My brand new Tesla 2023 was hit by another car at the left side after 10 days of delivery. The insurance company recommended The Branning's Princeton Auto Bodyshop to us. This is a Tesla certified bodyshop. The customer service was excellent. I had very smooth communication with Siria there. She very patiently addressed all my questions. I know that Tesla repair is always slow. But the mechanician Tyler completed the repair in just 10 days. What a pleasant surprise! When I saw my car, I couldn't believe it. It was just like brand new. I couldn't tell any flaw on my car. It's perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied. Tyler explained to me what he had done to repair my car. He is very professional and nice. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend the Branning's Princeton Auto Bodyshop to all the Tesla owners in this area.BTW, I posted the before and after pictures of my car. You can see how perfect it is now. Many thanks to Tyler!

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. Marco looked at the "scratches" on my brand new red Tesla after a minor collision. He was able to immediately remove the transfer marks from the other car at no cost. Now my car has been restored to perfect factory condition. What a great Christmas present this was! I am most grateful and will forever be loyal to Brannings.

My experience with Branning s was simply amazing. All of the associates were super communicative and professional throughout the entire process. When I picked up my Tesla, I was very impressed with their work! My Tesla looked like it was a brand new model. I drove off of the lot with a huge smile on my face. I m so glad that I chose to trust Branning s Princeton Auto Body for my repairs. I do not regret a single thing!

As a woman you are more susceptible when it comes to mechanics and I have bad experiences. Taking my car to Brannings was the best experience ever. Marcos Diaz has restored my faith that there are honest patient and hardworking shops in the world!! He treated me as if I was a member of his own family. As he would want someone to treat his sister or mother...he explained everything yo me clearly and step by step. He is certainly a godsend!!!!! Service was A Plus plus!!! Highly recommended!!

My Tesla MYLR got rear ended and was sent to Brannings Princeton. The entire repair took less than 7 calendar days, much shorter than the average Tesla repair time. All communications, drop offs, pick ups, and repair are straightforward and efficient. I highly recommend and will choose Brannings again in the future.

My new car had a rear end collision and it was a major stress for me as it took away from my cars new appearance. I took it to Brannings because I've heard many great things about their service. When I brought my car, Marcos gave me a detailed overview on what would be required and a timeframe of how long it would take. I was kept up to date on my car's repair. When it was ready, I came to pick it up and I was shocked; my car looked as if I was grabbing it from the dealer. It was as if the car was never used, from the damaged area to my interior. After such exquisite service, I can't see myself going to any other repair shop for all of car's needs. Marcos and the team are top class and they'll be my first recommendation for anyone else looking to get work done on their cars.

At the end of the day, my 23 Tesla MYLR looked good. It took two returns to finally fix what was missed in their inspection prior to releasing the car to me. Once at pickup and another return visit. The car was clean when I dropped it off to them, but filthy with dried mud on floor mats and pedals at pickup. Major paint/chemical odor in the car at pickup that took over a week to dissipate. Still slightly there. Communication was good throughout with a repair and completion status, although the automated email update often contradicted a human email update causing the updates to be somewhat reliable. All that aside, staff, especially Tyler, was extremely nice, understanding and accommodating.

Branning s handled my car with such great care after my accident. Made it look brand new again! Also want to give a huge shoutout to Marcos Diaz he made the entire experience seamless and kept me updated throughout the entire process! Definitely recommend and will be going back for any car related needs!

Brannings Princeton Auto Collision shop is hands down the best shop on the east coast. My car was involved in an accident back in the end of July & I was able to pick up my car yesterday, i almost didnt recognize it - my car literally came back better than before ! I was extremely discouraged when i initially seen the damages and thought it would not be repairable but they literally made magic happen ! Id like to thank Marcos D. For his exceptional customer service & keeping me up to date with parts and wait time. He is definitely a gem to that company. Id also like to thank Cesar for the phenomenal paint job he did on the car - i eeally almost didnt even recognize it when picking it up. I will also like to thank Paul for the body work he performed on the vehicle ! I am just forever indebt to this place ! Thank you guys so much for giving me a second chance with my vehicle ! This place is literally the houdini of all collision shops - i dont think my vehicle wouldve came back as prestige as it did had i sent it anywhere else ! THANK YOU TO BRANNINGS AUTO COLLISION SHOP & ALLLLL THE EMPLOYEES ! TESLA OWNERS BE AWARE!!! I had a minor damaged to be fixed (hit the curb), took the car there and Alex told me it would take a week. It took a month for the part to arrive, then they said they need another two weeks to fix, after the 2 weeks had passed they said they need another 10 DAYS because a worker was sick!!! They refused to pay for my rental (I pied for 2 weeks out of pocket) and refused to speed up my car. Be prepared to have your car at the shop for over 2 MONTHS and to pay THOUSANDS in rental!!!

I wish there was a zero star option. Brannings worked in collusion with the insurance company to short change repairs on my vehicle. It makes sense because they don t bite the hand that feeds them which is the insurance company. So if you re working with the insurance company and Brannings proceed with great caution, they don t care about you!I also reached out to the founders and owners, prior to posting this review, including Paul Branning, to give them an opportunity to correct their mistakes. They never even had the decency to respond to me.Be also aware that while some reviews are legit customers most of the five star reviews on here are hired and paid by friends and people who have never had work done. I would encourage you as a consumer to reach out to them and ask them. .buyers just be aware do your homework.More importantly, I would encourage you to support the little guys and not these big money hungry people.

I brought in my 2003 Camry with front end damage. Luckily because of the low mileage it was not totaled. They did amazing work and it was completed in 3 days. Getting a rental was so easy as the Hertz was set up right in Branning s office. When I picked up my car it looked brand new for being 16 yrs old. It was cleaner then it has been in a long time. I would recommend Branning in Princeton for your next auto body repair.

After carefully reading many auto body shop reviews, I took my car to Branning Auto Body in Princeton for repair after being in a fender bender and needing to have my bumper fully replaced; I was very pleased with the final result. The quality and color match of the paint job was spot on and perfect and my car literally left 110% cleaner on the outside than when I left it; it looked beautiful and new again. Many thanks to the shop/repair manager Ivan who ultimately turned this into a great experience. He was kind and very attentive to my needs and concerns and ensured everything got done to the best of their ability and to my satisfaction and I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience and end result. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again if ever needed in the future.

When someone hit my car with both of our daughters in the back seat at first I was afraid but they were both just fine. Then I started to worry about my car. I love that car and we have traveled far and wide. I learned to drive in Southern California so I was fully indoctrinated in car culture. I take good care of our car.The damage was extensive and I was worried that it would never be the same. When they pulled it out fixed my first thought was that they had replaced it with a new one. Then I saw my daughter's cute drawings and knew that it was my car, just perfectly fixed.I looked carefully. No only was it perfect on the outside; it was perfect on the inside too. The doors opened and closed like new. The inside was meticulously cleaned and thoughtfully cleaned. They had cleaned every mark and scrap but left my daughters' drawing intact. Totally thoughtful. My mechanics must have been parents too.I certainly hope that we don't get hit again. But if we do, I won't worry about who is going to fix it. Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was one of the best places I have ever been to for a body shop, I have gone to about seven body shops in my lifetime and their service, and final product is beyond phenomenal. I would go above and beyond to recommend this place, and will always and only use their car services going forward. They have a personalized white glove service, each and every interaction has been amazing. They are always open, upfront, honest about the needs and issues. They stick to the timeline they give , their final product is great. I felt like family going there, highly recommend this location for . a Tesla, or any other car.

I brought my car in for dent repair and received excellent service from estimate through delivery. The estimate was done in minutes. The repair was done within 2 days instead of the anticipated 7 business days. Obtaining and returning a rental car was facilitated by Branning; I was able to drop it off right there. I had never used Branning Auto Body previously. They are one of the companies that my Auto Insurance Company uses for collision repairs. The facility in Princeton is the most convenient for me. The estimate was sent to me through an email later on the same day that I brought the car there for the appraisal. The whole process was handled very professionally and all my questions were answered. I was also kept up-to-date on the progress of the job. The work didn't begin for a few weeks after I authorized the repair, but that is because all the shops have been quite busy this year. The quality of the work was excellent. The color match of the paint was quite good. I would definitely refer my friends and family to this auto body shop if they need any work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had repairs done here that included moderate body work and paint which now looks like new. The repair also required suspension work (tie rod replacement, alignment) that was also done very well. Finally, after the accident, the dashboard warning lights were lit up like a Christmas tree and properly reset with the repair.All of the interactions I had with the staff were friendly and professional. Branning's is a professional, efficient, and friendly operation. I was able to get an estimate on the spot, and Kelly was AMAZING during the entire process, always polite, friendly, and clear. She scheduled my repairs the day I called and updated me via email and calls from start to finish. My repair was supposed to take 8 days. Imagine my delight when Kelly called after 3 days to say my car was ready! Everything was done to perfection. I went into Branning Collision Center with the bottom protective shield dragging on the floor, not knowing what to do. Marcos was extremely helpful and kind. He communicated and explained the process of getting my car fixed and insurance in a patient and smooth manner.
