My service advisor went above and beyond with great service for my Explorer in need of serious TLC with some parts that needed to be ordered in advance. She kept me informed the whole way, worked with my schedule and offered transportation to and from and even pick-up and delivery (with a loaner availability if needed). I never felt in better care than with Wayne Ford, and believe me, we've been at other dealers in the North Jersey area. All was done in a timely manner with a call every step of the way. Loyalty is a no-brainer here for service for both my Ford Explorers and now even our 3rd, when time to purchase new again in the near future. A Ford dealership I'd certainly recommend, not even a question. This employee exemplifies automotive industry professionalism to the fullest. Wayne Ford should be honored and proud to have such a valuable employee on thier team. She shines and represents Ford in the best manner anyone should. Way to go Wayne Ford. Outta the park with this one.

I didnt buy a vehicle here but had my 2017 Explorer serviced here. I had a water leak into my vehicle at multiple places and had scheduled an appointment to get it repaired. Paid over couple of hundred bucks and it was good for an year and problem started again, I was told the warranty is only for an year so I paid over couple of hundred bucks again. Even after the second time, it was good for an year or so but started water leakage again at exact spots which were repaired. when I called in, I was told warranty expired as it was over an year ago and they asked me to pay again over $200 bucks for another service. looks like they want to do this every year on a repeated basis. I would never get my Ford serviced here ever again.

Wayne Ford has a nice waiting area with both tables and chairs as well as comfortable chairs. TV is on with news, free coffee and a restroom. An oil change was supposed to take an hour, but it went longer due to a malfunction in one of their machines that pumps the oil in (?) I was there for almost two hours, so not quite 5 star this time around. Nice people working there and they keep you informed as you wait.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Super bad experience only 2 years and the transaction went bad I had to damage my truck fixing it for more than 1 month I don't understand 250 Ford Super duty they are very bad

Bought a 2021 Explorer which has 2 recalls. Only "Service Advisor" can make appointments. Called 3 times to set up an appointment for recalls with no calls back.

My experience with this sevice department was bad. First of all, poor communication with the service advisor michelle.First day she said she will be calling me same or the next day for an update. She never called to give updates. Never responded to text message. After 3 days I had to call and wait 20 mins on the phone before I can reached her. There was check engine code for transmission. I was told that the extended warranty for transmission control module will take care of the check transmission code.She said she would call me back in a few days Waited one week then I called to see if there is any update. Again it took like 20 mins to reach her.After almost 2 weeks, when the car was ready, she told me that the transmission code was fixed but the car will continue doing transmission shudder as it needs a new clutch. I clearly asked and she confirmed that the transmission code was fixed. I am sure all the phone calls were recorded. After picking up the car within few miles check engine light came on and my local mechanic told me that it is the same code that was there before. Also The car drives worst than before.The other Ford dealers in the area were busy that s the reason I went wayne ford. I guess because of the quality of their work they are not busy as much as other ford services. Overall it was a bad experience.

Wayne Ford has sold me my vehicle in September of 2019, F250 and has serviced and maintained since.Wayne Ford sales did not waste my time. The salesman made it painless. There was no back and forth with pricing, with the rebates and offer they put me where I had to be.Wayne Ford Service Team has done me soo right with maintenance and service. They have worked with my schedule 8x out of 10.They have serviced my vehicle every 5000 miles. Sold and installed new tires, brakes at competitive pricing.This last visit I called on a Monday morning 7:10. I was in by 9:30 and out by 11:30. I was in need of rear brakes badly I procrastinated too long. Service made an opening in their schedule for me. I was most Thankful. I knew it was coming time and the last 3 oil changes the rear brakes were noted on the inspection report and verbally explain to me.It s nice to have place like Wayne Ford!Thank you Michelle and Matt !Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

The service center is great and never had a problem, but as far as leasing a car with them, don t do it. As a dealership they were extremely rude. Also they treat you as an idiot. I had to walk out because they were overpricing their cars so bad and copped an attitude when I counter offered. I got up to shake the dealers hand and he got up irritated then stormed off with out saying a word and never shook my hand. Just save yourself time and go elsewhere.

I took my Transit van in for a couple issues. They did not fix the problems. I have bonus parts ( BOLTS) left in my cup holder, my driver window doesn t go up by itself if I hit the button once like before. My screen still turns blue on one side or the other of the picture of the van in reverse. Not a happy camper hereService: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I can only say with my whole heart that the Wayne Ford is absolutely amazing from reception to the end of my car being serviced I have nothing but nice things to say. My car had some major problems and they treated me with care and respect. I mean every person that I encountered was so nice and professional. Even up to the top person in charge. My next new or used car is definitely coming from here. When I need my car serviced again Wayne Ford is my place to go. I highly recommend everyone to come to Wayne Ford for all of your car shopping needs as well as your mechanical needs. I kept taking my pickup truck to Wayne Ford. For transmission issue. And they kept telling me there is no issue without even properly checking. While I still had the warranty. As soon as warranty was up by milage, they tell me there is transmission problem. They were waiting for it to be over so they can charge me. They are frauds. I bought this car from them as second hand with transmission problem from day one. For 60k. Shame Shame Shame for not honoring the warranty. I hope Ford corporate is looking at this........ this is how you they do "DIRTY BUSINES AT WAYNE FORD"1 star is too much for these people at Wayne.Service guy name: Matt and Michael delt with both and their manager didn't get result.I have a brand new truck with transmission issue. I always had a good experience with Wayne Ford but Just this one time I recommend someone to wayne Ford and they first experience was not the best She came for a oil change They did not properly put her oil pan back on They did offer her a 10.00 dollar voucher She was driving around almost. A week with Her oil Pan hanging down. My opinion if something would have happened. To her oil Pan, she was looking at more. $10 worth of damage. I spoke to service management. Suggested a free oil change. Her next visit. Sincerely Graylin Armstead

my brakes were repaired with new front rotors and machined rears. Also the hanger bearing was replaced. There was some delay with the hanger bearing but Michele, my service advisor handled everything as expeditiously as possible and with complete professionalism. She communicated with me during the entire process. The repair was done right the first time. I highly recommend Wayne Ford for service and if you can, use Michele as your service advisor, she is the best.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes
