Just brought my SUV in to get an oil change and it was very fast, we were in and out in no time. The employees were very knowledgeable on the questions we had regarding other vehicle issues we were experiencing and were so nice. Definitely will be coming back and recommending to anyone I know needing work on their vehicle. Thanks for the exceptional service!

One of the most wonderful service experiences ever. Changed my headlamp in less than 10 min and had to go through wheel well, to access it. Half the price compared to twin cities service dealers. Will be driving out of my way for oil changes from now on.

Really busy day for these guys! Only 2 of them doing it all and are very friendly about it. Took off my tire rotation even tho the coupon code wasn't working. Hands down better than Valvoline!

Tyler, Tim and Travis were great. Got me in right away for new front brakes and got it done faster than promised. I didn t even know they did more than oil changes. I had the best experience with the manager here. My husbands flight was delayed and we were on a very tight schedule to drive up to Duluth immediately after he arrived. So I had a short time to hang around while I waited for him. I suddenly realized my car NEEDED an oil change! I brought it into Jiffy, told the manager my dilemma, and he said he couldn t get it done in time but he would try. The man and his staff made it happen!!! I got to the airport just in time and we were able to jump in the car and head out on our trip. But what was even nicer was he and the staff were so darn nice. We just moved up here and this will be my go to place for all our cars and truck.

We were happy to see that Jiffy Lube was back as it was closed during COVID. The service we received was excellent. We had a low tire and a warning about it on our dashboard. They filled all the tires and when the warning on our dashboard that the tire was low didn't go off, they also knew when it would go off. And, it worked exactly as they said. We drove 35 miles to go there and we'll definitely go back. Friendly people. The lobby was very clean. Again, we are very happy that they're here.Service: Oil change

Was quoted $99.99 for oul change. Was not told about extra charge for oil filter, washer solvent, and "dhop supplies." Was told tire pressure set to 35psi which is incorrect for my car. Checked tire pressure myself and found them at 36.5, 37.0, 36.0, and 27.5. After I paid the guy hands me the windshield sticker reminder. Couldn't even bother to put it on when they changed the oil. Finally, the reminder sticker says to change the oil in 5,000 miles. My car requires oil changes at 10,000 me intervals. At least the guys were polite.Service: Oil change

Terrible management, made error on quote of work, then tried to tell me it was my fault because I answered to another name (only person in the shop) and I didn't recognize how much oil my truck takes. Manager didn't recognize the issue, which was they made a mistake and should have fixed it by honoring their quoted price.
