I love Newqueens auto, so far the best auto shop I been to. The staffs are very friendly, and the work is excellent! I came here for my yearly inspection and oil change, Thanks for the great job.

My car had a tubro problem, so I went to this car repair shop and paid a $300 inspection fee. They said it was the problem with the tubro, intercooler, and catalytic converters, but there were no other problems. The total cost was 7,000. I said yes do it Two weeks later, they said it was an engine problem. they recommended me to replace it cost another $7000 I asked for a refund of my previous money , but they said no. but why didn't the technician find out during the previous inspection? This is a black shop aviod this place

Very nice mechanic shop. Everybody is very nice and attentive, reasonable price. I ll recommend anyone to come here and get some work done.

My car is an e90 2010 BMW 328i Xdrive car with 162k miles. This place kept my car running.I can do most of small things, change oil, air filter, spark plugs... The shop do the big ones, water pump, AC compressor, suspensions...Very high quality job and done fast. They allow the parts I bought from FCPEURO and I ship the parts directly to their shop.They charge the fee based on how much time they spent on the job, not charge more because the car is a BMW.The staff are very experienced and loyal to the owner, working there for more than 20 years. They can fix all problems my car has and since I only come to this place they know my car very well.They only want to repair the necessary. I insisted to replace the original water pump this summer because I want to have a peace mind listening to water pump singing with AC on high.

Chinese rip off shop. When they start to speak Mandarin that is the time when the rip off begins. The state inspection is fast because no one goes there. Just read the reviews for yourself. The repair prices are exorbitantly expensive. There are many other shops in the area, so shop around. But avoid this place if you want to be treated fairly.

Good service and expertise. Employees are patient to explain through the issue and solution. I feel like a customer, not a number next in line. I came from NYS inspection. I arrived 10 minutes before they were closing. They took my car and had me out of there in a short time. My son uses them for repairs. I highly recommend this service station.

If only I was able to give them a negative star!. I went out of my way and persisted in trying to convey to them that I am knowledgeable about cars and have been working on my own cars all my life. Instead of giving me some respect they tried to charge me for parts I did not need and treated me like some chump that fell off the back of a turnip truck..... I ran out of there clutching my wallet....I AM INSULTED... I feel sorry for those customers that don't know anything about cars....

Idiots installed my tires incorrectly. Outside side was on the inside. On top of that it they werent balanced correctly. They left the old weights on the wheel. And just added new weights. Cost me 150 dollars to correct their bad installation at another shop.
