Mark is truly one of the most ethical and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever used and I am so glad he was recommended to me by a friend who uses him too. He always, yes, ALWAYS, tells it like it is, and continually does what it takes to keep my 16 year old Audi A8 in pristine operating condition at a reasonable cost. I can't say enough about Mark's diagnostic skills. My trusty Subaru was having a weird intermittent starting issue. It never left me stranded, but sometimes wouldn't start for 10-15 minutes at a time. After two trips to a dealer and two days at another independent mechanic, I was no closer to understanding the problem or finding a solution. Mark patiently and purposefully worked to diagnose and replace a failing sensor and bring my confidence in my car back to 100%. Oh, and he's a nice person also...

Great service! My alternator died and I called around the area looking to get it fixed. Many garages wouldn t give me an estimate until I brought the car in and they looked at it. The few estimates I got were extremely high except for the one I got from North Andover Auto Computer. Got a fair price and got the job done quick. I picked it up yesterday and am very pleased with the service I got. Will definitely be taking my car back here if I have any more issues!

Been taking my vehicles to Mark almost two years now for regular maintenance and large repairs. Literally the nicest guy in Andover. Treats me like family and it's always a pleasure to see him. TAKE YOUR CAR HERE NOW. Love this guy.

I needed a pre-purchase inspection for a car that I was going to buy. I found this place just as closest to the dealership knowing nothing about it except a few reviews. I have been really delighted with the work that Mark did. He investigated a car from top to bottom and gave me a long list of defects which have to be fixed by the dealer. The price was really low .Now I would like him to make everything for mine and my relatives' cars.Thanks a lot, Mark!

Mark was able to diagnose a vibration in the front end of my Mazda3 Sport th@ no one was able to figure out, other mechanics thought it was controll arm/ball joint issue. They were way off! Saved a bunch of $$$I will be coming back for future work to my car.I recommend others to use this shop.

I have been going to this place ever since I got my first car, Mark is a great meachanic and I will keep going here until he retires. I have had 3 cars so far and everyone has gone to him and my cars have lasted a long time.

I had previously been working in Virginia company sent me to North Andover Massachusetts to do a construction job two other mechanics could not find the skip in my truck took it to mark and he found the problem put spark plugs in and one coil was bad the other mechanics did not find problem thanks Mark I appreciate it truck runs like new
