Received a promotional flyer for vehicle inspection. When I stopped in, I was greeted quickly in a clean and welcoming entry /customer waiting area. The service writer was prompt, asked a few questions about the vehicle and was able to schedule next day service and even offered a ride back to my home.Dropped off the vehicle and got a ride home from a very nice young lady. I received an email regarding the work done, any areas of concern, and mechanics notes while the vehicle was being serviced.Once completed, I got a phone call and a prompt return to the shop.I will be using them again.

This automotive place is the absolute best in Vermont! I'm from North Carolina, was traveling in Vermont when my van broke down. I called and they sent the tow truck and had the chance to look at it the very next morning and have it fixed for me by 11am do I could head home! They are so friendly and their customer service was top notch. The waiting area was nice with a comfy couch, coffee and water and a TV to help pass the time. If you are in Vermont/New Hampshire near Charlestown and need help with your vehicle I recommend JS Automotive 100%!

This is Ken, Amanda's boyfriend. You all did an excellent job on her 2009 Elantra. Way better than the hyundai dealership here in Keene. Unfortunately the work needed was more than the car is worth so we ended up purchasing a new car for her. Thank you for all the great work and kindness you've shown. We will be using you in the future!

Horrible experience here. Went for a simple inspection. Long story short guy put my car in 4wd and my car is stuck in it and undriveable now. On top of trying to tell me that my car was so bad it needed 9000 dollars worth of work to be road worthy. Just had 2500 worth of alignment work and steering done in September and they listed every single thing that the garage replaced in september as to why it failed. Don't go here unless youhave a brand new car. And definitely don't leave your vehicle here without staying to to overlook your vehicle.

They have been servicing my vehicle for almost 5 years.. excellent customer care and service.. they go out of their way time and time again to take care of me and my schedule.. always get me right in for emergencies!

Kyle and his team have been absolutely amazing to me and my family. They do amazing work. Always willing to answer any question or concerns I might have. Helping work around my crazy schedule. Usually the final bill is a little less than what they 1st quoted(which is always a plus). Thank you all for all that you do! I appreciate you all.

I had been getting mailers from J.S. Automotive since they opened in Charlestown. Luckily my car, bought used, has performed well and the first inspection had been done by the dealer. But now, a year later I needed an inspection, and J.S. seemed a good place to try to see if it would be a good place to go when I really needed work done. I passed the inspection, and that was good, but the detailed explanation of what I should be looking for in the future was what made me think that this was the place I would go when I needed work done.I just had my second inspection in as many years. They fixed the license plate lights which were out as I had discovered the night before when I was stopped and warned by the police in Bellows Falls that my license plate lights were out. I said, "No problem; I'll have them fixed at inspection," and they were.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection

Very disappointed this time around. Had oil change, inspection and brake check done. When I picked up my truck the clock, temperature reading and some lights were not working properly like they were before all the above were done.

Been with JS Auto 13 years, always ver helpful, always trusted there work. Starter was failing in my 2018 Ram 1500. Couple days before I was to leave for Florida. JS Auto got me up and Running before I left. Great Job. Only thing I would like to see at this place and others is to adjust how much they charge for Shop supplys.

10 for 10 continued excellent serviceWith the current state of affairs in the world it is a great piece of mind to know when one of my vehicles needs work it does not require my time to manage the repair shop working on them. Jeff and Sara consistently exceed my expectations every single time. Regardless if its my work vehicle or my personal vehicle, they properly diagnose the issue, get it repaired for what they say it will cost and address your needs very personally from drop off to pick up and everything in-between such as a loaner if needed. After several consistent services they are like trusted friends now. We started using J.S. Automotive in Charlestown when our previous mechanic closed his shop. J.S. Automotive is amazing!! I am always confident that the work is professional and done accurately. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. They always get me in when I need to and resolve issues quickly. The waiting room is neat and clean. Their pricing is reasonable and fair. I highly recommend them!!

I have worked with Matt and his staff implementing new software for all J.S. Automotive shops over the last year. I have found them to be highly professional and caring about their service and clientele. Yes I would recommend them to anyone for service on their vehicles. Great Job!

I had the best personal service. My truck needed extensive work. And my daughters car also needed a new gas line as the people who sold me the car replaced it with a rubber hose...they took in both vehicles on short notice . Kept me informed of every thing along the way...I was expecting a long list to make my truck happy again. Pricing was fair. And while my truck was in the shop they gave me as loaner...I was going out of town for work...and their attitude was no worries. I had left my makeup bag in the truck and Sara went to the shop after hours to get it out for me. My buisness trip went without a hitch and my vehicles are happy again!!!!! Super great personal service...five stars all the way!!!! Wish it could be more stars!
