Unique Auto Care is truly UNIQUE in that they provide prompt and courteous service every time I visit them no matter what service I need. The office staff provided excellent customer service with a smile. The mechanic is thorough and efficient. Thank you for being great!!!

Got a flat not too far from them and changed my tire so I could go get my sandwhich I was on the way to pick up then head for a repair. Repair took about 30 minutes and he suggested new front tires due to the wear but wasn t pushy. Super friendly employees that were very helpful and for a super affordable price too! Would definitely recommend.

I called all the Mechanic Shop near by before 9am on 12/22/23 to see if they have time for oil change because my 2009 scion xd needed it badly and I was told they we're all booked. Then when I called unique auto care, they we're able to get my oil changed and I was very grateful . Thanks also to "Gabi"the register woman in the front for changing my day u have great customer service! Come to this auto care if you need your car badly because they can make it for you

The whole family of businesses owned by, well, this family, is fantastic, but their auto repair work is definitely my favorite of the group. Their prices are extremely fair for the quality of their services, and they are always more than happy to go out of their way to help people. Their secretary actually offered to pick my wife up when our car was broken, so she wouldn't have to walk there. They're incredibly warm people despite the economic state of the town. Definitely recommend them!

Went there and dropped my car off for just a wheel alignment. They had my car all day to tell me they can't do it and charged me $50. I then went to firestone and they had no problem doing it. All they try to do is upsale you for stuff you dont need. Do not go to them, they will rip you off and can't do the job correct.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

The mechanic really did a great job i took my truck for the alignment and the price was $110 that's a good price but the price For 2PC Front Lower Ball Joints Suspension for a 2006 Ford F-150 is super high that is only 2 screws they charged me $250 dollars because they took 2.5 hrs to do the job and i bought the part their price for 1 hr is $85 me and my brother in law took that ball joint out a couple times super easy because we were trying to lift my truck but they said they couldn't take the passenger out idk why FISRT AND LAST TIME TAKING MY CARS TO THAT SHOP. God Bless you guys.

This shop takes care of their customers. Staff are friendly and honest people who will not take advantage of you. This isn't the kind of shop that breaks or recommends things you don't need. Service is quick! Lounge was clean and had light refreshments. I highly recommend this shop!

My "low tire pressure" light came on. The men at Unique checked all my tires and put air in them for free. The light went out! Very polite and did not charge me a cent. I'll be back.
