Car was in the shop for 2 full days for a 2 hour job. That's 2 days of work I missed, 2 days worth of wages missed, on top of a $350 bill that didn't fix the problem, but they did manage to blow the fuses to my stereo, made no effort to fix it. Head lights are all jacked up and cross eyed and front bumper is hanging an inch lower than it should be.So all in all, ended up costing me close to $700 in lost wages and bills just to have my car come back to me even more damaged than when I brought it in.Front desk lady needs to learn some basic customer service talk.

My oilfirst the price of air filter was 3x higher than it should be been. Ask to look at frt of truck suddenly started pulling . Didn't inform me that they'd charge me 44.50 even though they knew they'd be fixing it. Took 2 days for thatthDoors locked when droping off vehicle did not do a frt end inspection I had paid mmmmmmm,,never gave me updated during frt end repair bthan added parts without contacting meffg, never installed the parts I had (new) 2 hour job took 5 days. Than I picked up truck told me to me to come for tire check. Truck steering was so bad that it felt like I was floating back and forth. I called and they said wheel alignment is to be done asap. Did that and gbut couldn't get it done because front end was not fixed as mikes told me cuz I paid for the frt end inspection. Mechanic told me the whole time before appt and between repairs truck was safe to drive normally. No it was not I could've been killed or someone else . Left side be wasn't attached contal arms both with bearings were shot lt tuIe rod e inr/otr were shot! The parts in my truck he said he'd put in were for the complete control arm assembly with lwr bearings. I thought he put in since the bill I paid was overpriced also. Noi did find an excellent shop in Skandia tavco Auto who finished job and called me the whole time he had vehicle never will I go there again and filing complaint with sec of state.

They helped us out by installing our new bumpers! They look fantastic, they did a wonderful job! Friendly staff, Steve was a great help. Thank you mikes auto team!

My friend brought his car in took them 3 to 4 months to get it backed and it was still jacked up worse then when he brought it in. there scammers don t bring your cars in they ll take your money

Mike s Auto Center went above and beyond to help me. I needed a new suspension system and they gave me a great rate. Done within a day, and the car feels great! Steve also helped me reattach the plastic splash shield under the engine that another auto repair business took off while doing an oil change. Great work, honest business.

I've been taking my trucks to these folks for many years now and every time their service has been fantastic. No matter how busy they are, they always have time to talk to me and explain things, they get it done promptly, and their prices are more than fair. I would recommend this shop in a second. (As a single woman, I've experienced discrimination at other auto shops, and not once have I felt that from Mike's. Good people.)

Steve just took over the business from his dad and is working hard to keep his dad's high standards. My insurance company is making it harder than it should (Liberty mutual) I no longer will recommend that insurance, Steve has gone the extra mile to get my truck repaired and returned to me. Good, hard working crew.

I had all 4 brakes and rotors replaced there a year ago. My wheel sensor wires were not all connected And the one that was was a big ball of tape to keep them together! All last winter I did not have 4x4 or slip control because of this and I almost had a head on collision on 480! The craziest work was done and the bill was over $700 which I gladly paid thinking my car was good to go! Shame on this place for work that was done so poorly to my brakes and sensors.

I needed a very simple fix for my car. Mike's Auto Center is a bad place to get your car fixed. I went in person 3x to ask about my car being fixed, and all 3 times, the employees gave me some excuse not to do their job. I've since called at least 4 times, and now Mike's is dodging my call. All over a simple tail light fix. Unprofessional and a very lazy business.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Mike's! My husband and I have been going there for years and they have always done a great job. They are timely and most importantly, honest! My husband and I recently moved several hours away and on the way I had car trouble. I took it to an auto shop where we currently live and something had gone wrong with a part that Mike's had put in. Steven went above and beyond to ensure that the part was replaced because it had a warranty. The problem was solved at no cost to me!!! Steven knows that we will not be returning customers due to the fact that we have perminatly moved, and he could have left us out to dry. Instead, he took extra time and effort to make sure that we were taken care of!!! That is customer service!!! I couldn't be happier with the way Steve and the other staff at Mike's Auto dealt with this problem!!!

Steven is a great guy to deal with very great business. They also are selling Snowex snowplows that is such a great brand. The plow has down pressure and the automatic attachment system it's got to be the fastest plow to put on and take off I have ever seen. It's very well built many for the winters we get here in the U.P.

Mike's Auto has been such a help in times of car trouble. Honest, hard-working and so helpful. I love when Steve says, "no, you don't have to replace this right now. We can do ..." or "yes this will need to be replaced, let me get you an estimate. When would it work for you?" Personal care. These guys are qualified and great to work with.

The mechanics are honest, hard working, friendly and they go the extra mile. They do not take advantage of women. I've been coming here for 13 years and never had a problem, never was taken advantage of. At timews they actually did more than they had to.

Mike's has repaired my vehicles since 2011. They are honest and fair. They stand behind their work! Someone reported that they take advantage of women. I'm a 76 yr old and can say they are the best!

They seem a little casual about their work. in particular letting people know work is done, but its all been quality work and the prices seem very reasonable especially for being based in a town as small as gwin.

A deer ran into the back panel on my husband's new 2016 Chevy Silverado. Mike's Auto was prompt, more than fair on charges and Steven worked late into the evening, then delivered the truck to our home because he knew my husband needed it the next day for work. It was sparkling clean and repaired perfectly!

My son is playing hockey in the U.P. He had just taken a car up nort.h With in a week in he slid off the road. We ended up at Mikes because my son slid into a ditch and broken the brake lines on the car,Mikes was Extremely helpful. I was calling from 300 miles away and Beth was GREAT. and when Mike called with the assessment, he was more than reasonable. I would look to Mike for car help any time I'm in the U.P.

Took my Nissan there to get fixed. 800$ later it is not fixed & they caused more problems.
