Very rarely do I walk out of an auto shop feeling confident that my best interests were put first, but that's exactly how I feel when I leave Petty Auto Works. This was the second time I went for a second opinion on a questionable repair the dealership wanted to perform, and the second time it turned out to be unnecessary. Tom and his team are experienced, honest and trustworthy, not something you find every day in the auto business.

I had my brakes replaced along with tire rotation, and normal maintenance for the mileage on my car. As a former industrial arts teacher, I have a good working knowledge of cars. Petty Motorworks was a fantastic find. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. You get detailed emails of everything they do. From years of also being in a service business, I have to say that from now on I will be a Petty customer, and so should you. Their prices are very fair and above all, honest.The work was done in a timely manner. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Awesome crew! Called last minute to have tires installed before the snow storm. Petty Motorworks very polite service team was able to accommodate with just a few hrs left in the day. Tires are wonderful and without any unbalance. Very affordable and quiet as well! Thank you very much petty motorworks!!

Petty Motor Works provides speedy and reliable service. Always there when I need them. I bring my business vehicles, my work truck and my private cars to be serviced and maintained at their shop. They never take advantage of me, they always give me the service that I need. Top shelf mechanics I go above and beyond. Highly recommend them.

The best service experience I have ever had. This shop goes above and beyond to serve their customers and most importantly, they are expert experienced mechanics. I had a tricky repair and they spent a good amount of time evaluating the problem and concluded that it didn't pay to make the repair and since they couldn't make the repair, they didn't charge me. After some research we found a work around and were able to fix the vehicle-yay! I would highly recommend this shop for the best expertise and service around.

Dropped off my truck for some engine work, they did a complete check of the entire truck, bringing to my attention a few items I wasn't aware of. The work was completed in a timely manner, was reasonably priced, and they communicated before, during, and after the work was complete. Very satisfied!

I have 2005 Chevy Malibu and I only trust Petty Motorworks to take care of the maintenance for my car. All the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. I found them when I needed an oil change and some other maintenance, which has kept my car on the road. Thank you.

Needed a battery replacement (7 years old), and Tom got me in on the same day. I waited just 30 minutes and was out the door. This was on a super-busy day in the shop. I really appreciated the service. I would recommend.

I am very pleased with Petty Motorworks LLC. They were quick to assess the problem with my Tacoma and offered a fix that was expert and affordable. The adjectives that come to mind when I think of this automotive repair business are: honest, professional, friendly, and competent. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair to their vehicle.

Great work at a reasonable price. Friendly and knowledgable people who take pride in their work.Definitely consider them for your next service.They never tell you that you need something done when you don t. If fact, if you want something done that you don t need they will try to talk you out of it!Great service.

Petty Motorworks is the best mechanic shop around. Not only do they do outstanding work, they are honest - no upsells. This is an invaluable quality. They are also happy to take the time to explain everything and anything you want explained. I wouldn't go anywhere else, ever.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. My issue: front passenger tire kept losing air from a slow leak. When I arrived, they took my car in immediately and confirmed I had picked up a nail. Fortunately, it was in a spot that could be easily repaired so they saved me the cost of a brand new tire. It s nice to work with an honest repair shop that doesn t try to sell you what you don t really need just to make a buck. I was in an out in of their shop in under one hour. Great experience. I was met with kindness by every employee I spoke with! As someone who isn t as knowledgeable about cars as others, I never felt like I was being talked down to about the repairs needed for my car or that I was being upsold for things I don t need. This place is honest, they do good work, and they care about taking care of you the best they can. I will absolutely continue to come here for future repairs. Wonderful experience!

Highly recommended local shop that is very dedicated to providing the best services to our community, very fair and honest! Conveniently allowed me to pay online and pick car up after hours with detailed instructions on how to operate the locker to get key.

Tom does great work near Barnaget. He may not be the mechanic for everyone but he has the traits that everyone wants in their mechanic. He's honest, has integrity, stands behind his work and, the most important, he is a man of his word!

I was advised by AAA to use Petty. So very glad I did ! Honest, knowledgeable and explained everything. They answered all my questions and gave me estimates as well. This experience made me wish I'd have found them years ago. I can't even imagine the money and time I would have saved if I had gone to them in the first place. Had to replace valve covers and gaskets on a 2006 Infiniti G35 with 206,000 miles on it so I knew it wasn t going to be easy. Had to go back a second time and they put the car right in. No hassle and so far so good!

I was simply thinking of how to describe the service and attention to detail regarding their service. It can't simply be done. From the customer service to having your vehicle repaired. Simply put, they care! The care of explaining, executing the job, the follow up, to ensuring your happiness. Mr. Petty has a great staff that even offered me a ride to pick up my vehicle.
