's their job but it's a bit awkward having the tech try and sell me 5 or 6 additional services when I'm only wanting an oil change. But other than that zero complaints. I'll go here again if I need to. Fayetteville 10x better than DeWitt.

Great experience. I wanted to four star this review as I think their prices are a little steep. But that's a corporate issue. If you need an oil change fast without an appointment. I think it's worth the premium you pay.

You pay for convenience. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes and didn't even have to leave my car. My technician was personable and to the point. He went through his routine dialogue, but didn't make too much effort at selling the "extra" services. The crew clearly worked well together, and their working dialogues sounded like they knew how to get things done in a timely manner and keep the place churning out customers. They helped each other out and got the jobs done.

This place is horrible!!! Called ahead to ask about inspections and oil changes on our F250 truck and was told that they could take us in 20 mins. Went there and was asked if we wanted the same as last time for the oil change and we said yes. Associate didn't review oil type or cost, apparently assuming we remembered, and did the oil change for $181 (double the cost of the dealer)!! Then told my husband that his truck was too heavy to do the inspection and he could either drive to Cicero or contact the dealer. When I called to dispute the cost, the associate told me that she asked if he wanted the same oil change as last time but neglected to tell him the cost. She said he was charged the same the last visit. When I asked to have that invoice emailed to him, I was told she can't email from her location despite his current invoice being emailed to him upon leaving the establishment. She offered for me to speak with her manager and then took my information and told me he would call sometime tomorrow. As a business owner, I am appalled that this kind of unprofessional customer service is accepted by anyone!! I will never use this location or chain ever again!!!!! Save your money, the dealership is cheaper and there is always a manager available to speak with a disgruntled customer!

The personnel here were all very friendly. They were able to help guide everything I wanted, which was just an oil change, but also showed my filter which was filthy and I decided to change also. They were quick with all the work and more professional than other shops I've been to

Quick and friendly but pricey... They get you in the door with the oil change but then try to upsell you on all sorts of extras. Cabin air filter was dirty. They wanted $40 to replace it - a job anyone with half a brain can do themselves. When I balked, they offered to take $10 off. I said no again. I went to Auto Zone afterward and got the filter myself for $12, replaced it right there in the parking lot in less than 2 minutes.

I have gone here for years.....family too. Brought in my F150 for an oil change. Left and notices strange engine noise. They never assembled the air cleaner and hoses. I called them and reassembled myself, they were polite....as was I...I took it back in. They checked it out. I am surprised they offered to do nothing (like a discount card) for my inconvenience and risk to my motor due to failed service.

Great service! The team at the Fayetteville location ROCKS! The manager Matt and the crew that worked on my vehicle recently (Zoe, Zachary and Jarmen) are very professional and sincere. I've been bringing my cars to this location for years and I've never had any problems!

I went in because my brake fluid light came on...only to find that they don't do brake fluid. However, they offered to take a look (it was full!) and give me some advice at no charge. I very much appreciated that and will be sure to go to this location again for other services and recommend it to my friends.

Came here for an oil changed, they ended up breaking the dipstick to our car. He had the dipstick out once and after breaking it they tried telling us the stick was already broken... Now they are literally drilling a sheetrock screw in it trying to get it out...This is completely ridiculous and a terrible experience...Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They broke my wheel rug nuts for two occasions in last year. I had to bring my car to the mechanic, and paid for the repairs. Now they misplaced my car s skid plate, and it is now broken. I remember the guy was struggling with putting back the skid plate on. I finally decided not to go there. So unprofessional.

Fast Service Had my NYS Inspection done. Needed new wiperblades to Pass (Torn edges due to ice storm) upgraded to the $40 blades. About the same cost but then if I said no I would if paid $21 two times for NYS Inspection so no problem doing the math. I'll use again as I go there for oil changes.

Wayyy more expensive than my usual place, and my usual place is an actual dealership so that s saying something. And they didn t reset my oil life light or give me a sticker so now I have keep track of the miles which is inconvenient and my car beeps at me to change my oil every time I turn it on Still 2 stars tho because it was the fastest oil change I ve ever gotten
