Urgent help on the road. 87 day Museum of Human Goals 10000 miles North America Road Trip16 Oct 2023 NevadaOur car Toyota sienna had trouble oil leaking and fireAfter Google search and polis officer recommendation we call and got back help directly after 30 min.On the road all changes were done( for one day only to come to the service by original part oil pipe.We haven t been in office butReally appreciate for help directly on the road for absolutely reasonable price.

I came here because of the reviews and wasn't disappointed. Very knowledgeable and didn't give me any run around because I'm female, which I have experienced at shops in the past, sadly.Really friendly, straight shooters. Solved my issue quickly and efficiently. Charged way low, in my opinion. Good guys.

My Kenworth was put into a derate. Pulled up to the shop and told the mechanic/owner? what was going on. He went outside and hooked his computer to the truck. Said that it needed to do a forced Regen cycle and it could take a few hours to complete. Waited in the truck while the truck did it's regen. He came out when it was done and said that the codes were cleared and everything was good to go! Charged $135. Made it on my way without any other issues afterwards! Could not be happier and more satisfied!! Thank you so so much!!

Rick is such a nice guy. I broke down nearby with a radiator leak. He said i have to wait for the parts for 2 days, he saw me so devastated and he got into his car and grabbed from somewhere a new radiator. By the time I realized whats going on my truck was ready to roll again. Thank u so much.

Had my transfer case split in 2, and had to drive my motorcycle up to twin falls. He let me use some of his extra work clothes and it made it a mutch warmer drive. Five stars. Great people and quick work!

I had limped my Chevy Malibu in to town and had no clue what was wrong. Luckily I was going to be working in Wells for a few days but knew I would have no phone service so When I dropped my car off and told them I thought it was the fuel pump and approved it for up to $1200. When I got back in to service the following day I had a voicemail saying car was fixed. it was just an O2 sensor. Paid a fraction of what I was expecting and cars been running great since. that was 10-12 days ago. I am grateful for such remarkable service and honesty. Thank you 4 T's!!

My husband and I were driving from Texas to California with our teardrop camper. On our way up to Angel Lake, we went over a cattle guard and our tow bar broke completely off from our camper. Honestly, we did not know what we were going to do and Wells, Nevada is not exactly a metropolitan city with lots of options for repairs.Luckily for us, we called 4T's Repair and talked with Rick who told us "I can fix anything". And that is the absolute truth!He helped my husband diagnose the situation, ordered the metal pieces we needed for the repair and even let my husband assist him. My car was having coolant problems, so I called them and they got me in immediately. They had great customer service, and were very fast (I was only there for maybe 20 minutes), even had me to a test drive before I left to be safe. 100% would recommend, and would go to again if I was in the area.

My luck finally ran out and I had a flat tire about 4 miles outside of Wells , NV with no jack or breaker bar to throw on the spare . Thankfully Rick s shop was open and he got me on the road in no time

Our son broke down in Wells on a Sunday afternoon. Rick answered his phone and, being familiar with Ford trucks, took a few minutes to ask some questions and offer a possible diagnosis. A friend of a friend drove the part out from Elko, and we were back on the road early the next morning! Truck is running well and half-way across Wyoming! Thanks Rick!

I was trying to get a oil change and every place I called No one would even consider helping me and he offered to stay over a few min to wait very good personality and I appreciated that more than he would ever know but I ended up changing it my self I m a parking lot but it was the thought that counted so , thank you to the owner for offering when no one else would even try

Rick went above and beyond to help us get back on the road when our fuel pump went out. AAA sent us to a different shop in Wells that wouldn t give us the time of day. He even fixed our trailer. It turned out to be a pretty big job and I know he spent more time on it then he charged us for.

Broke down in Wells on our way to the Sierras. Can t say enough about this shop. Rick took care of the starter in my F250 6.0 Powerjoke in no time. A genuinely nice person, Rick graciously provided me a perspective that calmed me down from an anxiety filled day dealing with the tow truck company. I wish I could golf with this guy!
