I called the day before and got Corey. He made me very comfortable. I came in and he was there again. He helped me find a coupon, but still got a good price for Jiffy Lube. I had special instructions for him and that was fine.Lou rang me up. He was helpful and friendly.I will return to this location - entirely because of Corey.

Pro: I would have given this one star, but they were very fast at performing the oil change.Cons:I watched the mechanic upsell another customer on an air filter.Mechanic was condescending with me after I denied his upsells.Was being upsold on an airfilterWas told my taillight was out (Checked when I left, it was working fine)Was told I needed new windshield wipers. I had replaced my wipers 5 minutes before bringing my car in.Was being upsold on the oil in my car. Tried to get me to agree to a $130 oil change, but I got it marked down to $80. Still too much but I was in a bide and just wanted to leave.Wouldn't go back.ADDING AN EDIT TO ADDRESS THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER."We train our technicians to review services based on need and manufacturers recommended service intervals. "Upsells" as you refer to them are done everywhere, even in the restaurants you go to. We make recommendations and customers are free to decline. Aka my tail light being "broken" when it was working fine, and my windshield wipers needing replacement even though they were less than 10 minutes old.While I agree that upsells happen are unfortunate, especially in mechanic work (my normal mechanic doesn't pull this crap, but I was an hour from home and in a bind), there's a difference between an upsell explaining why a higher service might be a good option and defaulting to the highest option available aka "running up the bill", but I do appreciate the honesty in admitting that you upsell customers.Disappointed from the owners response justifying trying to take a customer for as much money as they possibly can. I would lower the review to 1 star, but I can't knock them for actually completing the work.LAST EDIT 4/19/2024Owners/corporate were supposed to follow up and call me about the above review. They had my email, number, and I filled out their customer complaint form. Never heard a word. I would spend your money elsewhere, it ll go a lot further anyways.

They vacuumed my car! I don't believe it was part of the service but it was greatly appreciated! It was truly unexpected and I truly want to say Thank you for the service provided. The staff was very professional prompt and polite.

I've been a customer for almost 10 years now at this same location. This by far has been the most disappointing and expensive visit. Normally they go over what is recommended for my vehicle by the manufacturer and what they see is needed at the time of my service. This time they hardly did any of that. To add insult to injury, I was charged over $100 for an oil change for a 2013 Kia. There is no way to justify that type of price increase. I've never paid that much for my oil changes there and usually they upsell me on a few additional services and it still has never come out to be over $100 unless it's a major service. I don't even pay these kind of prices at the dealership. To make matters worse, small services like vacuuming and topping off fluids were stated on my invoice BUT WERE NOT ACTUALLY DONE. Needless to say I DEFINITELY WON'T BE RETURNING. After almost 10 years of putting my trust in this location, I have decided to take my business elsewhere INDEFINITELY!!!

I appreciate the professionalism at this location. Today went very smoothly with service being efficient and friendly. Took my car in for an oil change before a long road trip. 2 hours into my journey i had to pull over cause of a burning smell inside of the car. When i popped the hood there was oil everywhere. Whoever did the oil change forgot to put the engine oil cap back on.

Corey was the epitome of service with a smile. He explained everything that was needed, he applied discounts where possible and treated me like a customer and not a number. The brakes are working great and even though it was an expensive repair, I feel that Corey did everything he could to make sure my car was fixed so that I will be safe and my bill was as fair as possible. I will continue to go back to Jiffy Lube because of the service I received from Corey!

First time at this location - I usually dread the experience of having to take the car anywhere for repairs or maintenance. Wonderful customer service upon entry and throughout the experience. This place is excellent! Fast and friendly customer service. Very efficient and answered my questions before I asked A+ service. You can stay in your car during service, this made it very convenient for me. I will definitely be returning again. They fixed my windshield wipers too. I recommend supporting this business. They are open later than most in my area.

They damaged my front bumper after performing a brake fluid flush on my car, they didn t even tell me about it until I did my own inspection and found the car was damaged. I went and speak to the lady at the front desk and she told me to wait, after more than 10 mins I went back in to find out she was eating her food and wasting my time waiting for her.. eventually she told me to fix the car myself in a rude tone and there was nothing she could ve done. Service there is also overpriced, I usually do all the work on my car but I needed a brake fluid flush quick and I didn t have the equipments to do it. I d stay away from this place if you don t want random things to break from your car.Update: District manager just called and told me he would give me a discount if I remove the review or and come back for more services. No thank you, I don t more stuff to break from my car.Accurate update; you told me to buy the bolts bumper and you install it for me after breaking mine(because screwing the bolts is such a hard task haha), it definitely had something to do with you. It was fine before I came in. You don't love your customers, you love ripping them off.

Great service, went at end of day, and there was no one else waiting. Friendly technicians, and they also applied a coupon I brought along. This was my first time bringing a new truck there, but years ago I also had oil changes at Jiffy Lube on a prior car. Was in and out in about 30 min (or less)!

I will preface to say that today was my first time coming to this location of Jiffy Lube and I had a great impression with everyone but the cashier, an older white guy who I believe is named Mitchell S. based on my receipt. I am relatively newer to using Jiffy Lube as I ve only gone twice before closer to my workplace. I prefer the Lawrenceville location but bees on my work schedule, the commute was too far from where I was.Onto the review: I called to verify the price of a standard oil change and max sit clear that I wanted a regular oil change, not a signature oil change. I was told that it is $49.99 and was told to call again when I m near the location after stating I will come between 12pm-1pm. I arrived and called to notify that I spoke to someone on the phone and they directed me to call back, as well as asked for clarification on if the long line is for Jiffy lube or a separate entity that isn t affiliated based on the sign I was looking at. Once I was directed to the right side, I was met by two very kind men and was directed to the seating area. The customer service was great from these two individuals. I was directed by a third person to the waiting area, and it didn t take long. I was then called by the man who would later be the cashier and told me that I need an oil change and air filter change. I only came for an oil change but based on my long, frequent commute from this county to Trenton for work I was fine paying for the filter change. I ended up paying $165.25 with tax, which was much higher than what I was told on the phone, but because of the air filter and prioritizing my car s performance, I was fine paying this amount. HERE is the issue: When I was paying, I saw that the machine stated swipe, tap, or insert card and I proceeded to tap my card, and Mitchell stated insert in a stern voice. I noticed the stern tone but thought nothing of it, so I said, Oh insert? That s fine. It said tap as an option so I was going to tap . After something he said about you have to insert and push it in so that it works he moved to push the card in while I was already pushing the card in, and it was in a way that it pushed my hand. It was as if he was trying to hold my hand there and gave a sense that he thought I was going to remove the card or not pay, which is absurd. So I simply said, God bless you and he replied in a dismissive stern tone yeah, God /bless/ you too with stern emphasis on the bless part. It was only once the transaction was over that his body language looked more relaxed. He calmly went to pick my receipt that printed and said, Have a great day in a friendlier tone so I paused for a second and wished him the same without as much enthusiasm as I had previously had. When I was walking out, he said that my car was over there but just pointed generally to outside of the shop. I asked what the price of the car washes were as I realized the other line I saw when I came was for a car wash and he said I don t know, you d have to ask, it s a separate business so I said have a great day and walked out after he didn t reply. I stood there looking for my car and one of the friendly workers I first met came with my car shortly after. I asked him the same question about the car wash and he gave me a direct answer, which I appreciated. Once I realized he knew the prices and thought of that interaction with Mitchell I let the friendly guy know that I had a pleasant experience with everyone but Mitchell . His reaction once I said that told me everything I needed to know about Mitchell . All in all, because the service was quick and efficient, 4/5, but customer service wise with that interaction at the cashier s desk with standoffish behavior for a first time visitor, overall a 3/5. The fact that an interaction like this happened in my hometown is disheartening as well.

The guys were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. I also appreciate that I was given options about which type of oil to put in and which windshield wipers to put on. There were no surprises with the billing because everything was carefully explained before I was charged anything. I definitely will return for other services. As a woman, it is often hard to find places you can trust for your car care.

Corey was very thorough with his recommendations while doing the oil change on my boyfriends truck. He was able to identify a cracked radiator & a/c condenser issue right away. Great customer service from initial drive up to drive out. Every employee I walked pass greeted me with a hello and a smile. An added bonus on top of them getting me in and out quickly. Excellent service!!

Great job, quick and courteous. But also quite pricey . Keep in mind if you have an SUV the prices advertised will go up. Prob I should have waited on air filters but wanted to get it done.
