Always treated with respect and as important as all other customers even on a simple sticker inspection. One time they checked an electrical issue and didn t charge me. I recommend them.

I have been going to FALMOUTH, car motors for many years and Rich and Jamie has been very great to me and my Vehicle.. they offer very great service and very good hospitality when you go there with coffee and snacks and drinks in the waiting room and TV to accompany you while you are waiting for your vehicle..

The staff is the best. Quick, efficient and friendly. Jamie and his crew have worked on my car many times. They are on target when diagnosing problems and correcting the issues. The estimates are in line with current pricing and occasionally the work comes in under budget, which is nice. I have found my car repair guys here at Falmouth Motorcar.

I would give this place 10 stars if that was an option! We were in town for 5 days and on the 2nd day, accidentally hit a fence and bent the bumper into the tire and couldn't drive it. After calling numerous places, and being in the car for hours, these wonderful people took our car, fixed it within an hour, and charged us a very low price. These people were kind, helpful, fair, and honest. I highly recommend them!!!

I was out of town visiting Falmouth from Cleveland and my car had an issue. I took it to their shop, Jaime was very helpful and efficient. This company is very focused in customer service. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

My transmission failed as I was going through the drive-through at the local bank. My friend had previously recommended Falmouth Motorcar for some maintenance, so I called them. The owner, Richard, drove to the bank and confirmed that it did indeed have a failed transmission. He immediately arranged for a tow to Falmouth Motorcar. The following�morning they called me with an estimate. I called the dealer and Falmouth Motorcar was at least half less.� I was so impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable service that I plan to return for all my car care. It's nice as a female to find a trustworthy service shop.

I have been bringing my car to Falmouth Motors for years. I have a 2016 VW Golf and no matter what I need (oil change, inspection, tires, etc) I have received excellent, efficient and courteous service. Found a nail in my tire. They took me right in and fixed the tire right away. The customer service manager Jaime, and mechanic Richard, were both amazing. This is now my go to repair shop in Falmouth!Service: TiresService: Tires

Took me right in for my inspection on a whim. Did not have the windshield wiper I needed to pass so they ran up to another location to get one so I could pass. Price was right and they were honest and went above and beyond. Really happy I choose here for my state inspection.

Theives at best. Avoid this place at all costs. I learned my lesson. The 'work' they did on my vehicle needed to be done again. They don't stand behind their work. Only interested in cashing checks.

I use to have my old car repaired here, then I purchased a new 2016 Jeep from O Hara motors . I recently stopped in to have O Hara just check a sensor light that went on. All new people and the service department only wanted to get me to check the wipers the oil change. Not at all like it use to be when you could stop in like a friend and they would stop and focus on you. I was given a quote asked to sign giving them permission to service my car. Then told just to look at it would be an additional $149.00 . They knew I was there to have the sensor light checked and if need be replaced. Why the extra money ? Generally you bring your car in to be checked they call you tell you the problem and price and it s done. I walked out and went directly to Tim at Falmouth Motor. He was as always kind, caring and explained everything. No extras or blind sides. Got me a ride to and from. Fix the problem it a few hours. Gave me his AAA discount and as always treated me like a friend. Quality service welcoming and above all the price was another plus. So I will continue to go there going forward and know I can trust Tim and his wonderful crew. So disappointed in O Hara . There more interested in the quantity rather than the quality of care.Service: Electrical

Don't bring your car here unless you don't care about fair and reasonable pricing! Came to Falmouth Motorcar needing to get my cigarette lighter working so I could use an air pump. All it needed was a fuse replaced, nothing else. Total bill $89.!!!!!!! That is not right no matter how you see it. Despite my protest he would not budge on this huge overcharge. Will never go there again even it's the only shop in town. Not to be trusted for fair pricing.

So twice I got a quote and once I did the job myself saving 459.50 that took me an hour to do and the other time I had another garage do it for a couple hundred cheaper. I would still go there if I had to if the price was right.

professional, friendly, honest my experience with Joe and his team has made me a loyal customer. This is my second visit for repairs. I have a `12 year old car that I expect to have some issues. I was pleasantly surprised each visit with Joe's assessment and fair pricing and estimates.Also, his customer service was so helpful in providing me with use of his shuttle van the first repair (overnight) and then his team member bringing me back home while my car was being repaired the second visit. Location easy to find. Very happy customer.

Great experience at Falmouth motorcar. The service manager Tim is awesome at explaining in laymen terms. Good communication! Great guarantee too. I would definitely recommend going in and seeing Tim if your vehicle needs service. He will take very good care of you and your vehicle.

I got An inspection on 8/31/2020 at 9 am and was failed for a high beam which is fine I fixed the high beam and came back on 9/25/2020 and passed after inspection the guy Tom I think his name was behind the counter says it s been over 60 days we need to charge you again I pointed at the paper that clearly says I had gotten the sticker less then a month ago his response was take it up with the state.I pleaded with the man that you can clearly see that s not right and he said it s not my problem take it up with the state. They are screwing people out of there money especially with everything going on. That is wrong on so many levels. I will be calling the better business bureau and everyone I can about this. My fianc� got her car fixed there by my recommendation and will be telling everyone I know to go elsewhere with there buisness. I would give zero stars if I could.

I've been here twice. The first time they would not pass me for inspection. Gave me a Red R sticker and made me pay. I brought my car to another auto shop -- passed with flying colors. Another time I asked them to install a battery for me. They told me they could not do this unless I purchased the battery through them. I purchased the battery 20 min before and was told any auto shop could install it. I have no idea how these things work. I pleaded with Falmouth Motorcar and I said I would pay an installation fee and sign anything waiving a warranty as I was desperate since my car was barely starting. They told me they couldn't help me. For a mom and pop "townie" auto shop I expect more. Totally unacceptable and I'll never go back.

Don't go here. They are just trying to rip you off. I brought my car to Falmouth Motorcar to have the starter fixed. I needed the car in a hurry so I brought it there instead of my own mechanic because AAA recommended them and said they could get it in the same day. They didn't even look at the car until the next day, and then wanted to charge me $611 to replace the starter, which is heinous for such a basic repair. Even the subaru dealership quoted me $100 less than that. After they failed to fix it by when I needed it, I had it towed to my own mechanic who fixed it for $350. Then they charged me $116 diagnostic fee even though I already knew the problem was the starter when the car came in. They turned the tow truck away that came to get the car because I hadn't paid the fee yet and it took me over an hour to get another one. Take your car literally anywhere else. It will certainly be cheaper... even at the dealership.

The people was great with myself and my grandaughter. They were a bit slow, but they was busy. Our job got done , and we was very pleased with them.I am from another state, it was a relief to be treated as one of the regulars.

Quick and professional replacement of a leaking AC line and system recharge. If in the area and needed, I would definitely use them again.

Tim from the Falmouth shop was extremely helpful, budget conscious, and delivered on his word. Would highly recommend this crew. I had to have my exhaust system replaced, and could not be happier.
