We were heading up north Saturday morning and our check tire came on right before the discount tire exit. We exited off 75 to Discount Tire when we arrived the tire was almost flat due to a screw. The store was busy but they were able to take care of us and only took just over an hour. Highly recommend this location staff is friendly and organized.

The team at this location is professional and deliver on the service they provide. I purchased my tires online, and they are by far the best price for tire mounting and balancing. I asked that they save 2 of the best old tires just in case of an emergency. They bagged them for me to help manage the dirt so I could get them home. The only concern I had was that it was winter, and the salt dust on my seat and center console from the technician was a bit much. It was easy to clean with a simple wipe down. Maybe they should consider a plastic bag for the seats during this time of the year. Or designate a driver that works in the front sales area to move cars. Just a suggestion. Overall, this is a good team of technicians and salespeople. I would not hesitate to utilize the services they provide. Enjoy..

Used to go to the Waterford location but it s now closed so switched to this location. The service in Waterford was exceptional and the service in Auburn Hills is equally as exceptional! I arrived very early for my appointment, but they accommodated and got me in right away. I had my dog with me (came directly from work) and they were so friendly and fine with him being in the store. They checked everything out, added air and turned the check tire light off. I was in and out very quickly. They didn t even charge me for the service or for their time! Both the man who checked me in for the appointment and the man who delivered my car back to me were so very friendly and professional. I ve been extremely impressed with this company and have recommended them to everyone!

Kyle and Matt are awesome! Kyle was the first to greet me as soon as I arrived. He helped right away and answered all of my questions. He was very nice and I didn t feel rushed or like an inconvenience. The next day I came in and Kyle remembered me and helped direct me to Matt who also was very nice and helpful. Whole experience was quick and easy. They paid attention to detail and made sure to check the rest of my car to make sure there were no issues. Thank you guys! 10/10

Fast, professional and knowledgeable. I ran over a screw in the road in the front driver's side tire; I heard it and confirmed it after pulling over. I drove immediately to Discount Tire, arriving one hour before closing time. The parking lot had many cars coming and going, the lobby was busy with numerous customers and the car bays were full. I only waited in line for a few minutes before being cheerfully and professionally greeted. As we walked around my car to assess the remaining tread on all of my tires (my request), the attendant told me that I had plenty of tread remaining (no upselling, just an honest appraisal). He discovered a large bulge as we approached the passenger side front tire that I hadn't noticed. I appreciated this young man's honesty and concern...that bulge could've resulted in a blow out. Although they were fully booked and clearly very busy, he assured me that they would get me in before the employees left for the evening - on a Friday night. He told me that it would be about a one hour wait, but estimated they'd get the car in the bay by 6:30 pm. I did have to wait for my turn and did so graciously. Just before 6:20, they got the car. Three attendants worked on it, one checking and filling tires, and two others removed the front tires. They finished working on it within 10 minutes, even spraying and wiping down all of the tires with a glossing agent before bringing the car to me, with a smile. I had driven 23 miles from another city just to get to this Discount Tire and they didn't disappoint. Every employee there is a super star! Thank you!

Got a nail in my tire. Called ahead to see if the could get me in. I was told no problem come on in about an hour wait. I have a warranty on my tires so I went to the closet location to were I was at. Was told after an hour an a half an my truck still wasn't pulled in that there were appointments ahead of me. I get that working in this field myself... but then keep the customer updated on that not make them sit here an wonder what tje he'll. I have a Dr's appointment that I am going to have to cancel because not looking like they are getting it taken care of in the next hour... SMH

Needed a tire fixed and taken care of and they did the job. Place was super busy so took about 2-3 hours to get everything done. Service was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you're in need and in the area.

Great place though they are super busy. I looked for tires during black Friday sale and decided to call them instead of ordering online. They were able to beat their own online pricing, plus they extended their quoted sale price well after the same was over. I worked with Isaac and he made the experience worthwhile.

Great place for wheel/tire replacement. I had the pleasure of speaking with Anton Krause who was extremely knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to help me get exactly what I was looking for for my Tacoma at a reasonable price. I will definitely be recommending this place for anything wheel related. I got new tires installed on my Ram and they had let me make an appointment, they were on time and also have an app that gives you updates. Pricing was very affordable. The staff was kind and professional.

It's such a long story, I will not bore you with it. I have bought many tires over the years from Discount tires, the last set was never sealed properly causing the tires to leaking allowing water and salt to get inside the wheels causing corrosion. They won't take responsibility . I have been giving so many different excuses over the years, yes years. It's just ridiculous. But they always want to sell me new wheels.So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

These guys are great. I've been here a few times throughout the year thanks to the job I have. I end up with stuff in my tires frequently. And they always seem to come through on bailing me out of a jam.

Came in to get a tire patched waited an hour after my appointment time for my vehicle worked on. Not a big deal but my problem is how my vehicle was returned to me.. I brought my vehicle in with no mud on the interior but it was returned with mud on the steering wheel, cups holders, both front seats, the driver seatbelt and wall near seatbelt, my glove box, my cars manual, door handle and the door, oh and don t forget the mud in the trunk. Pictures are after they had wiped the vehicle down and thought they got it all

I've been coming to this Discount Tire Location for over 10 years. Their customer service is always the best and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They will also give you great advice over the phone. I always purchase the Warranty Certificates because they're more than worth it. I've had to use them a couple times and it beats paying for a brand new tire. I always schedule my appointments in advance and haven't had any issues.

Been regularly coming to this place for tire rotations, switch winter/summer tires. Amazing service, barely any wait time. Have never had to wait overnight for service to be done always same day pickup for me.Great place to go to.

Took my car in to get a tire patched. Got it patched but some smooth brain decided to not tighten ANY of the wheels after they rotated them. Car was shaking like crazy one at got over 40mph. Secured them myself and the problem is gone. My car is 26 years old and this could have destroyed my suspension so thanks for that

I have always had great experiences at Discount Tire. Yesterday, I was greeted at the door by Dustin. He went right outside and took all my information. My car was in the garage within 5 minutes. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I was in and out, with two new tires, within 45 minutes.

Call Belle Tire Costco Walmart Midas and Sam's Club got the best price at Sam's so Discount Tire beat the best price by 50 bucks!! And Isaac was so great he got my car in and out even though they were swamped great manager he could teach the manager at Belle Tire a thing or two !!!

Joe (Manager) and his staff were top notch. It was packed in there due to all the pot holes wreaking havoc on everyone's tires, but they were very speedy in their service. I went in for new wheels and was in and out in around an hour. While there, they serviced at least a dozen other people fixing their flat tires. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided to me. I would highly recommend this location.

Only reason I am giving this location a 4 star is because they price matched my tires when I did a price comparison. Speaking of which that is important to do. I saved over 60 Dollars per tire price matching!Staff was very friendly and helpful.Made an appt and car was in the bay within five min after the appt (Awesome)Was told how much time it would take, and it was nearly spot onOnly issue I had is they removed the balance weights from one of my rims and after taking it in twice to have them address a slight shaking problem they could not fix it. (Did not know to replace the weight balancers.Service: 3 (Only because tires were not balanced properly and could not address)Staff: 5Price: 4 (Expensive but they did price match)

An appointment time only gets you a place in line. They finally started my service, a simple tire rotation, 1.5 hours after my time slot. Update: Walk-in and out in 1.5 hours.

Nov. 2023I really appreciate the works done by this store. quality service and good price. I had bought 1 set of all-season tires and 1 set of winter tires. each year I change twice free of charge as I have all the tires on the rims.sometime the waiting time is long but if you come into store very early, they can complete your work much more quickly.below is 2021Today the guy of this store help change my 4 sets of tires with rim free of charge. It is a big surprise as I always paid 20$ in Honda dealer during past couple of years and even one time $50 in Costco. I had visited this store twice before to get the new tire in 2017 and 2020. All the services are awesome. Thank you again!

I cannot say enough good things about Discount Tire.Once, I dropped my car off in the parking lot at 10pm. The next morning, i called to explain and set an appointment, but they saw the flat, read the license plate, looked up and found that I had bought the tires there, rolled out a Jack, and fixed the tire already!Today, I popped in 10 minutes after closing time to set an appointment for a new tire. After picking one, Michael, the associate, gave a wry smile and asked if I wanted it replaced now. 10 minutes later, I drove away even further impressed by Discount Tire's commitment to going above and beyond!

got screw in my tire, replace all 4 tires was supposedly better all season tires then stock, spun out first snow fall, told them the story twice they didn't care, told them a 3rd time and the guy told me to come back black Friday for 15% off plus a not satisfied with my previous purchase discount, I said ok.Month later snow is due so I go ahead and put brand new snow tires on and these rims are $400 each and they all scratched up now ...Never had this before been going to this discount tire years, even my dad goes there all the time. I'm not going back anymore.
