I've never been here but am familiar with the industry and any review in which the customer thought they would get an oil change for less than $72 and brought the filter should be discredited. Amazingly ignorant person. In order for a business to survive and be able to continue serving people, the employees need to get paid so they can get by and continue working. Amazingly disrespectful people nowadays.

I just moved from Canada to the States. Had a thorough inspection for my Nissan Pathfinder 2017 in Canada a few days ago to pay off my lease. Everything was perfect. They did the state inspection for me and failed the vehicle. They said that the exhaust pipe is leaked, the parking break is not working and the front tires need to be replaced. I told the guy that I got this vehicle inspected in Canada a few days ago and everything was perfect but he insisted that there are more stringent regulations in MA. They tried to convince me that I should get this work done by them but I did not agree. I got the tires changed from a tire shop and took the vehicle to another shop for the other 2 works. I showed the report to the other guy, he checked the vehicle and said that there is nothing wrong with either the exhaust or the parking break. He charged me 35 and passed my vehicle for state inspection.Dishonesty at its peak!Will not recommend anyone to go there ever.

Come in asking for an oil change already having the oil and filter of my choice to be used, an old and extremely RUDE man tried to charge me $72 for it, ridiculous!Found another mechanic place nearby with a way better customer service and paid a fair price for it, had my car ready to go in less than an hour

I found an honest good place to get my Ford escape repaired . The staff was very pleasant. They charged me a price that was more than fair and the car was ready when they said. Highly recommended!

The entire team at Main Street Citgo delivers quality automotive repair and service all the time. Highly recommend this business for any type of auto repair and maintenance. I'd give it 10 stars given the chance!

I went there to get my inspection sticker and they determined that the car needed front end work. The showed me the shake in the wheel which was less than what I would expect that is needed to replace a ball joint. When I examined the used parts the rubber bushing in the ball joint was not warn. The ball joint was cut in half with a torch to make it look as if it were in bad shape. There is no need to cut a ball joint in half to remove from the front end. I feel as though I was taken advantage of by not knowing or being able to check with a dealership the amount of play specifications acceptable for the front end. My $35 inspection turned into $350 and I'm still not convinced that it needed replaced.

I go to this station every year for my inspection. I have been there twice during covid. They make it easy to get the car inspected in a safe way. I highly recommend them.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation, I was charged 215$ that should speak for itself. Won't be going back
