I would like to begin by saying, this shop doesn't deserve any stars, and they also go by I&S Autobody shop. My mother was referred to this shop to fix her brand new Leased 2017 Acura ILX due to an accident. After going through insurance, estimate and all the other tedious information, the vehicle was dropped off and the shop stood with the vehicle for about 7-10 days. Upon retrieval of the vehicle, we noticed the vehicle was not repaired the way it should have been, neither the parts were purchased. The hood that was supposed to get replaced, was not, it was the same cracked hood on the vehicle, fender, grille and lights were still the messed up, scratched ones from the collision incident. This estimate was almost $6000. When my mother spoke with Sean via telephone and let him know the vehicle was not fixed, and asked for her check back, he refused. When my mother asked for a receipt, Sean gave her a fraud receipt from "Acura" for less than what was on the estimate and missing car parts from the estimate. She called Acura (on the receipt) to ask if this shop had purchased any parts, and the rep, informed her they were a client of theirs but nothing was purchased for that make and model vehicle recently. She then informed them, she would report them to DMV. This cut all conversation with Sean. He no longer wanted to speak with my mother.She then began speaking with Hira at this moment, who seemed to be really polite and asked my mother to let them fix it the right way, My mother gave them one more chance, since they did not want to return the money to get it fixed elsewhere, and asked for proof of all receipts etc. This second time around, Hira sent copies and pictures of parts that what seem to be for a 2017 Acura ILX, however once again when picked up the vehicle, nothing was removed, neither fixed. Not to mention he never called my mother to inform when to actually pick up the vehicle, receipts are not given, because they are fraud Quickbooks receipts. Hira tried to inform my mother that their business is with Acura and hers with the shop, however, the receipt given was missing an actual invoice number, reference number to provide Acura to give this information to the owner. My mother will have to pay out of pocket now to get this vehicle fixed the correct way at Acura, which will cost her more than the estimate, also the vehicle is a lease.I would not recommend this shop to anyone. This is a nightmare..Pictures of before and after will be up soon.

Very good guy. He took care of my Benz. Very friendly guy. Very good price also. I recommend anyone to take his collision car to chino repairs.
