Stopped by for an estimate and learned it was not scratches on my car roof. After a couple different cleaners and 20 minutes of Dale's time I was on my way! Thank you for your great service and the community support your business does!!!

Very helpful and friendly in all aspects - estimate, dealing with insurance, completing repairs, and so on.We are new to the area and got in an accident, all recommendations we received were to go to Dale's Auto and now we see why, they have definitely earned our future business!

Everyone was knowledgeable and very nice.I would come here again if I needed to.9/16 - they repaired my car and I couldn't be happier with the results! They even vacuumed & wiped out the inside of the car! I would definitely recommend Dale's to anyone who needed their care repaired.

I had my vehicle get hit by a deer and the damage was so bad that it was determined to be a total loss from Dale. Dale's helped me through everything with assistance on how to talk with my insurance, getting more pictures for the total loss evaluation, and the tips on doing your research to get the best value for your totaled vehicle. They did this and weren't even getting direct business from me to fix the vehicle because it was totaled. They treated me like family and I will go back them any time something like this happens again. Dale's Auto Body will treat you right!

If you're looking for the best place to have your car repaired.........you've found it!! Dale's is hands down the only place to bring your car. From the first phone call with Tiffany, estimate with Dale, update with Becky and follow up with Paul --- the staff was AMAZING. Bruce did a WONDERFUL job cleaning up my car before it was returned. I had my GMC Sierra repaired at Dale s after I hit a deer last fall. Top notch experience all around. The work they did was excellent. When I picked the truck up, Dale even took me back into the shop and showed me exactly what they did and how they did it. I've been in the insurance business here in Grand Rapids since 1996. In those 20 years, we have had thousands of customers use Dale's Auto for their glass and collision repair claims and have never had a customer come back to the agency with other than positive remarks. It's a top notch operation - thanks for all you do Dale. I make the promises and you help keep them!
