I happened to come upon Murray s while taking a trip. Had a slow leak in a tire, was prepared to buy one if necessary. They were honest and able to repair my tire, which they could ve easily sold me at that time. I never give my feedback, in this case, it s important to let you know this business has integrity, staff was very friendly and I made my trip and back with no problems with my tire. Thank you Murray s for making a stressful situation painless and having me back on the road in record time, that same day!

Was referred to Murray's by my coworkers. I went in with an impaled, flat tire right before they closed hoping it could just be plugged. Phil was very honest in his diagnosis, and had me a new tire ordered and put on by lunchtime the next day. Very reliable, very fair, and great customer service all around. I stayed at the KOA down the street from here, and I realized that my tires needed replaced! I was so thankful that they were available on a Saturday, and had the tires I needed for my 2 hr trip back home. I don't know what I would have done without them! They got me in, were kind and courteous, and I was out the door 40 minutes later with my 2 new tires at a reasonable price! Thanks again! I was driving home from a 10 day road trip, finally within a couple hours of home and.... Battery light started flashing. Stopped here because it was the closest and most decent looking place and boy did I luck out! They had to SOLDER a piece of my car back together, they got me in and out and safely on my way home in TWO FREAKING HOURS and didn't even change me an arm and a leg. My only regret is that this place isn't closer - I need a decent mechanic in my life since my old one closed, and I'd become a loyal customer to these guys in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for making sure my vacation ended on a good note!

Murray's went above and beyond today for us. Below is a picture of what was in our rear drivers side tire. I called them today at 8:30am 1/21/21 to check our tire it has lost air. They made time for me to look at the tire. Now they had there day already booked up and they were able to pull that our after taking the tire off the rim. Our tires were discontinued so he suggested a hanook tire. He has to order it because of the size. It came in around 3:15 pm. They had it mounted and ready for me by 4:15pm. We were so glad to have our car back so soon. There are other tire places around. We are so thankful they were able to for us in. They also vacuum and covid-19 sanitizes your car before you get it back. This is a locally owned and operated family place. Help the small business owners and keep our hard earned money in the community. We would highly recommend them for work in your car.

My son was there for over 2 hours to get 3 tires mounted and balanced and another repaired. The tire was not able to be fixed so was swapped with another one he took there. Only one tire was taken off the vehicle and put back on. The bill was $121 to do this service won t be backService: TiresService: Tires

My family and I we re driving down 81 from NY when the tire pressure gauge on the dash gave a warning for low pressure. Sure enough we had screw in our tire and needed a repair at about 4:30 on a Friday. I googled auto shops near me and Murray s Tire & Auto was the closest one, I called and they were able to help us out immediately, with no hesitation - which is awesome and very much appreciated!! Super fast fix, great customer service, and very friendly to an out of towner, we legit waited 10-15 mins tops for them to pull the screw and patch it up for us - they saved the day!!I didn t catch the name of the mechanic that helped us out but wanted to say thank you very much!!

This place is a rip off and completely dishonest of their prices. I called in to have ONE tire mounted and balanced. He told me it would be $8 to take the old one off and $8 to put the new one on. I thought that was a reasonable price so I went in to get it done. AT THE POINT OF CHECKOUT he told me the price was $41 cause there are a few other BS fees that were not communicated to me before the service was rendered. $41 to mount one tire is completely ridiculous. Steer clear of this dishonest business.

Let customer know what is going on with repair and are going to follow up with additional service they think auto could use example clean fluid etc. waiting on email of additional service and cost. Repair on shocks was completed in a very short time. Thanks for explaining everything seams like it is A ok at this point we were told it may need a new compressor but as of now seems to be fine.(Score 10 out of 10) Great Service !!!

I am always very satisfied with the work they do and the price they charge! The mechanics are always honest and up front with any problems with my vehicle. Very polite and explains things well to someone who isn't car savvy such as myself! I love Murray's and it's "Dad approved!"

We got an oil change package where they checked out our car as well. They of course found a couple things that needed maintenance but did not push for us to get it done right away or even with them. I found them friendly, knowledgable, and trustworthy. We will most likely use them for the follow up maintenance as well as for future oil changes.

Very good place to go for all of your tire needs. I think they do other services here also, but I have only been for tires. Honest, reputable business.

The best Precision Tune Auto Care that I have experienced. Honest, quick, and inexpensive. My first choice for an oil change in the area. Never more than half hour wait while either my car or truck is serviced.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation...guy said he didn't recommend rotating the tires so we told them not to. The guy still charges for the tire rotation....then tells me he wouldn't give us the lower oil change price unless we paid for the rotation....in short...GO TO MIDAS $19.99 GETS YOU TIRE ROTATION AND OIL CHANGE...An oil change with this guy will cost you @$30 Poor business practices.

I would not recommended this place to anyone. October 2nd I had my windshield replaced and left. As I was driving down the interstate, my hood flew up and busted my hinges, my hood got bent, and my windshield liner got pulled out. The gentlemen failed to close my hood all the way and said it was good to go. I took it back and the owner said to leave the truck and they would fix the damages. I said just the hinges and the liner. It sat for 2 weeks when I came back and needed it for work, untouched. Then numerous times throughout the months of October to January I left it for appointments that the owner scheduled with me. Everytime, truck was untouched. December 25 I called and left a message about taking the guys to small claims court, and he offered to do the truck on Tuesday January 2nd. He did do the windshield liner but failed to do the hinges. When I picked the truck up Tuesday night, he told me to bring it in today, Saturday January 6th, and it would be priority. I left it sit all day and had to pick it up for work. It is still untouched. I never received a phone call from him at all. I would not recommended this place to anyone at all for any work. Either him or his 3rd party workers.

Fantastic - full service, filled the tank and our tires, same gas price as Sheetz and all the others, didn't even have to get out of the car! Friendly too.

Beware!!! There are much better places to take your vehicle.they had my daughters vehicle for almost a year before Phil settled with me. After I had to threatened to file a small claims case. Stouffer's is a great place and Justice jeeps in Williamsport is another great place if you got Jeep.If you read this and still go to them, you deserve what you're going to get.

Took my car for a sound issue was told its drivers bearing. Got a quote to replace it. They stripped my axle then decided to tell me and try to get me to pay for it. Then they decided it was the passengers bearing and didnt replace the drivers side then told me i had to pay more for the drivers side that the original quote was for. I am in favor of supporting small businesses but this is one i would not recomend.

Was just there recently wit a tire problem found out I needed 4 new tires plus some other car parts that were getting ready to die..Phil came over to me and explained everything to me..I RECOMMEND this place totally..definitely a family owned business they even make u feel like family..THANK YOU PHIL..THIS IS DEFINITELY MY GO TO PLACE WHEN I NEED CAR WORK!!!
