I use the middle wash bay, put $3 in and no water is running. The countdown continues until the $3 was gone and not a drop of water came out of the spray hose. Very disappointed with this, highly recommend avoiding this location in the future unless you want to lose your money. Given the responses from other reviews it appears this is not the first time this has happened nor the last.

Lost a good amount of money on your car wash over the few times I've been there. It left soap on my car and my car is still dirty. It barely rinsed it off! There's no phone number to call to get my money back. But I bet whoever owns this car wash goes there to collect the money. I will never use this car wash again.

Went to give my car its first wash as mine and chose the 8$ wash. It barely sprayed under my car as I pulled up, stopped when sign came up saying stop and not only did I stop but the sudsy stuff did also after covering half my car leaving my car half wet, half soapy, and me all the way mad. Used all my quarters then to spray off my car and freeze!

The change machine does not give change. The wash barely happened . It is hands down the last time I will come here. I live in Frankfort and would love to have an option that worked as it should.

$6.00 for a good wash, wax and spot free +|- rinse- Jeep Wrangler 2 door.

One bay worked, change machine didn't work. Trash over flowing, one stall had broken wand and looked to be open. Until you stuffed money in and picked up a wand to see it detached from hose.

Your coin dispenser ate a $20 bill of mine. It would be nice to have a phone number to call to get my money back.

Lost $8 at your car wash on 12/27 because the drive through wasn't working. Would like to be reimbursed.
