Great place! Wonderful staff and they were all so nice... I was seriously amazed at how busy they were. You could tell they are well liked in the community too... I waited for them to work on the truck & so many people came in & went and, no joke, everyone seemed to go away happy and this was ON A MONDAY!! Highly recommend!

Was told my vehicle needed a new engine. Bought a new engine from them. Still having issues was told it was Transmission. Found out from transmission people it is the engine. Now they are saying it is electrical and was told my vehicle has always had an electrical issues. (I don t think I needed a new engine) Was told they could fix it, now they don t want to work on it. I was told they don t do that kind of work and also told they did so they clearly don t want to do business with me anymore . They said they could send it someone who can. They sent it to the WRONG PLACE! They can t keep employees- manager wants to argue with you and say they aren t making money but they set the price every time it has been taken in. It s an inconvenience for them to now get it to the correct place because they are short staffed. Mechanic hung up on me. Just totally unprofessional. Just because they are not skilled enough to diagnose and repair the problem does not justify unprofessional behavior on all levels. They have been paid for every bill that was pushed across the counter so profits should not be part of a conversation with a customer . EVER.They will get a 1 star because I never had issues with tires, brakes or oil changes. There are plenty of people to keep them in business and plenty of places to get my vehicle needs taken care of so I am sure they won t be concerned at all if I am not a customer anymore.

Best place in the pine belt for tires. Friendly prompt service. Great prices. And honest as they come.

I m going to give these guys five. They are always quick and friendly. The place is nice and clean including bathroom which is always a plus. It maybe a little pricey but when you are talking about tires who isn t.

I really like and trust this place, but today I'm sorry to say I had a different experience. I had tires rotated and not long after I had left, the tire light came on. One was really low, and one tire stem cover missing. The other three stem covers were not tightened. I aired tire up and am waiting to make sure of leak. I dont know what happened, but I only say all of this in Hope's of correcting the situation as to not happen again.

Dropped off in the morning and the mechanic kept me up to date on each item I requested to be checked out. Prices seemed fair and I trusted the work done. I'll continue getting my vehicles serviced here.

Fantastic service. Had a couple bad tires while visiting family and they got me fixed up in under an hour! Super friendly staff and did a great job.

Got a whole new set of tires now I can go anywhere for curbside pickup Great service! I had messaged on here to ask questions a couple days ago & when I got there my service order was already ready. I didn't have to stay there all morning. Their lobby seats are socially distanced & I got free roadside assistance for one year!!

Went in this morning to get a set of tires and an alignment. The staff up front were awesome and had me set up right away. The guy in the shop put my tires on and lined it up and it feels like a completely different car. Beyond amazing work and I definitely recommend Petal Goodyear to everybody!

They unhooked my AC to change the alternator. When I got my car back, the AC didn t work at all. Took it back up there for them to fix their mistake, and they say it s gonna cost me $1650 for them to fix a problem they created. High prices, horrible customer service, and horrible work. Will never go there again.

If I could give this place a -5 I would. Took my tires there to be put on my BRAND NEW rims. Got them back with scratches all in them and dents. Black scratches EVERYWHERE. Will not recommend to anybody. Please just choose somewhere else to take your business.

We had a blowout on a Friday at 4:30 and called Petal tires and they took excellent care of us with a great prices and quick service! Joshua, you and your team are super heros! Oh and we were out by 5! Wow!

BE WARNED. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE AUTO CENTER.I have a 55 year old lady friend whose car was making brake noise. She had me pick her up at this place after she dropped her car to be looked at.An hour later she gets a call from them telling her she needed 650.00 in brake repair.I said no way. I took her back there and I walked to the car on the lift. No wear to rotors at all. I told her I'd fix it.After I repaired it, all it needed was rear brake pads, a 70.00 job. This place tried to rob an unsuspecting elderly woman for parts and service she DID NOT NEED.I've been working on autos for over 45 years. I know a disreputable and dishonest garage and this place is worse than dishonest.I took a truck there for front alignment. They charged me 88.00 and sent me down the road with the alignment worse than when I took it in. Then they lied in my face telling me my adjustments were maxed out. I got home and they weren't even moved from center position.STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGEResponse to "OWNER"You are a lying crook who was "not interested" in me proving my point.*WARNING, STAY AWAY*

Theres some sketchy mechanic work being done here from what I hear. I'm ASE certified and gaining experience day by day and dont agree with some of the methods and types of "repairs" done on certain vehicles within the past week. Will tell my friends to choose wisely on who diagnoses and repairs their vehicle from now on.

I picked up a nail in my tire. They fixed it quickly and they were friendly. I had used them once before and had great service that time also. Will be back again I'm sure.

Well I will never go to this shop just because of the phone call I made to get a price quote. I know it was almost closing time and I understand that. Hey I just wanted a quote not a hey we're closing up and call back in the morning we re open at 730 in the morn. I did get a price finnally but it was 40.00 more than another shop sooooo. But I didn't have the time to talk her about that cause she was ready to go. So I'm glad you guys have enough money that you don't even take the time to compete for business. That says a lot to me thanks but no thanks.

Unacceptable. 1/2/18- I had the thermostat replaced on a 2005 Malibu Maxx. 97 dollars. I could have done it myself in an hour (thermostat is $20 at Auto Zone), but it is freezing here in Petal, and I have Raynaud's Syndrome in my hands and feet. The manager then asked if I wanted the check engine light turned off, an extra 53 dollar charge. I said no, and the light turned off on it's own. 2 days later, this happened, see photo below, after driving 80 miles. The job was half done, 2 nuts left untighted, one bolt missing. I had to put it back together in 24 degree weather, add water, and drive 25 miles to a goodyear in Mobil, AL. They refilled it with coolant, bled the system, and tightened down what the Petal MS Goodyear had failed to tighten. It was covered under warranty, great. The problem is I needed to drive 12 hours today to reach my destination, and I've lost 3 hours. Now I will need to get a hotel room, which is more money out of my pocket. When I called them and spoke to the manager, he apologised, but insisted that a job half done was what the warranty was for. He asked me if I had ever made a mistake before, and insisted that he had never had a problem with his mechanic. He shushed me, and when I said excuse me, he hung up on me. I was treated poorly, spent 77 dollars more than the part cost to save my hands, and ended up painfully working for an hour in the cold anyway. Thank you for wasting my time and my money. I hope your other customers receive better service than this. My experience with you has been unpleasant.

Had bad tires on truck,one was going flat as l drove up..Did not have tires in stock ,but salesman repaired tire at no cost..A good Christian trait was displayed towards someone in need...A rare trait such as this is hard to come by in these days and times...God bless this man for being so kind...

Great group of honest people working here. I went to get a new tire and the prices are very fair. During the Holidays Santa also makes a visit, my kids loved it.

Not asknowledgeable as should be. When asked if balanced tires....reply was "you don't balance trailer tires." The tires were balanced by the guys in back however... but obviously there are employees here who "do not know" & should refrain from offering opinion on something they know nothing about!

Waited over 2 hours for my car to be fixed only to return to find out they never started on it. Service was awful. They were very rude to me when I asked why my car was not fixed. Apparently, they were short on manners and not disciplined on how to treat their customers.

Seriously... Great people, but they put 8 quarts of oil in my V-6 and I have had nothing but trouble since then. Maybe they should have looked at my engine before filling it waaayyy too full with oil.

Great place! They will not try and get over on you and sell you more than what you need or came for. Honest and friendly service. Glad I found this place at shop Petal first days!

Company called and explained about the lower ball joints not being available with greaseable points. This made sense, I have seen it before on my tundra with the u-joints having this pin sized grease point like a needle. Most shops do not have this hook up to grease the components.so this is understandable.

They do great with tires, Anything else not so great. If you do have them do anything buy your own part there up charge is crazy.
