I recently had to use the services of Bricon Collision, and they are one of the best things that can happen to you after the unfortunate thing that happened to you!From the first call to setup an initial inspection to the final handover, every step of the way was smooth. They explained the process clearly, kept me well informed with regular updates and were professional all around! Super Professional work and customer service has this business. From the office to the repair of my car and the rental of a temporary vehicle, they did an excellent job in 6 days my car was back and it looks flawless. Bricon completed body work on 2 of my family vehicles during this past year , both cars were hit while parked , A Porsche and a BMW. The body work on both vehicles were exceptional. Had a great experience after an unfortunate accident. Bricon along with Geico insurance worked with me to make a seamless transition from giving an estimate to ordering the parts, setting up an appointment, and got the repair work done a day earlier than promised. The car was returned in excellent condition, a complimentary thank you bag and a spotless cleaning. I would highly recommend Bricon to anyone needing auto body work.

I didn't have my vehicle's damage repaired by them, but i had an electrical problem fixed. The owner and his team took my vehicle in from another bad shop (not many people would do that) and fixed a major electrical issue. Their customer service was really good, and I would recommend them just based on that and they do seem attentive to details.

I have to say, the staff is professional, and they get the job done. I got into a car accident a few months ago, and they repaired it. The car looks new and you will never realize the car has been in an accident. My Subaru car looks amazing! I highly recommend this auto body company! I had my wife s Dodge Durango fixed with them via GEICO.All I can say the staff is professional, courteous and diligent.Jeff and also the shop manager (sorry forgot his name) are nice to handle business with.My wife is happy

Having to give your car up to get it repaired is never a fun experience, especially when it needs to be fixed because someone hit it while it was park. This aside, the folks at Bricon were awesome, especially Kerry. The customer service was amazing. I brought my car in on a Tuesday morning, I had it back by lunch time on Friday. The whole process was streamlined with Geico and Enterprise being on-site. I have nothing but praise for Bricon with the experience. Yet again, Kerry was amazing. And Tom from Geico made this whole experience about as painless as one could hope for. Double thumbs up for you guys! Definitely recommend you.

Initially I was quite apprehensive because it was my first car accident. They were right on top of calming my concerns. From the car rental with Enterprise to the actual repairing of my car at Bricon. Bricon and their staff are amazing. I cannot explain how comprehensive and timely they were. It was pure pleasure dealing with such a professional staff. And they even washed my car inside and out. Thank you!

Was referred to Bricon from my insurance due to someone running into my back side. Despite it 'appearing' to be minor with some of the bump buckling, they spotted a dent in the bumper bracket that needed to be fixed on top of replacing the rear bumper. They fixed that thing in about a day, making the use of a rental kind of pointless, but hey, I didn't pay for it.Loved their quick turn around and consistent communication and I essentially put the accident behind me in less than a week's time. Would recommend as their people know what they're doing and know how to get it done efficiently!

I sent my car over here from Geico, unfortunately due to the model of my car and the context of the damages they were unable to service my car. But the customer service was amazing and everyone was very friendly and cooperative in helping me find a mechanic that could help. If I ever need any body work done I m coming here for sure!

This is my second time going to this place. My car was hit by a hit and run so I told my insurance company Geico to send me car there. The quality of work speak for itself. They fix my car so nice, you can't even tell it was in a accident. They're very professional and resourceful. After I picked up my car I had a little problem with the side mirrors. I called and they have me come in right away and fix it. Nice people and very professional.Service: Body & Trim

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The offices are clean, the staff is very friendly, and if you're a Geico customer, it makes your life incredibly easy. When I sent to fix my bumper on my 2017 Corolla, the Geico and Enterprise agents were on site and the whole process took 20 minutes. My bumper was fixed in less than a week. Amazing experience and amazing service!

I scraped the passenger side of my car in a parking lot. Took it to Bricon and they did a great job. They are part of the Geico Auto Repair Xpress program so the paperwork was almost non-existent. Just called Geico, went in, dropped my car and after a week, it was like brand new. The car's interiors were also kept clean.I also thought the prices were reasonable. Overall a great experience!

They made repairs on my vehicle after an accident and then when I got my car home my battery died after 2 days which can happen I found out after a long repair and in cold weather and they offered to replace the battery that day for free if I could drive it there. Very helpful

I recently brought my car in to replace my bumper due to a hit and run incident. Bricon was recommended by Geico and they delivered in every way. Repair was completed in 48 hours and the whole experience was completely painless. I highly recommend Bricon!

I found the Bricon Collision Center in Lyndhurst NJ on the internet after a rear-end accident in May. I went there and they were very professional and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. I got my red Honda CRV back two days before the estimated pickup date. They fixed my car up real good!!! When I got into my car I realized it was cleaned out and in thoroughly & spotlessly. Overall, I m very glad the work was done by them and would refer everyone to Bricon Collision. The great quality work & fast service! Bravo! Jan Komenda

My accident involved a shattered windshield. There was glass everywhere. After Bricon was done with the repair, I found not so much as a spec of glass in the carpet.
