This is an active well managed body shop. Administratively they handled paperwork and communication well.And yes, a high level of quality in the work performed.

Charlie s paint and body shop is amazing! Debbie was the most compassionate, understanding person I ve ever met in a mechanic shop. She will work with anybody and puts the customer first! Amazing work and great on time and makes people feel like at ease ! She really made my day and helped me out so much appreciate her so much! Best place in Valencia county to go to.

No communication what so ever. Still waiting on parts for over a month. Job was approved in November parts were barely order in January. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE will come up with excuse after excuse. Got a call that my truck should be ready by mid next week which first week of February. Been at shop since December 12th was told I would have my vehicle December 26 and they were closed. Bunch of liars if I say so. Make sure to grab all paperwork because they will blame the other companies shipping parts. Will be following up with every company that has shipped my parts once I get my vehicle back and re inspectedService: Body & Trim

Took my truck in to have doorhandle installed. Took about 5 hours which I thought was great. Compared taking it into the dealership which would of taken a few days to get done. Price was excellent for install and everyone I dealt with was a pleasure. Even cleaned inside after they were done. Will definitely do more business with them in the future.

Excellent service!!! Very professional. You can't tell my truck was hit by another truck doing 65mph!! My interior was even detailed. I was so happy not to have to clean the blood up. Now every I need body work I call Charlie's!! Last vist was to repair the motor in the window of my motor home!! Great professional job again!

This is the absolute worst place to get your vehcile done! My mother in law has had her vehicle in the shop for almost 6 months and everytime we call theyre waiting on a part what was suppose to be a week tops in repairs has left my mother in law without a vehicle for almost half a year there are a number of body shops weve been to here in belen and never have we had such horrible service if you re looking for a vehicle repair shop PLEASE skip this oneService: Body & Trim

These guys had a huge job to do as someone hit our van and drove off with no contact info. They did such an amazing job restoring it, they helped me with my rental in the meantime, and they even had the inside of the van detailed! I'm so impressed with the great job they did, and for how well they communicated with my insurance company and me. I'll for sure return to Charlie's Paint & Body Shop any time I need work done on my vehicles. Thanks again!

Worst customer service ever! After stopping by, I was told I had to schedule an appointment just for an estimate despite the fact I live over 20 miles out of town. But, I scheduled the appointment. The lady then told me that I had to provide a copy of my insurance claim, which I did. I was told I would be contacted, but I never was. I called twice and the timeframe when they said they could take care of my vehicle kept be pushed back. After reading the other reviews, I will find a better body shop or live with the dents!

I made an appointment to get a price to get hail damage repaired on my vehicle. I got there early and waited over an hour. I was told I would be notified the next morning. I never was so a day later I called many times and got a busy signal. When I finally got someone she said she would call/email me the next morning. Here it is 3 weeks later and I haven't heard a thing. I will never go there again and do not recommend them.

These guys are absolutely amazing!! Replaced my bumper at a reasonable level price and when I went to pick it up I had planned to wash and baby it when I got home but saw that they washed, waxed and even cleaned the inside! It is so shiny! Thank you guys so so so much

Most horrible experience! Every one ran around like chickens with no heads! My truck got towed into this place and apparently had paper work messed up tring to blame my insurance! But yet no attempt to try and contact owner of vehicle!Owner of charlies had a different story every time I called.Act like an adult and accept yall messed up and had no idea or didnt even try and do their job!My insurance contacted this place multiple times to try and get estimate!! Never happened my truck stood in their hands 14 days! Waste of my time thank goodness other professionals stepped in and took my vehicle and did things correctly! If you can avoid this so called business please do so avoid the hassel and headache!They dont even deserve a dam star!!!!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM EVER!!This is without a doubt the most unprofessional bunch of worthless liars working in Belen NM-and that says a lot! They were supposed to keep my vehicle for THREE days to relplace the bumper- that was three weeks ago and now they won t answer the phone. It is apparent that I need a lawyer. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

For starters Debbie Thompson said my wife's car would be ready in a week turns out it was seven weeks later then we were driving by and noticed a dent on the opposite side of the vehicle the car had no damage on the passenger side of the car she tells me the new mexico heat does this to vehicles but she was fixing it any way smells fishy then when you call them on it they won't return to our callsService: Painting

Very slow. Minor repairs have taken six weeks when 3 days was the estimate. But the work done is great.

Worst expierence ever a repair that was supposed to take 6 weeks took 3 months and that s with me calling everyday and bugging if you don t want your car to fixed in a reasonable manner and being screwed out of a car then bring your car on down here not a happy customer
