Took my truck in for some new belts. The guys got me in pronto. Done on a few hours, called for estimate within 2hrs. Good atmosphere. Down to earth people. Truck is running great.I travel for work. Id go 100 miles out my way to bring my truck here!

Best service in New Albany or most anywhere I get my car serviced. I Was working out of town when thermostat went out. The owner went over and above to take care of issue. The service was fast, quality work and very fair priced. If I lived in area they would hands down be my auto service provider. Thank y all very much.

We had a blow out on a good tire. Completely unexpected. We were stranded on the road without our tire iron. We let our daughter use it. It has been a rough tire month! It was like divine intervention. We were literally on the side of exit 64 and in front of us was DC service center. Our road side assistance wanted at least 100 dollars to come out and help. (Yeah probably won't have THEM much longer!)We very slowly crept across the road to see what the damage was going to be.We were greeted by a very happy group of people that were glad to help us. They charged us peanuts to help us get the tire off and the spare on. That was an unexpected surprise that means more than they'll ever know! Definitely recommend them.

I can t say enough about these guys. Unbelievable service. We were passing thru town on 22 and had some brake issues on our 44 5th wheel. They came to our location (on the side of the road), did a temp repair, and followed us to their shop to fix it. All in all, was a great experience! Thanks guys!

I've been to them for different things and different vehicles. I've time I had this real bad tire on my Jeep but my friend always claimed to be busy and would never get around to fixing it and they are a mechanic. I said fine. I took it to them and come to find out it was a stripped lugnut! Then after they had it removed I was only going to have 2 lugnuts it of the 5 that was supposed to be on it! So they gave me some new ones to put on it. I'm glad they care enough about their customers to inform me about it because I've dealt with some not so caring people and they would've let me drive off with 2 lugnuts. They did all that and didn't charge me a body LoL very reasonable prices that the barely making ends see each other can afford (LoL not meet) I'm currently having a camshaft position sensor removed and replaced on my brothers vehicle a 2003 Chevy Tracker 2wd. Will give you an update on that when they're done.The staff that ice came across are all very friendly and have that we've all known each other for years and are the best of friends type vibe. They have Snack machine. they offer complimentary drinks and snacks while you wait. A TV to watch it listen to while playing on your phone (me LoL) nice bench that has a USB phone hookup to charge your phone. They have very clean and nicely decorated restroom as well. Been here an hour but I'm very comfortable.

I had a trailer blow a flat 2 hours from home on a Friday afternoon and the guys at DC service center were phenomenal. They offered to fix it after hours but we decided to get it in the morning and they had it done and ready to go first thing in the morning with 2 brand new tires for a great price. These are good people with great service!

Our engine blew and we had the car towed here. It was late afternoon when we arrived. They went above and beyond for us. They took us to the hotel and helped us unload all of our stuff. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Quick friendly professional service. Warren was great in the office ...took care of me in a very professional manner and got me in very quickly. Tommy and Billy were good enough to sacrifice their lunch time to get my air bag replaced and get me back on the road I feel very blessed to have had a breakdown real close to this very professional shop with excellent mechanics

Friendly service, great location & great selection of tires. They work hard to earn your service, they had a tire size that I needed, which I had one that can be hard to find. They head a lil trickle getting it sealed bcs of the rim but end the end fixed it. I would've liked the service to be quicker, but they were very busy and the time they got it fixed with that taken in consideration, was understandable. Highly recommended.

This is the third time I have use DC and I have to admit, they have the kindest employees. As a young woman it s great to find a service center that doesn't treat you like your dumb. I ve been to many different service center where I was faced with sexism; I can say DC service center is not one of those places. Big thanks to Warren for the help today I really appreciate him explaining and going over things about my car with no judgment.Service: Tires

Had a breakdown this weekend in my semi. Cody sent a service tech out who both diagnosed and fixed the issue in a timely manner. It being the weekend, the price was a bit more than you d pay driving into a shop, but they helped as much as possible and got us back on the road quickly. Offered great advice as well, no charge. I highly recommend!

DC is an awesome place for service. I had a leaky tire I needed fixed and they didn't hand me any line about how they don't fix tires and try to sell me an overpriced tire like a LOT of places I went did. If you need a leaky tire fixed or a new tire, go there!!

We had a problem driving to Oklahoma just after Thanksgiving. This was late in the evening and they were about to close for the evening. They stayed back and completed our work, and the owner gave us his number and assured us that if we had a problem on the way we should call him and he will find us help on the way. We had over 500 miles left on our journey. That is the best customer service i have to admit. Merry Christmas to the great team at DC Auto and the best service team.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Great service. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my vehicle. Explained what was going on and what to expect after the work was done. Got me in right when they opened and immediately started work. To top it all off, the price was right! Highly recommend.

The company is AMAZING. They are compassionate and caring. They helped me and my sister in the middle of the night and went above and beyond to help us get my tire fixed and on the road to our family. We will be forever grateful. If you are ever in this area in New Albany Mississippi and have a problem with your car Mr. Cody is the best his team are fast reliable and caring. Big shout out to mr. Had a flat, on a Sunday @ 7 PM, was 70 miles from home no spare. NO one open. Call , Cody answered was so nice and helpful even joking making my situation much better........These guys came to our rescue it took about an hour to hour an a half. Brought us a tire (new) broke it down and assembled on site. Tim was the guy who came, very professional, kept us informed, and was a great pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them if ever in Need.

Friendly service, helpful, and affordable! Traveling through and picked up screw in truck tire. They patched it and checked other tires, another looked low, and found a leaky plug and fixed it too. Back on road within the hour, and drove remaining 450 miles without issue. Thanks!

Worst experience with the road service ever. I called them and told them that i have air leak on my truck. Also told them what fitting to bring,they came without a fitting! And had to go to get one,after two hours he came back instaled new fitting in 5 mins. And charged me 650$ for 5 min job and 20$ part.

Helped me out of some tire trouble on I-22. Expected to have my wallet sliced open cause of weekend & after hours. But they were fast and efficient. Appeared to only wanted to help while charging me the minimum for it

Excellent service . Friendly people . The lady in the office was so nice and really helpful answered all my questions and found a tire the exact size I needed and I was in and out in less than 20 mins . Good prices too

I used them to mount a couple tires months ago at which they took care of it no problem, then I had some vibration issues so I replaced my u joints in my drive shaft with no change so I came back and bought 800 dollars worth of new tires from them and they mounted and balanced, still had vibration so they looked at my truck and told me it needed the rear driveshaft and the shorter 4wd driveshaft and I told them I would get a second opinion because in today's market that means 2k or more with install.I personally removed the 4wd driveshaft and all vibration ceased, so I ordered a new 4wd driveshaft and installed myself which cost me 200 bucks. Needless to say I don't know if Dan made an honest mistake or if they were trying to make a bunch of money off me but I can throw parts at the problem on my own, when I take something to so called professionals I expect them to be able to pin point the problem not throw a bunch of expensive parts at it until the problems go away as I can do that on my own.Due to that fact I will no longer do business with them as they were going to replace and charge me for a 1200 dollar driveshaft that had nothing wrong with it. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to a shop that knows what they are doing and/or will not try to cheat you out of money.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

We rolled up at 4:30 with a flat on our RV. Wouldn't have been able to finish our trip if it wasn't for these guys. Great service and had us back on the road in less than hour.
