They did an excellent job on body repair and it looks like new! Their staff is very helpful and friendly and they coordinated everything with AAA and provided updates every step of the way. They even detailed the interior of my car before returning it! I really couldn t be more satisfied. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

Overall a very good shop. The contact people are exceptional and the repair person was very willing to answer any questions I had. My only disappointment was it took 3 weeks to get it completed. There was the time in ordering parts, then were sent the wrong parts, but it took them 3 days until they could even give an estimate. So they are very busy probably because they do such a good job. Not only did they fix the problem, but the car came back very clean! And their work is guaranteed.

My first time using Heritage Collision and I was very impressed!! Mike was my contact and he kept me informed at every step in the process. Everything was handled in a timely manner. They did more than they had promised and even cleaned up the inside of my vehicle :) Mike and everyone that I dealt with at Heritage was Top Notch. You will feel confident in using them for your Automotive Needs!!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Heritage Collision! They kept me informed throughout the process of repairs on my car. The shop staff were jovial and attentive and I never had to wait to be addressed.The repairs on my car were perfect and it was like the collision never even happened.The cherry on top of everything was that they detailed the interior of my car!!! WHAT?! I'm a busy working mom of two kids and let's just say the interior of my car reflects my lifestyle. They washed the center console, dash, and windows. They vacuumed and washed the floor mats and seats. I'm pretty sure they washed my passenger seat - I've spilled everything on it: milk, breast milk, coffee, water, you know... mom stuff! They collected my 7-year old's 20 pounds of random sticks and stones and put them all gently into a box in the trunk. The interior of my car smells *divine* and I cannot thank them enough!!

Heritage did great work on my vehicle and were excellent communicators throughout the whole process. Hopefully I won't need body work in the future, but if I do, I will definitely be returning.

From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy. Jake explained everything they would be doing and kept me informed of any and all changes that took place and explained why. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and the ease of the process from drop off to pick up was smooth and seamless. The was was thoroughly detailed inside and out when I picked it up. It was like driving a new car off of the lot. Highly recommend!!

My insurance company scheduled my repairs here. Took longer than I expected to get my car in but once it was picked up I had her back in 3 weeks. They were informative and kept me updated the entire time. The work is beyond my expectations. Will definitely recommend.

I am satisfied with both the customer service and the quality of repairs done. Lana kept me informed on the progess of the repair. Its just been 3 days since I got my car back. So far so good, no issues observed. Keep up the good job, Heritage team!

Went there for my BMW X5 repairs on the rear passenger bumper, turns out they forget to calibrate the rear radar for the blind spot detection thrice after keeping the vehicle for 5 more days than earlier estimate and on top of it added a camera malfunction which never existed and refused to own it or fix it. Total waste.

Poor customer service/communication. False time estimates.Can't comment on the quality of repair - because after 5 weeks, I still have no idea when the repair will be complete.Told me they'd send me the estimate in a couple days - 5 weeks later, I've never seen an estimate.Told me they'd call in a week or two to let me know the completion date. Never called.Called after two weeks and was told it would be ready the next week, or two weeks at the latest. Two weeks passed and no contact. I call them - and surprise, it isn't ready. Tell me my estimator will call me on Monday.Monday passes. Tuesday passes. No call.I call them - they tell me, maybe ready tomorrow - DEFINITELY the day after that. Two days later I call... NOT READY. MAYBE it'll be ready next week.They don't call when they say they will, they don't update, and they've repeatedly lied telling me the car will "definitely" be ready - and then it isn't.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Repairs were done quickly. Quality is good. Paint is perfect. Heritage effectively uses internet/text tools to communicate with customers.

Left sticky goo on door, replaced door with one that has a bunch of scratches in the window, missed a paint spot and then had the nerve to say it wasn't from the accident when they had just seen/repaired my vehicle 6 months prior, and was lied to and told a engine diagnostic took place after the accident but never did and was told by a older bald gentleman with glasses that they don't do engine diagnostics here. Will definitely find another shop that appreciates the buisness and that would at least point a customer in the right direction if they don't provide that service.

I would 100% recommend heritage collision. Very professional and courteous. Fixed my car in a reasonable time considering additional damage was noted after I dropped it off and they needed additional time to order a part that was needed. When I picked it up and the hatch didn t work, they did not try to extend the time my car I needed to stay, but jumped on top of it right away. Very professional.Service: Body & Trim

We had someone hit our car on the left side, causing both doors to need work. Their insurance chose this place, which was an hour away from us. They had the vehicle for almost a month with ZERO updates. Everytime I would call they would say, "oh it will be done in a couple of days." Which it never was.Got the vehicle back and while it was detailed nicely and cleaned, they didn't install new rubber door stoppers, and the professional tinting job that came with the car was no longer on my window. EXTREMELY annoyed. And to be honest, there's no point in me even calling them about it because I'll probably never get a response.

They did a wonderful job with my vehicle. Took longer than promised, I typically had to call for updates but still did great with my car and I got it back just in time. I still appreciate them for doing their best when shipments with car parts took too long.Here s my before and after!

Communication is absolutely horrible with the service advisor I had. I was assured updates would be given weekly. 3 weeks pass before I decide I should call. 6 weeks of being there I have the vehicle back, still missing parts. Have scratches on parts they replaced. Was told they need to be buffed out. When they told me the car is ready to be picked up they didn't mention it is still missing parts and needs to be "buffed out". The receptionist is friendly and helpful.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I got into an accident earlier in July, had my insurance claim, did a virtual review and chose Heritage. Had a few weeks before a big family trip. Beki, Amy and Halle were great. They always kept me up to date on status. They found more issues versus virtual, got the parts ordered and in house , painted and assembled and truck was ready the day before our trip and it looks great. They saved our family vacation. If you're looking for a collision shop give them a opportunity to help you.

My insurance specifically list this place because of their 15 star review so I m gonna make sure that gets changed today because even the website says you get a free estimate, I called there, and that is not the case. They wanted $75 to do an estimate or to have me simply drop my car off and leave it there and then fix it and we pay for it through my insurance. There was no option of getting a estimate to have my car fixed so I can compare to anyone else though, this lady literally ran me in circles trying to play me like I m stupid and I am definitely not going here.

The people are friendly, and communication is smooth. But the repair job is not thorough. First, after the collision, they failed to identify the broken front wheel bearing on my car and I had to replace it afterwards out-of-pocket. Second, their suspension work failed to reset the bushings of the control arm, which caused a lot of wierd clunking noise over the rear suspension. I had to get them remounted in another shop. Thirdly, they removed my exhaust, but did not reseal it properly afterwards and left it with an exhaust leak. Finally, my parking brake was not repaired properly. Overall, they can get your car back to drivable state, but don't expect them to fix everything properly if you care about your car.

Would have given 5 stars . Great staff, good body work, but management is not up to par. They gave me back the wrong floor matts (gave me Honda and I have a grand cherokee), and then tried to blame the folks who detailed my car prior....the detailer was my jeep dealer, and they gave me back my jeep floor matts. They don't service Honda's. If you make a mistake, own it. I will shell out the 150 bucks for replacing them myself. I will warn others to not leave anything in their cars that isn't "nailed down", or do so at your own risk.

Repaired my vehicle as discussed, little hassle there. Cleaned and detailed the car before returning it.A replaced sensor needed calibration that wasn't done so I had to bring it back in to get that done before my collision warning system would work again.They appear to service a lot of police vehicles, gross

Fantastic job, meeting and exceeding the expectations of a guy who loves his car!Heritage did everything above and beyond. Really impressed with everything from setting up the appointment to the pick up of the vehicle. Left the car fixed and clean and no hassle getting the work done.They're so busy it takes a while to get in, but once you're in, you're set!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
