I needed a 245/40ZR19 for my SH-AWD Acura TL to get me home. They were recommended by Wholesale Tire of Hollister, MO. I was able to pick up a used Kenda and 91 octane gas for a steal. Both got me back to OKC. Where I was able to order a replacement to match my BFG Comp A/S and the Kenda now a backup tire. Thanks guys!Service: TiresService: Tires

Brandon and Eric were a pleasure to work with. I had a bad heater core and needed a bypass done so I could get home 6 hours away. Thank you guys for you quick and friendly service!! We made it safely back home!! Y all are great!!!

We had a tire blow out on a weekend trip to Branson, planned on leaving on Monday and couldn t find a shop with my tire size in stock! Downtown Texaco was the only place with my sized tire and they had the new tire on my car and we were ready to hit the road in less than 30 minutes. Polite, professional, extremely helpful, and reasonable priced. The list goes on, if you are in need make sure to give them a call they are great!! Thank you guys again for providing extraordinary service!!!

Our car broke down at the worst possible time (of course) and they were lifesavers. Got us right in and fixed the car for a reasonable price. We made the 8 hour drive home with no problems. Some of the best people in town to trust with your vehicle. Always nice and VERY accommodating. Very affordable and never price guage! Will always return business. Been going since my gma brought me there in the 80s to get her gas pumped.

Went down on vacation, my van was leaking antifreeze really bad. Although they could not get me in, the guy on the phone gave me some tips and some great advice, i ended up fixing it myself on a parking lot at a nearby Oreillys!

I was visiting Branson and got a flat tire. Texaco helped me our tremendously. Great people to work with, and great customer service.

Downtown Texaco has been servicing my cars for over 27 years. The owner has turned it over to his daughter DD. Don't be afraid she is a great manager. might say it's Under New Management. But you need to give them a chance they get you in and they get you out usually in the same day. Just depends on if they can get parts. I want to thank them for being so good to us for 29 years.

We've had these guys and gals do our vehicle inspections for years. Always appreciate how friendly and efficient they are. They've also done other services for us, and we've been pleased with it.

100% recommend!!!!!!We re here on vacation. Breaks were messing up. We found this place and asked them if they could work on it today as we were out of towners. They got us in immediately, very kind people showed my husband everything that they were doing talked to him about everything as they were seeing stuff. Didn t do anything untill we approved it. Price to do everything that needed done was greatly priced. Never tried to push us to do anything nor did they say something needed fixed when it really didnt(my husband knows a lot about vehicles just didn t have any of our tools). If you need any type of vehicle help this place is a must go to!!Thank you guys so much for helping us and making our trip safe!

This place is amazing, Troy and Amanda are so wonderful our car was shaking really bad, they looked at it, tired was bald n it had a big bubble in it. Then, they determined that the ball joint was going out. Thanks to them we got everything at a great price, n now we feel safe driving our vehicle.

Downtown Texaco has always treated me fairly with great service and at great prices. I would take any of my cars there. Mechanics are knowledgeable and the price they quote is the price you pay. And it's not overpriced like another outfit in town I took my car to. Thumbs up for DeDe and her staff!

This is my go to place for all my car maintenance. The owner Dee goes above and beyond. She is always honest and how much it will cost to fix my car. She even gave me a ride to work while my car was being repaired.

Went to this station to get my car inspection done. DeeDee was wonderful. They did a great job on inspecting my car and noted a few other things that I needed and fixed for me. Not overly costly on anything that they work on there. Would recommend for many people that were local!

I travel for work and had neglected the maintenence on my car over the past year(yeah, I'm that guy). I ended up having some mechanical issues while working in Kansas City and stopped at a shop to have them run a diagnostic. The guy told me the problem(camshaft position sensor) and that his shop wouldn't be able to fit me in while I was in town. He told me to get it somewhere ASAP and gave an estimate of what I could expect to pay for the parts and labor. I took a gamble and drove it home from KC. When I got back, I called the Downtown Texaco, and despite being extremely busy, they worked with me to get it in quickly. The price was better than what I had been quoted in KC so I asked them what it would cost to add an oil change and replace the air filter, tires, and belts. The prices were better than what I have paid for those services in the past. They got me in quickly, did excellent work, and this was easily the best experience I have had when dealing with auto repair. Thank you!

I would add a hundred more stars if I could!! Travelling from Michigan to Missouri for a wedding my brakes went out. These folks not only picked up my car and worked on it ON A FRIDAY!!, but kept me informed on everything they were doing and how much it cost. Then brought it back to my hotel. I cannot say enough about these people! They were wonderful!!!

We are from out of town and our brake line blew in our van and they got us right in, fair prices and very respectful! If you are a tourist in Branson make sure you use Downtown Texaco if you have any car problems!

Took my daughters car in to get the fluids checked, they said they put some oil in it and everything else was ok. Had it in another shop a week later for an inspection and they happen to check the fluids, and everything was almost empty. So, we paid for nothing. Went there the other day to get gas, since they pump the gas, and asked the guy to put in $10. When he got done my daughter looked back, and informed me it was not $10, but $8 that he put in. But was charging me for $10. I asked him about it and he gave me some lame story that the pump is old and it actually was $10. Really! We will never go there again. Big time rip off!

I needed fuses changed as well as a couple other things . Now my a/c doesn t work my wiring tail lites are messed up. My cruise control doesn t work . I will never use them or refer anyone to use them . And then when you go to ask them questions they get very defensive about the situation . None better than Ed's! I have been using them for auto repair since I moved to town in 1992. They have always given me all the facts and let me make the decisions. No pushiness - no swindle. I have every faith in their abilities and will never go anywhere else as long as Ed (and DeeDee) are here in town. These are the most honest people (including Dane) that you will every meet.

Downtown Texaco worked around my tight schedule to fit me in to test my battery and ended up having a bad alternator. Their superior diagnostic team figured out what was wrong with my car in no time-even at the end of the day! Then, they got me in the next day to fix it along with picking it up and bringing it back to me! They also managed to save me some money my checking the parts for warranty! I cannot thank Amanda and the entire team at Downtown Texaco enough for the incredible service they provide for the Branson community!

My youngest and I this Texaco. He bought car last earned money and was proud. It was a drivable late model BMW and needed a fan shroud and some other smaller parts. We spoke with the manager to see if they can handle replacing and she said yes. I was leaving for Michigan in a couple of days and they didn't have room but said they call. After my return home to MI I got a call and we sent AAA to drop car off, but upon arrival they had to send it to their other location. BMW parts aren't cheap and I had to purchase & have them shipped because Texaco could not locate them. For a month every week we tried to get the status of car/out but there was always a different excuse: the foreign car mechanic was sick, the foreign car mechanic had too many cars, none of which we heard before we took the car in. We finally got a call back a month and a week after taking the car in. After my son paid the $500 they told him his head was cracked, he drove it a half a mile and it stopped. I would not trust these people to tie my shoe! Unfortunately I live in Michigan and could not handle things from here they're a sad case of unprofessionalism!

Of all the businesses I have ever had to deal with, This run down mess of a place is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. The only good guy there is Ed. The rest of them are snobby, snappy degenerates with a cheapskate approach to "good" business. I got a car here and not even a week after I bought the vehicle the check engine light came on. Found out that the coil packs were about to break, the spark plugs were worn and damaged, and a pulley on the timing belt was about to break off. Imagine if someone who wasn't profecient with cars got this car... This lemon would have broke on the road and then these cold, poor souls would have charged them an arm and a leg for parts and repair. This place only sells lemons. The kicker? 40% interest on all puchases. Buyer beware... any place in town is better. 0 stars, but since I had to put a rating, I put the lowest possible.
