It was my first time I made an appointment online the night before. I really liked the service my baby was lined up very well.I went to other places before but had to leave my car. However here they gave me the option to wait and saved me paying Uber. I definitely recommend it.

Made an appointment but called and they told me they could get me in earlier. I got there, left the car went for a walk around the block, came back and it was done! They didn't waste any time. No nonsense is my favorite!

Spoke with a man named Steve over the telephone who provided me with pricing. I went in and dropped off my car and met with Matt. Both of these men were professional and treated me with respect. The car was finished at a time and price as promised.

They were fast and gave the solutions accurate. No hustle. One of my RR velar had a turbo problem. They just gave their honest opinion about it. I could understand the authentivity because it was checked through another mechanic.

Was quoted $140 for synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I walked out. Sorry but $90 for an oil change for 4 qts (Honda Civic) is honestly a joke. Anyone willing to pay these prices make sure you bring lube.

I waited about 3 hours tor my services. Then the next day the Problem came back . Only to be told that I would have to go to another facility and Firestone couldn t fix my issue .

Went in for an oil change came out with an oil filter housing leak, they claim I had it before possibly but wasn t told that when they were finished as recommended services. Was told about all kind of other services that I supposedly needed though. Never before have it leaked oil before that day and I have an cemented driveway would of notice it, I sincerely believe that the mechanic cracked it for sure. This place sucks

I recently moved out of this area, and there are 2 other Firestones locations by me, However, I will still continue to choose this Firestone location in Absecon, NJ for the staff members. They're professional, friendly, and trustworthy.

We came to Firestone when our car s battery light turned on while on the parkway and were concerned we had an alternator problem. Matt and his team were incredibly quick to take our car in and take a look.Thankfully it turned out to be loose battery terminals so we were on our way pretty quickly but they were super diligent about triple checking to ensure there wasn t a bigger problem. Then they sent us on our way at no charge which was ridiculously nice of them. Incredibly happy with our experience here, highly recommend!Service: Electrical

I made an appointment the day before. I arrived five minutes before my appointment. I needed an oil change an air filter and my tires aired. I was in and out in less than an hour. They didn't tell me that I needed a cabin filter windshield wipers fluids or anyting else that I was not interested in. Like the guy down the road. They did tell me to keep an eye on my battery. They didn't tell me that I need a new battery like the guy down the road would have. I will definitely recommend this place.Firestone, Absecon.

Jack inspected the tires on my vehicle and worked me into the crowded schedule to insure safety when driving the vehicle. He also offered a variety of discounts that I accepted.

Had a damaged tire replaced. They charged me the $30 warranty without asking if I wanted it; I went back and they refunded the warranty cost. However the ride was poor so I stopped by a local mechanic in my area. Turns out the balance wasn't done right so he corrected it, running very smooth now. I like Firestone tires but I won't be having any more work done by the Absecon store.Service: Tires

Excellent staff and business. I was given all options and prices before any work was done so there were no hidden costs up front. Tires special ordered and delivered and installed the next day early morning! Thanks again!

Went here a few times to get oil changes. The last time the mechanic left oil stains all over my passenger seat. I had to go straight to work so I didn't go back inside, but I filled out their survey and was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. Never happened. Excellent staff!Fixed the problem.Luv their store credit card too cz it will serve as a great "record keeper" for Both cars. I wish I kept it the 1st time I was approved for it. Live & learn

Chris is the reason why I m coming back to this Firestone again, he took care of me after nobody took care of me the day before when I was trying to fix a flat tire that I had an appointment set for. Chris called me in the morning and scheduled a new appointment, as soon as I came in he took care of my flat tire and was super amazing!! I was at daughter s volleyball tournament more than 100 miles from home with unbalanced wheels and tires. Matt took me in my two fronts wobbled at speeds above 55mph so I asked him to just take a look at those tires. I sat with Jack and Matt watching and waiting and getting to know these great guys. Jeff was the young Marine working on my car and was as thorough as could be expected as such. They were courteous and wholesome kind and humble. I haven t met folks this nice and welcoming in awhile. On completion Matt gave me a wonderful surprise that truly spoke to an appreciation for family and commitment. I ll never forget it.

2nd time here. Forgot who i spoke with 1st time but today spoke with Matt. Had an appointment for a diagnosic. This and the 1st visit told me exactly what was wrong and what I needed, and nothing more. Carlos did the diagnostic, cool guy. These are great people, honest and straightforward. Thank you guys.
