Excellent service. I had a headlight replacedalong with a dash light issue diagnosed and repaired in one trip. Local shuttle service was offered in case the repair went too long. Definitely worth checking put and returning to again.

They were the only dealer to have the exact spec I wanted for my Jeep. It was a 250mi round trip with a trade-in vehicle. They had all paperwork and financing ready. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! So grateful for a streamlined process, with no hassle! Best car buying experience ever.

Great group of guys to work with. There were a few hickups but everyone was quick to jump on board and make the whole deal right! Andrew in sales was also very on tip of keeping me in the loop as my truck was being customized.

What a wonderful experience getting my car in for a couple recall issues. The staff was very courteous, the shop clean and organized and the work was done in a timely manner, actually took less than was quoted.The loaner vehicle was very nice also. I will be bringing my car back for any repairs in the future for sure. Thanks for cleaning the car too, I was pleasantly surprised.

Excellent sales experience. They were reasonable on price and got us in our new truck in less than a couple hours. Both Paul and his boss were super polite and friendly. I forgot my driver's license there and didn't realize it until the next day I needed it for traveling and Paul was willing to meet me on a holiday to return it to me. Highly recommend.

Best service center ever! The tech called and discussed what our issue was before the appointment to get all the knfo he needed. We were to get in earlyand they were able to fix our problem which was great. Brenden did a great job! They even did an inspection of the vehicle and sent a video of the inspection! Pretty cool, guys! Ive never been to this dealership for anything else but due to this service visit i would definitely shop there for my next ride.

Had an amazing experience at Morries!! Alaska Mike was awesome to work with. He pulled all the window stickers and figured out the differences between the vehicles I picked out, and helped me get the perfect car! A huge shout out to Corey and Mike in finance as well. Everyone made the whole process smooth, and easy and I will be going back in the future

Taylor was great! She kept me informed throughout the entire process from when she contacted my warranty company, what was covered under warranty and what I would have to pay for out of pocket, how long it would take for parts to come in, and when my vehicle would be completed. She even sent me a video of my Jeep and how nicely it was running after the repair. I would definitely recommend Morrie's Little Falls CDJR to anyone!!!

They were amazing, I brought my truck in for my power steering pump 4 days before my appointment, just so it could possibly be looked at sooner, and if not that was ok with me, at least it was there. They started looking at it that day, only downfall was on the warranty company taking their sweet time.If anything else happens to my truck, will definitely bring back. And will be buying my next truck from these guys as well!Thank you guys so much!!!

We had the BEST experience at Morries Little Falls. Alaska Mike was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond in helping us. Knowing we were coming from over an hour and a half away he offered to stay late since we couldn't get their before he was off. Between Alaska Mike and Corey they worked with us and our situation ( I had just been in an accident and had a concussion and couldnt drive) the men who delivered our van were so helpful, explaining all the buttons to us. From start to finish it was the best car buying experience we have had and would recommend this place and Corey and Alaska Mike to everyone. Thank you for everything!

Andrew was instrumental in helping us get a vehicle, having it serviced, and ready to go within a short time. Communication was great throughout. He took the time to get my son comfortable with the car controls before driving away. He certainly made a 3 hr drive worth it. And we will continue to check out Morrie s for future business. Recall work estimated to take 4 hours they were done in two and everything was done correctly. Service kept me apprised and had me on my way quickly after service was completed.

Brendan went above and beyond to assist us. We had purchased an extended warranty on the truck from the previous dealership and he worked with the GM to ensure thatc the coverage was still in effect so we avoided what could have been a BIG bill. Taylor was also extremely helpful in making sure we were able to get the part and fix the truck in a short time, when other dealerships seem to be struggling to obtain parts. I cannot say enough positive things about the service department at the Little Falls Morris's location!! Kudos to Morris's for honoring the warranties sold by the previous dealership.

Not sure why but ever since Brandle sold out to these guys there has been a shift. Wish I would have known when I bought my 2nd vehicle they weren't going to be brandle 2 months later.... it's an issue everytime I go in. Recently had an issue with the keyless entry on drivers door. Service tech says "no problem we will order the part should be here in a week, we will call you" two weeks goes by, no call, so I call them. Funny oh yea part was in last week. "Were not sure why no one called you.." wow great organization lol nothing but issues with this 2023 jeep since day one. Wish they had the 30 day guarantee like Gilliland. Guess I'll go there for my next vehicle

I worked with Steve Johnson, he was great. He was very thorough, he kept me updated throughout the process. Unfortunately my bumper to bumper warranty didn t cover the repair to my visor. Steve even went so far as to call the company and ask them.

Getting a lift kit installed, there was a problem with it not being correct kit for our Jeep Gladiator, parts manager ordered correct kit, but distributor sent wrong one, they went out of there way to figure out what problem was, No fault of Morries got correct kit and rescheduled 2 days later! Thank you!
