Worst experience ever. I ve included both before and after photos. Was told repair was being delayed because parts were being ordered when I picked up my van I could not determine what part because all part that were said to be replaced looked used my head light look rusty the mirror and bumper had scratches all over. My trunk won t open left back window won t go down and my van has been making a funny noise that Donna informed me was due to wheel alignment. Been calling to get an appointment to take back my van to have it fixed properly and they re not responding. Do not take you vehicle here!

I recently got into a car accident with my Subaru and my insurance recommended me this place. They were so nice and helpful! The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and very calm and explained everything to me while I was having a nervous breakdown with everything. She was the best ever! This place constantly gave me updates through the phone and text messages and I really appreciate it a lot! When I got the car back 7/7/23, it was like it was brand new! I was so happy, even my dad was impressed with them. I would recommend anyone to come here! High quality and amazing customer service!Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in an accident and my insurance suggested this place since it was covered by the other party. Donna was very helpful and informative through out this whole experience. I ve never worked with an auto body shop before and I can honestly say these guys here & Donna are a great team. They send you updates via text to let you know any changes with your car which I think is very reassuring. The fixed up my car really well, and it doesn t even look like my car was ever hit. Everything turned out to be great. Parkway definitely got themselves a new customer here. Thank you so much again!

I had such a smooth and positive experience here! Donna was extremely helpful, communicative, and kind, and I was so pleasantly surprised to see the entire interior of my car cleaned after my visit. They also left me extra paint.The work was done quickly and well. I m very pleased

Fantastic service from beginning to end. (they had candy and even offered me water!) From the reception (I forgot her name my apologies) lovely welcoming lady, to the phone call prior to setup an appointment, to leaving my car and setting up the rental and coordination with my insurance. It was just such a smooth process. They respected my time, my property, and even with a slight human error mistake that happened they IMMEDIATELY resolved it without changing the demeanor at all! It was all around a fantastic experience. Thank you to everyone for not only helping to fix the car but for explaining to me the process along the way so I was informed on what would be done and breaking down the bill etc.100% recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Got into a accident and was referred by my insurance. Bonnie kept amazing communication the entire time my car was at the shop plus I received updates Via text. They work with the Enterprise nearby which was great. My car was completed in 6 days although my estimate was for 2 weeks. When I arrived my car looked great and they even had it cleaned!

Wow!!! Parkway Autobody in Lyndhurst, NJ does excellent work and they deserve 5 Stars. My 2022 Highlander was rear ended and when Parkway finished, it was showroom perfect!!! Donna from Parkway kept us updated and did an amazing job coordinating with the insurance companies, the loaner vehicle, and all of the paperwork! The team at Parkway Auto Body was amazing. From scheduling drop off within minutes of me getting off the phone with my insurance company to being done with my car six days before the estimated completion date. My car looks like new. They are amazing, great at communicating updates and polite. They even took the time to explain what it would take to get scratches off my car from something unrelated. I cannot praise Parkway Autobody East enough. Every step of the process deserves 5 stars, actually 10 stars! Bonnie, the office Manager is so informative and welcoming as she explained every step of the process from scheduling through to the procedure for pickup. The young lady who provided the estimate really knows her job and was also very friendly and professional. My car was ready a few days earlier than estimated and it looks brand new! Did I mention the office is meticulously decorated and clean with coffee and water available to customers? What could have been an unpleasant experience was quiet the opposite. I wish all businesses were this well run. I highly recommend Parkway Autobody East to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired!Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely hands down best auto body shop I ve been to. The receptionist, Bonnie, and the appraiser, Melissa, are amazing. Not only were they above and beyond welcoming, but they were very professional and knew what they were doing. Always notified me with anything new about my car repair. My car looks amazing!! Parkway Auto Body East is an AMAZING place! From the minute I spoke to Bonnie to set an appointment for an estimate to my meeting with Dan, everything about this business & staff is Top Notch! They provide email updates as to the progress of your repairs as well as personal contact! My car looked better than when we p/u from Dealer! State Farm recommended this repair shop following my accident. They were very thoughtful and made sure that they had the parts before having me drop off my vehicle so that I minimized the days I needed to have a rental. They also spoke with Enterprise to have a rental car ready for me when I dropped off my car. It made everything go so smoothly. I literally would come by, hop out, check in, and hop back into a car. I got into a car accident and parkway auto body east was in my insurer's network. I received a phone call the next day to schedule the drop off and Dan even scheduled Hertz to drop the rent a car off at the shop for me, I didn't have to worry about anything. The estimate they gave me was accurate, and the repairs were done quicker than what I was originally told. I couldn't have been happier.Service: Body & Trim

This is hands down the best auto body shop I ve ever been to. They have worked with me every step of the way, even beyond what s required of them, to ensure my car is not only fixed after my accident but also making it as convenient and inexpensive as possible. Extremely friendly & knowledgable staff. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone I know.

Latinos Beware ! Horrible customer service from manager: first not finish the work on both sides , work only on one side door not polished, same day pickup my car down engine cover comedown on the highway sorry but not recommended! They ripped off much money to insurance company
