Tony was awesome. He went overboard for my family. He was able to get us a pontoon rental for our stay on Woman Lake when no other places had one and came to grab the pontoon on his day off. He then made sure to drop the pontoon closer to the boat launch where we stayed because their normal drop was in Longville and we stayed at the southern West side of the lake (next to Woman Lake Lodge). Saved us about 45 minutes to bring the pontoon back to our cabin. Would definitely recommend.

Stored my boat here for the winter; paid for indoor storage and for it to be taken well care of and running when I picked it up. I called about a month before picking it up to let them know I would be picking it up June 15th and again two weeks prior to picking it up to make sure it would be ready and in the condition I dropped it off. When I arrived this morning to pick it up it was sitting outside, uncovered, and full of water. The water looked as if it had been sitting in the boat for over a month and plants had started to grow all over the decking and carpet of the boat. To my surprise it would not turn over and start and was completely water logged, along with the plywood being rotted and electrical lines corroded. Tony was very rude about the whole situation and instead of offering to fix the issues that they cause on my perfectly working & clean fishing boat he was just offering a refund for the storage fees. Neglecting to do anything about my damaged gear and boat. We will be taking them to small claims court and filing an ethics claim against them. I would stay far away from musky house and use the many others in the area.

They had my boat for 4 weeks. After my stopping by 3 times to see how my boat repairs were going and hearing no solution, I asked if they had done a compression check yet, nope. Their diagnosis after engine compression, engine shot. Charged me $1150 to tell me my motor was shot. Quoted ne $8000 for new motor. Turns out it was only warped head. $1200 to fix by a different marine service. Stay away from Musky House.

Musky House is a joke. Dropped my motor off with Tony on May 1st after he said it wouldn t be an issue to get it up and running before season. I told him I needed it back by Friday May 8th, again he said it wouldn t be a problem and even wrote it on the receipt when I was standing there dropping it off. Fast forward a week and I hadn t heard anything back from them. So I called to ask where it was at and made sure it would be done by the 8th. After 2 more phone calls I was told on Friday the 8th that it wouldn t be done for me to pick it up. Tony explained they got busy moving other boats out of storage and didn t have time to get to my motor along with other excuses and denying that he said it would be done on time. I had the motor picked up that day and was stuck without my boat for opener. This is just a bit of the story. I will never go back there and in fact will send everyone to Kovash Marine for future stuff.

Horrible as far as writing a claim on a sunk boat - especially not knowing after our bout "should have been totalled (like it is now being done with Walker Marine) we were going to buy a 200k beautiful houseboat from Musky House.... It's unbelievable their incompetence in understanding all the damage caused by our boat sinking even if it was at the dock. The 22k motor is junk now, all of the electrical systems are fried, the hull of the aluminum boat is cracked horribly along a seam line. The trolling motor and 4k monitor is destroyed, the list goes on of the damage. The list of incompetence at Musky House is even longer sadly because we like them there...
