The Service Manager Mark and his Tire Center staff treated my wife and I very well. I am on my fifth set of tires from them now. Fleet Farm has the cheapest name brand tires I could find anywhere in Brainerd. Only better deal I could find was online. Downside to online is I only would save a few dollars and still have them put on with no road hazard.The installation is the lowest price around also. I like the Fleet Farm store and the cool outdoor stuff they sell. Where do they get this stuff? When I have my truck and cars serviced, I can go walk the store and find something new every time. We are very lucky to have such a place in town. Thank you Fleet Farm Tire Center.

Mike and Glen were awesome! Travelling through the area, i discovered a concerning noise with my vehicle. I was referred to fleet by tires plus who was booked solid and unable to assist. I was delighted to find no waiting at fleet. They got me right in, assessed the issue, ordered parts and completely serviced my vehicle in less than 3 hours for a very reasonable price to get me safely back on the road. I would definitely refer travellers and residents to fleet for all their emergency repair needs.

I had just had back surgery well came to do some shopping didn't feel like walking the hole store. Decided to use a scooter sat down and the kid working at the till rudely tells my fiance if you show me your fleet farm credit card all give you the key. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard not everyone wants a credit card. And what if it was a disabled veteran would he of said the same thing? Just cause of this I am never shopping at the Baxter store again and maybe you should train your employees to be courteous to your customers!!

Love the convenience of online shopping and same day pick up. Don't have to run around the store looking for what I need. I just ordered online and pick up at customer service desk, done.

I called numerous times and left multiple messages. Nobody answered the phone or responded to my messages. I gave up.
