Brought my 2023 BMW X5 M50i in for its first oil change (since the dealer couldn t fit me in for a month). These guys were so incredibly helpful. Because the car is so new they didn t carry the filter and were out of the special oil. I ordered both at a local auto parts store and brought them to Crazy Jack. They informed me the auto parts store ordered the incorrect oil - which would have screwed up the engine. Because there was an auto parts store next door the manager walked with me there to get the correct oil. These guys are so good at what they do. They truly care about their customers and go way above and beyond to make for a great experience. I highly recommend going to Crazy Jack - they are Crazy Good!

Strange experience. Staff is unfriendly. I paid for FULL SERVICE yet received BASIC. When I was told I'm "all set", I ask why I wasn't provided with the full service I paid for. He then acted like he forgot and proceeded to check my fluids, lights and air filter. Next time I'll go elsewhere.

Great customer service and always honest . If you need a place to get your oil changed and not get ripped off. This is the place.My mom went her car light went off needed oil change. But she wasnt due for an oil change per her car sticker. They were very honest. She couldn t believe that they just didn t do it. That is honesty.Iv always had good honest service there.I

Best spot, best people. I get the full service everytime, and they always make sure my car leaves in tip top shape. These guys also won't try to grease you for services you don't need. They've helped me instantly with minor repairs like lightbulbs, blinker lights, tail lights etc.

I was coming home from Saginaw to Birch Run and I had a constant ringing going off in my car, I pulled into the first place I seen off the highway in Birch Run. It was Crazy Jack's oil change. There were three guys working and even though they were busy, they took care of my car right away. It was my brakes and they had to get parts but they did the job in a very professional manner and had me on my way in no time. I felt their prices were very good also. What happened next is what told me that I will always go back to these guys. Just yesterday, I went to pull out of my driveway and had no power steering. The only person I knew to call was the owner from Crazy Jack's, his name is Jason. I called, he answered the phone and told me that he would come to my house to fix it when he closed the shop. So he came and he had to go up and get a part for my car and put the serpentine belt back on. He fixed my car and was here for over an hour and he did not charge me anything. Not one penny! Now that is a very good person to come to my house and do the work and no charge!!! That is a man you can put your trust in!!! The other guys at the shop are pretty awesome too. I will not hesitate to go to his shop from this day forward. Jason really knows what he is doing when it comes to cars. So if you need an oil change or something else....please go visit Crazy Jack's Oil Change on Birch Run Rd. in Birch Run, you won't be sorry!!!!! Seriously one of the best places I've been for work on my van. No trying to over sell what i didn't need. Fixed the issue and let me get a bleed off because i didn't have a screwdriver long enough being i was on the road traveling. Awesome place!

Had the oil changed on my Impala here roughly a month prior. I drive mainly highway, about 100+ miles a day, so I change the oil frequently. I'm local to Birch Run, so I thought I'd give this place a try. The employees were personable, however they need to take a little extra time with their work. I know this is a "quick" lube, but don't be so quick that you tighten the oil filter so hard that my tech I had working on it took over 20 mins to get the old filter off. On top of that, the oil drain plug was WAY over tightened. I even gave it a shot and it barely came out without excessive force. Also, upon arrival, there was a trail of oil coming into the shop for the oil change I had today at the place I'm at now due to the oil filter being SO over tightened that the oil filter gasket wasn't set properly to do it's job. The oil filter that came off from Crazy Jack had an obvious amount of oil coming from the oil filter housing where it meets the oil filter. This was investigated and found to the cause. The shop I'm at now did not cause this, and it's my fault for not catching it sooner. I wish I would have seen the oil leak but it's difficult catching that on a gravel driveway. Lesson learned. I'll never be back to this place and it's a great reminder of why I still work on my own vehicles.
