Fair, honest, and excellent technical expertise. It is rare to find a mechanic that is trustworthy and incredibly good at what they do. I have trusted Francis Automotive over the years with several vehicles and always walk away impressed with the experience. Highly recommend.

Simply the best that I have ever seen. Honesty, good workmanship and fair pricing keep me coming back. I wouldn't even think about going to anybody else. I am a car guy and I know what I am talking about. I have personally done many automotive repairs myself over the years and Jeff is the only one who I trust to do it better than I can do it! A friend recommended I take my car here, and I'm so glad I did! These are good people. They diagnosed the problem within two hours, double-checked that I still wanted to proceed with the projected cost of labor and parts, and got everything running smoothly by the end of the day. I also appreciated the small attention to details -- they vacuumed my carpets and set my clock to daylight saving time. Overall, I felt well taken care of and was happy with the price as well. I will definitely be returning in the future for all my car needs!

I was recommended here by a friend and oh boy am I glad. My 5 series was giving me trouble that I thought was a super expensive fix. They were honest with me and told me it was a much simpler easier fix and recommended me to a place that could preform the service. I will only bring my cars here from now on, good mechanics are hard to come by but these are the people right here!

I saw that Francis Auto had 26 five star ratings so I thought I would give them my business. I was not disappointed. They installed a mountuneB3 performance package on my focus st and it runs great. Professional and friendly. Work done on time and at cost. I can't say enough about the quality of service and people at Francis Automotive. I've been taking all my vehicles to Jeff & Michelle's shop since I was 16 years old, so almost 18 years now. They've always taken care of me, have been clear about the work that needs to be done and I trust their advice/expertise 100%.Today the starter went up in my car and even though they were technically closed, Charlie found a way to get the car fixed back to me the same day.Thanks to all of the people at Francis that have helped me out over the years!

Such a great experience. Needed my car running and they were able to get to it right away. Super nice and easy to deal with. I m so grateful! And they even vacuumed and wiped down the interior!! Amazing work.... thanks!!!

Great service. Honest and hardworking. My first experience with Jeff was more than 20 years ago. My VW Passat broke its timing belt under warranty. VW would not cover it and wanted to charge $8k for a new engine. Incidentally, VW did a recall on the timing belt tensioner about a year later. Regardless, I was in a tough spot. Jeff rebuilt my engine, including replacing bent valve stems, he also took my cracked cylinder head to a local shop to weld and machine. I have never been so happy to have an $1800 bill, but it was a bargain in comparison with the alternative. I have used Francis Automotive as my main repair shop since then and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

In my experience Jeff is an excellent mechanic, always prompt, and very fair in his pricing. Over the last ten years he has done a few jobs for me and I was pleased each time.

Since moving to Westminster I've gone to a few auto shops around. Last year I found Francis Automotive and they are so professional and reasonable, definitely the place I'll continue to take my car.

I knew Jeff before there was a Francis Auto , he and his wife Michelle have become good friends an whenever someone I know needs auto repair I will send them there with confidence, I take all of my vehicles there and have nothing but good things to say about there business and business ethics

Had an '02 SUV and Jeff advised me that it was time to walk away from the car instead of shelling out more money to repair it. Not many in the industry would've have done that.
