Kelsey's is a very reliable, honest and professional auto body business to work with. They did an excellent job repairing my badly damaged car. Jimmy Kelsey kept me updated on the progress of the repairs which I appreciated. The car looks brand new!! Thank you.

Had car fixed up mid summer 2023. The shop had personal issues with my insurance adjuster and I was put in the middle. Unprofessional conduct at front desk and from staff. I'm disappointed because I had heard good things. Work done was decent to ok. Not going back.

The Team at Kelsey s Auto are impressive. Whether you are having body work done to a new vehicle or classic, they do awesome work. They also rent vehicles and the overall professionalism is noteworthy.

Took my Nissan Altima here at the suggestion of the other driver's insurance company after a minor collision. The service was super friendly and helpful in doing business directly with the insurance company - I didn't have to think about a thing! Quick drop off and easy rental. The repair time was a day or two longer than expected - but they were coming off of a backlog of damaged vehicles from a storm - so it was to be expected. No issues, work was as promised. Thank you!

Not a great experience. Rear quarter panel replaced on 2019 truck. Overspray on frame rail and other areas. Did not reply as how to resolve the overspray. Asked about bumper being out of placed without any images was told I hit something, Kelsey's said they would resolve this but never did. No communication back. I won't go back. 3 out of 10. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional.

I recently was hit by someone and sent my car to Kelsey's knowing their excellent reputation being in the auto industry myself, and was not at all disappointed. The whole process was handled very professionally beginning to end. They had my car in the shop within a week, and out looking better than before I was hit. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could and I will definitely be sending my customers to Kelsey's for repairs

When I did my research, was told to go to Kelsey's, they would fix me right up with a rental car. They only take Visa or Mastercard, my Visa card is attached to a checking account and they could not take a debit card.I am traveling across country in a private airplane and they couldn't take my Visa card. Called Enterprise, gave them my loyalty number, reservation was made and car will be there upon my arrival.Maybe it will cost me a few dollars more, but the convenience made it so much easier.

They re all incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars they work on and rent out. My aunt works there too so sometimes I just pop in for a visit or to get a question about my car that I have. I m always happy to see everyone there and look forwards to seeing them the next time I drop in.

Thanks a lot to Nancy, very helpful and smiling, who has find us a solution to have a car for seven in one call ! The car was clean and full of gas. And Nancy stored our bikes during the day of rental, great !

Got into a car accident. Took my truck here. They were quick and it runs as good as new! Super nice people. Would recommend them
