Easy to schedule appointments online, great customer service, honest assessments and good pricing. My family has used them several times and they will tell you what really needs to be done and what can wait. No upselling like the dealerships always try to do!

I arrived as a walk in for a nail in my tire.Bill was awsome at getting me in quickly.friendly and professional.I don't remember the mechanics name but he was very nice.Thanks to both of you

Brought my wehicle last Thursday for over heated got a phone the same day stated that my 2006 Nissan Altima need a new radiator and thermostat charged me $973 I pick it on Friday paid in cash after 3 days card not running he s telling me now my engine is shot not true because when I called a tow truck to come get it it started I drove to auto zone to tighten up my battery cables driving ok but after they got tighten the car wouldn t turn over got it towed once again but this time back to Mr Tire in Ansecon now saying I need engine but I m getting it towed too another mechanic In Atlantic City if he says something different I m taking Mr Tire to court for ALL my money back

Had an incident with my tire and needed service on it asap. Gave them a call and thankfully they were able to get my car in very quickly. The man who helped me was very friendly and helpful.The car was ready in no time and we were able to be on our way.Greatly appreciated their service that day!

Bill was super nice and friendly. I didn't need brakes after all, just an oil change. Was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Been going to this garage a long time and have never been disappointed. Walt was always my "go to" guy and I will miss him so very much. I met Bill and he was so nice and explained everything to me. He's going to be my "new" Walt now! Thank you Bill and to all your mechanics for being so nice.

Had all 4 Rotors & Brakes replaced on my 2000 Mustang GT its been a few weeks no complaints! Breaking in great more then satisfied, can stop on a dime without a peep! Manager is great very respectful, will hear you out & follow through with whatever you need. Mr. Tires isn't as big as your Aamco or your Pepboys but will provide far better service in every category. If you need a good company to trust with your sexy ride look no further.

Had a tire issue. Stopped by and new tire ordered. Called the next day, told me tire was in and to stop by at Noon to have it installed. Driving away, looked at the clock and it was 12:15. Service with a smile, good prices and excellent Customer Service.

I was presented with a couple possible causes of a strange vibration. Bill advised a course of action based on several factors. Completed work was explained in detail at pickup. Will definitely go back.

Non-trusting - won t present options but will charge every penny they can for repairs. They will push and sell you labor that you don t need and is not necessary. Also, when an issue occurred during the repair due to additional labor needed, they became unreasonable and threatened to tow my car if I decided not to go through with it as I signed and agreed to a much smaller estimate (keep in mind the costs increased by about $400 because of the additional labor needed). Repair done was ok, but they ll charge you the highest fee they possibly can (even if you re a loyal customer as I ve been). Id take your business elsewhere to a more trustworthy mechanic for repairs.

I noticed I had a screw in my tire today. I wasn't sure if it was in that deep so I pulled out front of Mr.Tire at 11am, they close at 5pm just so no one thinks I pulled up last second before they close. I told the guy my situation, and he said "I can't fix it till tommorow" irritated like me coming into a Tire Shop for a Tire problem was somehow ridiculous. I replied, "It's just 5 feet right there, can't you just give me an opinion." He put his hands up and "Can't do anything till Monday. " I said "you know if you had just taken a look I would have given you my buisness" as I turned to leave I guess he realized being rude for no reason didn't make sense so he started to move for the door and I told him dont worry about it. Cause guess what? There's a Pep Boys a 20-second drive away. They were more than happy to help. I have 2 trucks and jeep and moved to the area not long ago. I have been looking for a reliable place for my vehicles. When I bought my truck, it had these big off-road tires I didn't like, but I figured I'd replace all 4 when the time came. Now Pep Boys on the White Horse Pike will be helping me with 4 new tires. If there's gonna be a reply on here, go ahead and watch the tape. I'm sure you have a camera, tell me I'm lying.

I have brought all of my vehicles here for service over the years. Many times expensive but many times little or no charge and honest answers when no repairs were actually needed. They will apply all discounts whether you have the coupon with you or not. Great customer service.

After a tough two weeks of loosing a family member, and having a parent in OR at the hospital I walked out of work to find my tire flat. Thinking "are u f***ing kidding me!?" I called 5 other places who didn't have the time for a quick plugging of a tire. Not Mr. Tire! Despite being told not to take more cars for the day, John who answered the phone told me to shoot over anyway. He didn't know my story. He just did the right thing and squeezed me in anyway. Thanks for taking something "off my plate". I'll be sure to pass it forward.

They are so friendly here. Our tire had a flat and this was the closets place with the best reviews. We called, he fit us in immediately, we went, and they took our car right away. It took about 30 minutes for them to find the issue, patch the tire and we were on our way. The guy at the front is so nice. Definitely recommend this auto shop!

Bill and his team did a great job helping us select tires and then installing them quickly. Make sure to check tire pressure before leaving - mine were over inflated and caused the TPMS to alarm. We stopped at another Mr Tire during our travels and they checked things out and made it right.

My oil change came with a rebate. My shop did not have the form. Someone from the office was to get the form to the shop on Monday. The office failed to do this. My shop guys have my invoice hanging on the wall waiting to contact me when they finally get the form for me. The shop is doing everything they can to get me my rebate of $20, your Office guy is not sending it to them. NOT right...

Ran into an issue with my tire, and happened to walk into this place. Was greeted at the counter by Walter, who was one of the nicest gentleman I've met.I received exceptional service; not just on my vehicle, but the customer service as well.I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work. I was so pleased, I returned the next day for routine maintenance, and again, left as a satisfied customer. Highly recommended.

I initially took my car here for an oil change. I was pleased with the service and decided that I would become a regular customer. I decided to bring it back for another mechanical issue, rather than take it to the dealership where I normally have it serviced. Turns out, the mechanics at Mr. Tire couldn't diagnose the car because the codes were specific to Honda. They charged me 40 dollars to just tell me that they couldn't diagnose it. I felt that this was unnecessary and most other places would've waived the fee in such an instance as a courtesy. Because of this, I will not be returning. However, its probably fine if you're going for something simple like tire repair or oil change. Anything else I would take to a place that values customer loyalty more, as I feel it speaks to integrity of the business. The staff was friendly and respectful though.

Took my car there to get my checked out because it wasn t starting. I needed a new alternator.. . They call me back saying, Yeah you need a new alternator and 2 front new tires, do you want us to replace them.. Me thinking it wasn t going to be that expensive agreed.. they purchased a $400 alternator and 2 tires that were $130 each.. I looked online and found alternators ranging from $70-$400 and I could of gotten tires elsewhere for $150 for both of them.. not to mention the labor cost the place did good work and fast but it seems like they re trying to pinch every penny from you. Not to mention after I took it there more problems began staring with my car.. but I m sure that s just coincidence.. wouldn t recommend going there if you re looking for a honest price

I had a last minute issue with my breaks bill took me in with no problems early in the morning. He didn't low ball me or give me a ring around. He made me feel comfortable and had me laughing without breaking my wallet. If you want genuine service bring your car here you won't be disappointed

These guys are the absolute best. I took my dad's car to get an oil change and mentioned my broken jeep to them. They suggested I bring it in to let them look at it and told me from the beginning that if it was something they could fix they would. So I had it towed in the next day around 1pm, not even an hour later they call me with the BEST news! Its a easy fix and I dont even have to replace the part that had broken. Instead of being something that could have cost $400+, it was less than half that in the end. These guys are so nice and do great work. I literally took my car in 2 days later and they fixed my taillights! I will be coming here for all my car needs from now on. You guys are awesome and I cannot thank you enough.

Bill really is one of the nicest people I ve ever met. Not only did he entertain me with conversation and laughs; but, for the very short time I was there, he was cleaning and disinfecting. He took me in right away when I couldn t get my car in to the dealer. I was done within a half- hour (and, that included a free tire rotation). I will not be going back to the dealer! Thanks so much though Bill for making an oil change a pleasurable and even memorable experience! The world needs more people like you!

I called to schedule an appointment to get my tires checked out because I believed there was a slow leak. They were able to fit me in their schedule and take a look. Turns out, there was a hole in two of my tires. They were able to replace my two tires during my same visit and didn t need to wait too long to have them finish. I love coming here if I have any problem with my tires because they try their best to fix the problem the day of and I really admire that. Thanks guys!

Had to have my breaks replaced when I was visiting home in Connecticut and the mechanic told me I needed front brake pads as well. Decided to wait and bring my car to mr. tire when I made it back to NJ and the mechanic informed me that my front brake pads were just fine! Great people and great mechanics over here. There honesty and integrity is commendable. Wouldn t bring my car anywhere else. Highly recommend! 10/10
