These guys are absolutely awesome!!! Not only did they handle the work load of fixing a vehicle that was hit by a deer but they immediately got it in handled the insurance company part and everything the vehicle came out looking brand new this company is absolutely amazing and they gave me free merchandise as well a hoddie and a t shirt!!

Great customer service, great quality work, and fast turn around. Everyone was super friendly and told me thank you for letting us work on your vehicle. I would recommend 3rd St body and glass to anyone. Thanks again for a great job.

Great shop. Took my car in for a windshield chip and even though my insurance doesn't pay quite as much as they charge, they did it anyway. These guys get 5 stars, my insurance company gets 1 star on this deal.

Call these guys on a Friday, ask him if I could come in and said come in after lunch. This was to check the driver side door on my van. Call them back promptly an hour later and told the secretary to let them know that I was coming in on Monday because I was working on the interior. Showed up Monday, dude comes out saying "I thought you were gonna be here Friday" "Nobody told me anything" then proceeded to come out to the parking lot, pushing up on my door with all his weight and muttering something about "I don't know why you'd..." Now, keep in mind the literal FIRST thing out of my mouth is "I have to leave town on Monday" and before I brought it in there, for his "estimate" the door at least closed. At the end of the conversation he shoots me a price, then after I reiterate that I have to leave in a week, he proceeded to tell me that he can't do it... And I was getting a very strong impression that he just didn't want to. It's an older van but it's mine. Then he proceeds to turn around, and walk off back into his shop without any further conversation and throws me a hand in the air with his back turned walking off. I was like "okay...." Now the door needs to be lifted up to shut it. I called them and all I got was attitude, no customer service type conversation, no questions about it, just a bad attitude and no "bring it in, I'll look at it" Wow, cool shop man. Thumbs down

Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced! I called Thursday and they had my window replaced Monday morning. Only reason it took that long was the shipping for the window. Mind you, every other place I called said it would be between 10 days and 6 WEEKS to get my specific window in. Scott (I believe that was his name) even told me that I could drop it off Sunday night and he would move it in the shop that evening so I didn t have to drop it off Monday morning before work. This is a quality business and I will use them again if need be in the future.Service: Body & Trim
