One of the best buying experience I have EVER had!! I stopped into the Romano Chrysler/Jeep dealership in Fayetteville yesterday morning and was greeted by William Will Young. He was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy at all! He worked very hard to put together a deal on the specific vehicle that I was interested in. Within a couple of hours, we had agreed on a deal on the vehicle that my wife wanted! I was straight forward and honest with Will, and he was exactly the same with me! I put him through the wringer while I was negotiating for the best deal possible. He brought several offers that I had made to the GM (Kevin) to see if he could secure the deal, and after some compromises on both sides (more on theirs), we had a deal that I was very happy with! I felt that I was treated very fairly! I would strongly recommend Romano Chrysler/Jeep in Fayetteville, to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle, and specifically, I would recommend buying from Will Young!

After weeks of looking for a car my wife liked and in our budget we finally drove a Grand Cherokee and she loved it. We found the car virtually with Suzanne's help and worked with Anthony to close the deal. Anthony was great and easy to work with, let us drive the car for as long as we liked. Made reasonable offer on trade in vehicle, and got a deal we liked. Anthony was very flexible and was able to work with us in moving our delivery around due to last minute changes to our schedules. Would do business with them again.

Wonderful experience with Jeremy Mula. From the moment he answered the phone, he listened to what I had to say. I knew exactly what I wanted and he never tried to sell me something different. I had an appointment with Jeremy a couple of days later. Again, he listened, smiled and help me with all of my questions and concerns [and believe me, I had a lot of them]. I left with a smile on my face :)Also, Jim Wheelden, who helped me to better understand the numbers. He answered a lot of my questions too!Great job guys.... I love my JEEP

Although Anthony is a great salesman s, helpful and made my experience getting into my lease easy, the service department is beyond unhelpful.I called this service department to get it in for service for my vehicle that would not start.I called the week of January 16th and was told they could not service my vehicle until 2/6.I followed up and went to the Jeep dealership in Auburn on Jan 20, which was a HORRIBLE experience, and they supposedly fixed the problem.Fast forward to 2 weeks later, the same issues with the vehicle ensued.I called Romano to get in and they said they could not get me in for multiple weeks again.I called on 2/3 and said I needed to get the vehicle towed in. I was told on the phone that day that they were caught up and could dispatch it Monday or Tuesday of the following week.Fast forward on that Monday, they call and confirm they got the vehicle and they would get it dispatched. I followed up and asked if anyone had taken a look and was spoken to very condescendingly saying that they would not be able to get to the vehicle until 2/21. And also told me they have no loaners for me until MARCH. So I m left without a vehicle while it sits there dead.I m extremely disappointed at the help I was NOT given, the way I was spoken to, and left with no vehicle.

I recently leased my second Jeep Grand Cherokee from Romano. Once again, Jeremy made the entire process quick, easy and pressure free! He is honest, up front and easily relatable. When you walk in the door at Romano Jeep, every single person greets you with a smile. The service in general in this dealership is unlike any other that I have experienced prior. Romano Jeep has to be the best car dealership I have ever been to. All the staff there was very friendly, and their facility is very clean and orderly. Josh Grass was a great salesman. He helped me through my purchase and made everything run smooth. He made sure that all my questions were answered in a very timely fashion and made my Jeep experience outstanding. The financial representative was great in how he explained the process for me, he made everything simple and quick. The manager of Romano was great also he helped find out information on my Jeep Wrangler that I special ordered and gave me some piece of mind. I would like to thank all who helped me in my purchase of my new Jeep, I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience.

This place is seriously phenomenal. Every single member of the Romano team was great, especially Josh Grass and Bill Jones. This was my first time buying a car and Josh and Bill were patient, informative, and compassionate. I was fortunate enough to get my dream car with their help. My father liked them so much, he even decided to get a Jeep with them. If you need a car, please don't waste your time with any other dealer and head straight for Romano. They treat you like family there.

I always wanted to have a jeep, and Josh made it all happen for me! I bought my 2014 Jeep Compass 6 months ago, and I have never felt more satisfied with a vehicle and dealership. Josh is awesome! He was attentive, patient, organized, and knowledgeable. He's very professional, yet personable, and friendly. He worked with me for about 2 weeks, and made me feel comfortable, and confident that I was in good hands. He went above and beyond to give me a great deal. Plus, he even made a house visit so I could test drive the compass! Auggie and Ron were also very helpful, and I had a great experience working with them. I really liked seeing how well the team at Romano work together. I continue to have a great experience with Romano. Within the last 6 months, I have gone back in for an oil change, and the service team is efficient and pleasant. Also, Josh is still always available if I have questions about my car. He continues to offer amazing customer service, and is reliable. I LOVE my jeep! I am definitely satisfied and would recommend Romano!

This was the best auto buying experience I've ever had. Chris Clemons was amazing, his Cherokee knowledge was impressive and he explainedeverything in an easy way. I never felt pressured to make a decision, I was never rushed, Chris spent all the time I needed going over everything, including the paperwork and "deal" process. The whole dealership was easy and relaxed, it was a pleasure to be there. So, if you're reading this on Chris's wall, BUY THE JEEP, you will love it!!!!

Jeremy is the best, this is the second time we have purchased from him and will keep coming back. Super easy process, no frills and straight information. The service department is also great. Although I didn t purchase a vehicle from them, I did have a great experience with the test drive and working with John to get a trade in offer. John Cristantielli was patient, and very helpful. He answered all my questions and when I told him I decided to move in a different direction for my car purchase he was understanding and professional the entire time!

Laurie Hence provided...an honest, comfortable, knowledgeable, friendly (not pushy), patient, and professional buying experience. I had been to all of the other Jeep dealers in the area only to discover I should have started and ended at Romano. Laurie was truly interested in what "I wanted" to purchase, not what the dealership wanted me to buy. She was completely honest about each vehicle I considered...giving me the +'s and -'s for my particular situation. Her follow up to my initial visit was friendly...not pushy. When I finally made my decision, the best possible deals were found for me. Augie was fabulous and quite enjoyable on the financing end. All the paper work and usual running around was totally handled by Laurie and my new ride was ready for pickup the very next day. On a side note...all the staff seemed extremely friendly and a family like atmosphere. The gentleman who was washing my jeep while I was deciding between that one and another vehicle was very engaging! I will definitely buy again from Romano and recommend them often.

We had probably the best car buying experience since back when we bought a brand new car many, many years ago. We've bought used ever since then and Romano Chrysler Jeep treated us as though we were buying a brand new vehicle. We worked with Anthony Alessandrello who walked us through every step of the process and was patient in answering our questions. We actually traded in 2 cars with one being still owed on and that was a brand new experience, as we never traded one in that we still owed on before. It was painless because of the way Anthony explained every single thing with us. We would definitely recommend him and Romano Chrysler Jeep to anyone who needs to buy a car. Oh and we ended up buying a Subaru which we found on the computer through their other dealership in Syracuse. It was just an amazing period.

I picked Romano Chrysler Jeep based on these reviews and I was not disappointed. I drove about an hour, showed up, and hoped I would be greeted by Josh because every review raves about him. I was lucky enough to be greeted by him and my first car buying experience was painless. He makes you feel comfortable from the start and it only gets better. Car buying can be intimidating, trust me, I visited other dealerships before I landed here. If you want an easy going, no pressure, you're in control process choose Romano Chrysler Jeep, but more importantly request Josh. I got exactly what I wanted, even though they had to travel a little ways to get it for me.

I just took delivery of my 2021 Jeep Willy s Wrangler. Jeremy Mula was my salesman and was a pleasure to work with. He had everything in order to speed the process, and described all the features in great detail. I would heartily recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. He is the best salesman that I have dealt with to date, and is number 1 in my book!! I Love my Willy s Jeep and want to thank Romano Chrysler-Jeep, and especially Jeremy for making this sale possible!

Horrible experience.Went in to look at a used vehicle. Sales person spent more time with management than working with me. Never offered a test drive. Never looked at my trade. I called the Toyota store and spoke with a sales person I had worked there. He called Chrysler Jeep store and asked for the sales manager to call me. Instead a different sales person called. I went in again and test drove the vehicle. Took about 2 weeks to actually purchase. When driving home the almost 30k vehicle I noticed a squeal in the steering wheel. They couldn't get it in for service for a few weeks. Then they had it for 15 days. I picked it up and it was making the same noise. I turned on the A/C to find that it did not work. Again took a few weeks to get in for service. They also found the O2 sensor to be faulty. They had the vehicle for over 2 weeks again.I advised that they needed to cover these repairs at their expense. But I found out that they instead billed some of it to the extended warranty I had purchased.I received a call to ask how my service was. I explained the issues and asked to have the General Manager call me. I also emailed the sales person and asked for the General Manager to call me.He has not called me.Terrible customer service.EDIT: To General Manager, yes you could call me like I requested from 2 different people. You could reverse the charges that were applied to my extended warranty as I did not give authorization to bill them. The issues immediately identified with the vehicle should be covered by you, not my warranty. Posting a comment to my review making it look like you have handled anything is false. This has not been handled. You have not called me.EDIT: Also have to add that the vehicle was delivered without the original floor mats, was given some old dirty jeep mats that don't fit. And no owners manual. Was advised one would be ordered. Have yet to recieve. Also was not given the factory code for the locks even though delivery took weeks and then you had the car for 15 days twice for service still didn't bother to obtain the code. Was advised I could call Ford to get the code. FYI Ford cannot or won't give out the code. Have to go to a dealership to get it. Total mess and waste of time dealing with any Romano dealership.

I am so pleased with my buying experience for my new 2018 Pacifica! I had the pleasure of dealing with two remarkable salesmen. Both Anthony and Chris C. were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. From the beginning to actually receiving my car it was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Hats off to Bill Jones too! He took the time to answer all my questions and made the financing side very smooth and all options understandable. The team at Romano Chrysler and top notch in my book! Purchasing through Romano Jeep was easy and a better experience than I have had at any other dealership.I did a lot of research in advance on vehicles and fair prices and walked into the dealership with the exact vehicle I wanted and exact terms/price I was offering.My sales associate, Josh Grass, was great. He reviewed my offer, saw it was fair and we had a deal without all the unnecessary back and forth negotiation. A win for both of us. Josh was great to deal with and kept in touch between the time of the agreement and time of delivery.Romano is a good dealership to choose if you ask for Josh Grass your experience will be that much better.

My experience with Anthony Cox at Romano Chrysler Jeep in Fayetteville, NY was absolutely phenomenal. I walked in at 7pm (they closed at 8), and he had me test driving the Jeep I have been wanting for the last few years. He worked it out so I was able to afford the Jeep I wanted. It was a pleasure to buy my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited because of his service and his approachable personality. It made the process less stressful, dealing with someone so friendly. I found a used Mazda that I liked on the Romano website. Mycale was helpful and responsive to my emails about the vehicle, financing and my trade in. When I went to the dealership Ryan greeted me and worked with me on my purchase. He was very helpful as well. Although I was at the Jeep dealership, Ryan did a great job answering my questions about the vehicle. Nice to work with. Jim helped with financing, etc., his years of experience really helped complete the pleasant experience. Everyone at the dealership was polite and courteous. Thanks!!

Wanted to share our great buying experience with Chris Clemons. He went above and beyond when an issue arose with our delivery and personally picked up the vehicle and returned it when the issue was solved. He also provided a very personal and friendly buying experience constantly updating me on incentive changes in the months prior to us buying our vehicle. I would definitely reccomend both Chris and the Romano team for your buying experience.

My husband and I traded in my Chrysler 200 that I have had for almost 4 years it has been a wonder vehicle but we have recently had a baby 5 months ago and were looking for a newer bigger vehicle. Jeremy Mula helped us pick out a beautiful 2018 jeep compass for lease! He was very pleasant to work with, made the process smooth and easy! He offered us awesome warranty deals! We love our jeep and appreciate the Romano team for going above and beyond for us! I cant say enough good things about my experience here. Anthony was very knowledgeable, considerate and professional throughout the entire process. I never felt pushed or rushed into anything and I was treated wonderfully by every other staff member I came in contact with. The process of buying my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X was completely painless, Anthony took care of everything! This was my first time at this dealership but it definitely will not be my last. I had a wonderful experience at Romano Chrysler Jeep. This was my first car that I bought on my own and from the moment I stepped foot on the lot I felt at ease. I was greeted very kindly by Josh Grass who not only turned out to be one of the nicest, most down to earth people Iv met but he made sure to work with me and my budget, seeing me through the entire process. I never felt pressured, him and Ron worked out a great deal for me which I am forever thankful for. I would highly recommend this dealership when purchasing a vehicle. I am beyond happy with the service I received. Ps. Defiantly ask for Josh when you get there.. he's the absolute best! You wont be disappointed!

From my past experience, buying a vehicle can be a scary & stressful situation. My first-time experience at Romano Chrysler Jeep was the exact opposite! It was kinda fun! The entire staff was great, and working with Anthony was an AMAZING experience, even when I asked to test drive the vehicle that was parked in the middle of the showroom floor. We walked around and looked at all the options and I got the one I wanted!! A GIANT THANK YOU TO ANTHONY for NOT being the typical pushy car salesman that I dread! ABSOLUTELY NO pressure to buy something I didn't love!! I Love my new Jeep!! From start to finish, it was a total stress-free and hassle-free experience. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to call and make an appointment with Anthony or stop in to see him! Make sure to tell him I said Hello !

My experience with both Troy McKnight & Josh Grass was enlightening and educational. Troy was my first contact at Romano, he informed me of what I could expect from my first jeep. He was knowledgeable of his product and worked well for me.Josh had the final paper work and the showing of how things worked. He knew everything about my purchase and the workings of my new jeep. Josh and Troy both knew there was a lot to learn about how the car worked. Both were extremely helpful. If you are going to buy a car my suggestion is to go see either Josh or Troy they will help you through all the hurdles of buying a car or leasing a car. Thank you for great service.

We had the best experience with our lease. It was the easiest transaction we have ever had with a dealership. Our salesman Jeremy was amazing and very attentive to our questions and accommodating us. Definitely will send friends an family to work with him and the dealership!
