The service here is beyond awesome! The staff is very friendly and hilarious. I am so thankful for this place. I'm not from the area so I found this place through a google search. It was the best decision I made. My car's starter completely quit on me in their parking lot leaving me stranded an hour away from home. They were able to get my car in and fixed quickly.

Please bring your business here! The service is beyond exceptional at this particular location. I can t say enough about the fine gentlemen running this establishment. The hospitality is above & beyond what you d expect. The associate was able to drive me to an auto parts store to exchange parts, they provided me w a safe, clean, friendly, comfortable waiting environment. These gentlemen are just that, fine gentlemen who believe that treating a woman and all others is TOP PRIORITY. It s a rarity these days so I can t thank you enough. They knew I had an emergency and went out of their way to ensure my vehicle was done correctly and quickly. Tbh, I will never forgot my experience here. It helped restored a little bit of my faith in humanity. Tysm!-Court

Thank you for going the extra mile. Keeping me updated of delays--which is always expected when dealing with a 30 year old car. Could not be happier. Car is running the best it has in years.Over a year later still very happy with car and service. Thank you for fitting us in, once again, for a random oil change and fixing all the other things I told you about once i was there-that I was not scheduled for. Was told my oil drain plug was stripped by the previous place I had my oil changed, and either needed a small flimsy plug to hopefully prevent it from leaking (attached picture is how well that worked), or we needed a new oil pan. We were told that we now needed a new oil pan, for an issue they created.Come to find out, it was never stripped and a new plug went in just fine. Do not take your car to Muffler man. .Chris at the front desk was helpful, do not trust the manager Ross! Don't fall for the scam he runs.Service: Oil change

By far the nicest people on the planet! Great prices. Flynn Even took me back and showed me what was wrong and explained how he was going to fix it prior to doing anything. We went for an estimate on front end ball joints that we were advised by the manager that they were bad and the estimate was $1400. It turned out not to be ball joints but instead a $154 part. Also one of the ball joints had already been replaced. After we received their quote they asked us not to share it with another shop; why? If it is accurate why say that? Be careful if you go there; buyer beware! Who are they to tell us where to spend our money or not to compare prices! So happy we did!!!

There are very qualified people working at muffler man. The experience was great, I've been going to them now for almost 8 years. However, if you hadn't had that issue, then we'd probably qualify.

Muffler Man is a fabulous place of business for any type of work you may have for repair on your vehicle.Also they will take you home while they do the repair on your vehicle.On the second hand if you needed to go to the store to pick up something you forgot they will also, accommodate and help you do so.But one thing I must say that the employees and management at this business. Are very caring and spectacular group of gentleman.I will always take my vehicle here.They are very trustworthy and they get the job done. Thank you

I had a problem changing my air filter, I called them up, told me to bring it in and see what they could do to help, I bought my air filter, they replaced it for free. They were awesome.

I purchased a caliper here, they installed it Saturday. On the way home from the shop the caliper started smoking so I contacted Muffler Man and they said bring it in when I get a chance. So I brang the car back the next day they were open. They took of my tire and said that they didn't put that part on and that someone went to my jobsite, hoisted up my car, changed my caliper, and bled the breaks without any of the cameras seeing. They are saying the numbers on the part don't match up to the numbers on the box and they said that Advanced Auto doesn't even sell that kind of caliper. So I called Advanced and asked them if they sold Muffler Man the caliper and they said they did not. Ended up having to get my car towed to a different place to get it done as the manager was being extremely rude and refused to do the warranty until i told him I was going else where. On my way out the door an employee began screaming and threatened to call the police on someone who doesn't even work there. On the original appointment date they said the part had not yet arrived and rescheduled me for the Saturday mentioned. The part they installed was rusty and had yellow painted numbers on it that I've been frequently told likely means it was from a scrap yard. This business was my go to for mechanic work but after this I doubt I will be able to trust the Cadillac team with my vehicles.

Had oil changed the oil plug came loose loosing almost all of it. Don't know how much longer the engine will last now but we'll see. They did send someone out with oil and plug and fixed it on the spot and was impressed with the young man's capabilities

If I could give zero stars I would. They had our truck for 2 weeks, and it still isn't fixed. When my husband point out that the issue is still happening (engine knocking) he was told "well it's quieter" the customer service was awful ( the guy at the front desk answering the phone was super nice) but the "manager" if you can even call it that was working on our truck is a joke. We were told "oh it'll be done in a day" 5 times in the 2 weeks they had it. We were told your truck will be done at 8AM Saturday amd didn't get back till 5PM that day, after 2 WEEKS of them having it. This place is an actual joke.

Our Jeep had a leaking oil pan. Head mechanic said it would take about six hours to replace. 101/2 hours and $774. later we were on our way home but the power steering didn't work. Tried to call but they were closed. Returned next day and the mechanic said they broke the line while working! I asked why it took 10 hours to replace a oil pan and was informed the head mechanic was interrupted by other mechanics needing advice!DO NOT PATRONIZE MUFFLER MAN in Cadillac Michigan!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Chris at the front desk is very personable and easy to work with and keep you company while you wait. Ross, the manager, was super nice as he explained some extra items he noticed on my truck while working on it. Definitely recommend setting up an appointment as they can get quite busy.

This is my experience with muffler Man I had an appointment Friday so they could put the exhaust on my car it sat there all day Friday was not worked on it sat there all day Saturday was not worked on so I took it home so I lost the days pay and a tow bill for nothing I really think I should be reimbursed. Excuses don't get things done

If u like being screwed go here. They quoted me 350 dollars for my exhaust. Called the Muffler Man in Lake City quoted me 125 dollar. Don't waste ur time. Or money

Went to Muffler Man for 3 decades because of their prompt courteous service and fair pricing. Last April I went in for a new exhaust and next thing I know they're asking me how much oil does my truck take! I told them I don't want my oil changed because 3 days before I just did it myself and used $60 dollars worth of Royal Purple full synthetic oil. Too late, already drained out into the waste oil container. They said it would be free so to be nice I also had all new shocks put on all four corners so they could recoup some. They finish the work and I thought things were cool so I paid the fair price. Went to leave and opened my door and noticed the bottom of my door folded under like they lowered it down with the door cracked open onto a service cart. I talked to Jamie the owner and he said it couldn't have happened here as I looked over at the service cart where my truck was in the bay. By this point I was so fed up and just left. Cost me $500 dollars the next week for body work and paint on my door. 30 years of loyalty and recommendations to this place gone with just one visit. Then the exhaust work only lasted about 2 months!

I paid them $1212 to fix my heater core and when i get it back the abs light comes on , No cruise control ,no dash board lights , my steering wheel tilt doesnt work and they refuse to fix there mistake

Price seemed high but I haven't had my exhaust done since I was 16yrs old. They made sure the exhaust tip was where I wanted it. After he installed it he started up the truck to make sure nothing was leaking.

He's good at what he does. But need to set prices and put them up for observation. A time back he quoted me one price for a tire switch over. So the next week I went for another one. 10.00 more this time. Both quotes were from the owner too.

Jamie (owner) is great. They offer a very cheap oil change service. While they do the oil change they do a complete safety check and inform you of anything that needs repaired. Anytime he has reccomend having something done I have gotten a second opinion and they have never tried to sell me something i didn't need. Honest, best prices, and friendly service. They even do tires now. Complete car care. I strongly recommend them.

I truly like this place the mechanics are very knowledgeable in what they do and that is greatly appreciated as I no longer am able to work on my own vehicles. My suggestion is to anybody that is having difficulties with working on their own vehicles if you find a mechanic that you know and trust like I have in muffler Man.

Great service and prices are very reasonable. Ross is head mechanic and I believe manages the shop and he is always there, so you are sure to be taken care of guaranteed. He is a great mechanic with multiple certifications and I go to him every time I need something fixed on a vehicle

Was told to bring our car in for them to put tires on it at 11:00 AM Monday. We called to confirm, they said they would call us back around 1:00-2:00. At 2:30 we called back to see if we could get in. They said they would call us. We'll it is now 6:00 PM and we still HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.

Went in due to a loose wheel on my vehicle. They couldnt get me in right away but scgeduled me for a hour later. They put my vehicle on the lift and gave me a fair quote for the repairs. While I am still shopping around I have been very happy with the service they have provided me and my family over the years.
