Im so over this place. I purchased a car from here January 2022. It was a decent experience besides the salesman using my number from my application to ask me to go out for drinks.I never received the tire lock key. So my tires are locked on.I go in for routine maintenance and they crack my side mirror and expect ME to pay for it. The manager tried to bully me because I am a woman until my boyfriend comes in and suddenly it s all set.During this time I order a tire lock key and they said it will be in a week and they NEVER call me. I call and no one knows of my order or what I m talking about.Fast forward to October 4 2023 my boyfriend orders the key and they say 10 business days. We call back after 12 business days and it s still not in.Here we are November 2 2023 and still no tire lock key. I ve been trying to get this thing that SHOULD come with the car for going on 2 years. Extremely frustrating.

I always have nothing but professional encounters at this location - Service Angel Rob has seen my 2010 Honda Odyssey once or twice in the past making him a familiar face when I arrived at this location for my latest trouble.Initially I was there to get some work done on my van (I had been experiencing some electric issues due to the rain getting in the van somehow)Now before I took it to Rob I did stop at Janky mechanic shop that has also previously serviced my vehicle and up until this incident I ve have had not bad experiences with them ; once Rob the Professional sees the car visually he is instantly phoning me about the appeared damage done by the Janky mechanic. Of course he gets a second opinion and it turns out to be a total loss.With the little online shopping I did sources bring me right here to the fabulously professional yet personal Parkway Honda dealership (where awaits my future 2019 odyssey exl).I consult and schedule a meeting with Emile from sales , never mentioning my awaited totaled van. This Gentleman directs me to the amazing Karen who honestly has the best energy ever. Karen was supper patient and honest through the entire process. I got to look at about 3 odysseys , already knowing what I want , and I end up getting approved (for the one I was willing to settle for) with poor to fair credit and an average paying job I was shocked !Then as the day goes on my lovely mother arrives with some more good energy and things just start getting better ! Immediately Karen and mom click and we re back to discussing the vehicle I initially wanted.Adam, the most patient professional I know, helps me (and now my mom) with the financial assistance I needed boosting the odds and my confidence. Along with some reassuring statements of encouragement from Emile all during my time waiting and processing in both service and sales!I left with the van I wanted ! I m so happy and grateful to all the staff and powers that be that made this all possible for me and my family. I was able to get rid of the old and drive away in a total upgrade! My children looooove their new van and so does the dog - it s just wayy more roomy and modern of course !Thank you to everyone at Parkway Honda ! Bathrooms are always clean and coffee is always strong and hot just how I like things to be! It is such a Huuuuuge pleasure and relief to be able to do business with such authentic informative and patient professionals.Please give Emile (sales), Karen (sales), Adam (finance), and Rob (service) a raise and a extra paid vacation, these are the type of people we need to keep happy and healthy so they can keep up the great work !Services: Auto body & trim repair, Electrical

Went to this dealership to get a new CRV, and was helped by Stephanie Velasquez-Cruz. She not only helped me get the best deal out there but made sure I got the vehicle on the same day. She was super friendly and respectful. One thing to note was that she was very knowledgeable about not only the vehicle I purchased but in general. Definitely recommend this dealership and her as your main sales person.

My experience with Parkway Honda in Westroxbury was very bad, I went yesterday to change the oil for my 22 Honda Odyssey, I bought it from them last year, and the service guy recommended to me to rotate the tire and I said okay and I paid for it and I knew there was a nail in my tire, when I took the car back from them I saw the indicator for the tire pressure had never changed meaning they never rotated my tire so that meant the nail was never removed from the tire, and I went back to them and another service guy tried to convince me that they had rotated the tire and that the indicator was incorrect and he was very rude and he thought this is my first time driving a car, and then I went back home to check if the tire had the nail, and that had meant they didn t rotate anything , I paid for the rotation and they didn t do anything so I went back to them and I spoke to the manager and he had taken the car back inside and he removed the nail from the tire and rotated it which should ve been done the first time . He also corrected the amount amount of pressure in the tire. The report I got from the first time I went back there said they rotated the tire and they checked the air pressure but they never did.

I came to Parkland Honda Saturday morning without an appointment because I had flat tire and open door warnings. I was greeted and assisted by Angelis, the most knowledgeable, helpful, and warm person. My car was fixed the same day, and to make things perfect, I was offered a complimentary ride. My conversation with my driver Lous was the best thing happened to me on that day. And it goes without saying that my car repair was satisfactory. As far as dealers go, I must say they get a so far,so good.So the lical #Quirk #GMC dealer did NOT do right by my sister and I so I am making good on my promise to take the other three sales elsewhere... until they make it right Yes, you heard me... we were a group of 5 potential sales that they botched when 1 & 2 came in credit-ready and serious to buy. We left with our trucks but a bad taste which is sad because I bought my last two cars with our #Quirk dealer. Long story for another day.By the by- buyer #3 just bought another Acadia, just like my sister and I, but at a different dealer = loss #1 of 3 for our old dealer friend and counting...So buyer 4 decides now that he may stay with the Honda brand so we pop in here at Parkway.So far, so good!* Greeted right away.* They have a children's room, cafe space for complimentary tea/coffee/cocoa... no coins or tokens needed.* Sales team is DIVERSE! Young to seasoned staff and culturally a bit of everyone in every way you can think of.* The energy seems high but not forced. The team seems authentically collegial and engaged with each other.* The salesperson knew their stuff on the cars and did not play the gimmicky car sales games. He gave solid numbers up front while giving us room to discuss what we were looking for. He targeted inventory availability right away that would fit the bill.* The pricing and payment options before the credit pull was visually clear and offered a few options up front based on a mix of terms and down payments (no, "let me pull out the calculator again" on non-trackable slips of paper to try feign extra work/effort or time to buy loyalty).* At the time of the credit pull, the finance team gives the salesperson a clear 3-bureau report with visuals at the top. It's great for consumers to know the information received by the dealer in full up front. There are no "Let me check more lenders" or " pull another bureau" game. Which brings us to...* They use FICO 8 which, IYKYK, is the most flexible option for consumers now. They don't play with you by pulling the numbers from a more conservative FICO model to make money on the back end with their financing arm. Plus, again, they give this straight to your salesperson, so you are communicating with one person... no "back office/front office" pressure.Our buyer needed to crunch some downpayment options with the home team to make sure he's making a solid budget adjustment, but everything is in place to close the deal once that is done.We didn't have a chance to review all the way through car delivery just yet but again... so far, so good.Unfortunately, unless #Quirk gets it right, they lost two out of the three serious sales so far. My tribe comes in with the power of group sales so this should have been easy.Thank you Parkway for treating us seriously whether we were one or many with respect, solid numbers, clear financing and transparency.

They made no effort to accommodate their mistake in anyway. They mentioned a discount but it was the same price quoted on their website. Miss the Prime/Rosenberg way of doing business. I think the new ownership is from New York and they really don t care about you. Very sad.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Came for state inspection.Before the inspection an employee disconnected battery, and tried to sell a new one, stating the battery was expired/oldThe car doesn't have any issue with the battery. This isn't part of the inspection.Failed inspection because emissions were not ready (b/c the battery was disconnected).
