Hooray for new tires!I needed new tires and I try to support local businesses whenever possible. Everyone I dealt with was both helpful and friendly. The quote I received was the price I paid and it was all done in a timely manner. Wasn t the first time they ve done work on one of my vehicles and I m sure it won t be the last

Took my car in for maintenance and brakes and headlight replacements. I have an older vehicle (2012) They found some other issues as well. My car runs like brand new! I am very happy! Dave and his employees are professional, polite, and kind to their customers. I recommend to call in advance. I highly recommend their services and quality of work. I wanted to add that I am a long time customer and appreciate Dave and his mechanics. They have serviced multiple vehicles I have owned over the years. I also rented a u-haul from them and they had exactly what I needed and were cheaper then most places I had called.

As a former master mechanic and now a field engineer for one of the big 3..I'm always nervous about taking our vehicles to repair shops even for the simplest of things..I only needed new 4 tires and an all wheel alignment done. After having to ask for the alignment print out, which I didnt recieve when I paid for the job. Only to find out the original and final measurements are the same indicating no alignment was performed but I was charged $150 for one..Didn't even get the ol toe and go..Oh well, I will have to find another place I can hopefully trust.

Marysville Car Care always provides excellent, honest, reliable and fast service. We trust them and know we will always receive great service there! Love it here. My dad is a mechanic here, Doug, and all the employees have always been so nice and treat each customer like they're family. They do great work with cars and the uhaul services!!! I definitely recommend!

Came here in a pinch to get a lock nut off my rims & was helped by a guy without question or hestitation. He came out to my vehicle, got it done & was super pleasant the short time I was there. Upset I didn't get his name because he deserved the recognition for being a young guy with friendly customer service. Just don't really see that anymore

Very friendly, did not install things they didn t have to in order to keep costs down. Honest appraisal of the issue with my vehicle. Fixed the issue in a few hours. I will be going back for other issues with my vehicles in the future.

I want to thank owner Dave DeGroff for his honesty in working on my wife's car. We had a situation that required action; Mr. DeGroff stepped up to the plate and made it happen. These guys are awesome. They've taken care of my daily driver and my old hooptie. The work is excellent. They do a great job of explaining. And I think that they're pretty darn reasonable price wise.My Brother-in-law has been going to them for years.

On my way to work when my dashboard lights came on. I pulled over on the expressway shoulder where I could smell something coming from the car and the brake light kept going on and off. I went to Marysville Car Care and they took care of the problem that same day for an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend going there and will continue to let them take care of all my car's needs. Very professional, friendly and fair. Thank you!

Excellent service! Dave listened to all of my issues and made notes on what needed to be checked out. I have a 2012 VW Jetta SE that had a handful of electrical problems. They fixed it in a matter of days and it s running great! Any other shop would have taken weeks to even inspect my vehicle. I operate my cleaning business out of my vehicle and they knew how important it was I get it back as soon as possible. I told them I needed it back in a week, and they finished it in 2 days! Thank you so much for everything!! Will definitely be coming back

I have a very low to the ground car and was struggling to find a shop that was willing to service it. I called MCC and was relieved when they put effort into figuring out a solution to get my car serviced. They came up with a solution, set an appointment, KEPT the appointment, and I was in and out in under in hour with excellent service. I will be going back for any of my vehicle needs in the future and I highly recommend this shop if you love your car!

So I rented a U-Haul pickup truck from these guys at 20 bucks a day . .69 cents a mile. They told me .49 cents a mile on the phone. I rented it on Saturday . Apparently on the weekends they charge more per mile then the week days. The week days is .49 cents a mile. ???? Makes no sense. I went to pick up this truck and was not only told a different price per mile but now they decide to tell me there's yet another charge for insurance,another thing I wasn'ttold the day before. Iv rentfrom U-Haul a lot was never. charged for insurance. This company has no concern orcare for their customers. I only brought what I was told it would be from the day before. It was too late to rent from anywhere else so therefore most of everything I owned was taken because I couldn't move it in time due to this company's negligence. They did nothing to correct THEIR mistake . I was in tears at the thought of losing everything I owed things that couldn't be replaced. They had no comparison. I will never do business with these crooks again. I was devastated and in tears and all the guy behind the counter did was shrug his shoulder s when I told him my delema. He could of fixed there error but was too lazy to do so.. The total miles I was 15 yet the charged me a little over 50 for a 20 dollar truck. and

Usually satisfied but today my son told me to pick up a part he was having fixed. He was told an hour to come back for it. We did, only to find out they needed another part off my son's car to complete the job. My son barely had enough time to get back to them with the part, for them to complete it. Fortunately they were able to get it done. (Thank you for that) but it would have been nice to get a call saying they couldn't complete it so we had heads up.

I love this place dropped in with my daughters flat tire. Friendly greetings and quick repair. Unfortunately my daughter already had appointment for new tires closer to her home or I would have advised Marysville Automotive.. the prices were comparable but I Advised By local..Thanks for your service I will use you for further services

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great prices, and excellent service. I've been using these guys for years for all my vehicles' repairs and have had an excellent experience every time. Overall 10/10, I highly recommend MCC for anybody needing work done on their ride.

I have taken my car here a couple times for tires, oil, and alignments with no problems. I dropped my car off while on vacation for a more extensive repair while I was away. They failed to tell me they couldn t complete the work when I dropped it off. Also, never called me to let me know in the 6 days they had it. I Returned home and called them to find out nothing was done! Very upsetting and they have lost my business from here on out. If you need more than brakes, tires, or oil change find another shop.

I have been using this shop since I moved out to st Clair and I have been nothing less than satisfied with these guys. The staff is friendly and very helpful! Will continue using them.

I don't even know if I can make this a short review. We were referred to them, and boy this was the best referral. Dave and Ben are the most honest, polite mechanics around. Took my car in for a transmission issue, they called every step of the way to keep me informed. Unfortunately the transmission in my car had some big issues, but even then Ben called and made sure to keep me informed. If your looking for honest trustworthy mechanics you won't regret taking your car here. They are my new mechanics. Thank you Dave and Ben for being the best. You don't know how much it meant to me.

Honest and friendly. Have heard good things about this place so i gave them a try to have a couple tires swapped out for my zero turn. Had a bunch of good info and had me back out the door with a smile within a half hour. Will definitely be back. Definitely lives up to the reputation.

My first visit...seems legit...more to follow as I am having some work done in the near future. Stay tuned.Okay, today I took my SUV to MCC for tires and an alignment. I found them to be very helpful and straight forward. I recommend them if you need help with your auto. I found them to be helpful and patient with ALL my questions and they covered some things I didn't know or think to ask. A good shop is priceless!

Edit: they failed to notice I had alignment issue.Best place to get your car fixed up! A must-go for Canadians! I saw several seniors getting their cars fixed there. All left gratefully. I had lots of work done here. I saw technicians handled them carefully.The staff were very courteous, patient, well-mannered, and easygoing. All works were done with my permissions and they're honest upfront. This shop is more than tire service. I'll go there for sure in the future. I was very glad to have found this on Google.

I have a 2011 Chevy Traverse that I had brought to these good men. My car was in pretty rough shape, over 2,000 dollars of work. Not only did they get my girl tip top shape again, they went completely out of there way to make sure I was satisfied with there work and price. I couldn't have took my car to a better place. I recommend these guys and will only go to them.
