These guys were great. Repaired the starter on my manual Mazda in no time. We called them in advance with the issue so they already had the part ordered and ready go. The whole thing took a day and the price was amazing, and I left with a good sense of trust in the work. I will bring all my vehicles here in the future. Also love the location.

Recently my 21 year old car was overheating and I called Tom. He gave me instructions how either to drive it successfully the 35 minutes to his repair shop or when to know to stop and get it towed in. Thankfully with his instructions the car made it under its own power. I thought I needed the whole radiator replaced, but Tom and his team told me I only needed to replace the radiator cap. The repair part was only like $30. At the same time I asked them to check everything in the car and after their review they told me my brakes and everything were fine. In summary, they were honest with me.That s always been the case. I have been going for a check up at least once a year to them for at least 15 years and I have always had a very good experience. My car is now the aforementioned 21 years old and I feel like I have spent a very reasonable amount to get it to that age.Over the years they have sometimes told me optional ways to improve the car s driving performance and when doing so they clearly and honestly explain the pluses and minuses.The repair shop was previously in Gaithersburg and that s where I started taking my car more than 15 years ago.In summary, Tom and his team are very honest people and do a great job at a reasonable price.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Tom and team are great to work with. They are prompt, proficient, but most of all, they are honest and trustworthy! They are not looking for a quick buck by selling you parts or service you don t need. I m happy to have a great service center like this in the neighborhood!

Olney Car Care always takes care of all my cars. I just schedule an appointment or simply walk in and always leave with a good experience. They have great prices and a friendly staff. They back up all their work and make sure your car is good to go. Check them out, you won t be disappointed.

Olney Car Care diagnosed my problem for free (unlike some other places in town, that wanted $140.00 just to "run the codes" from the car's computer), then gave me an estimate that fit my budget. I needed a complete replacement of wires that rodents had chewed up during the winter. Olney Car Care finished the job quickly, and for half the price of their estimate, too!Services: Transmission, Auto maintenance

Amazing experience. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The prices and very reasonable, and the techs are honest and compitent. They were able to keep me informed throughout the whole process and even came in early to finish my car for an important appointment I had to get to. I am super happy with my experience and highly recommend them

First time coming to this place. My car needed front rotors and brake pads. I called to check if there was any wait time and the gentlemen asked me to come in right away. He told me the cost of the repairs and he ordered the parts. Very fair prices!! I sat there and waited for my car. It was done in less than 2 hours!! I would definitely recommend this work shop!!

So I went to this new auto shop (Olney Car Care) this morning to get my oil changed and install new air filters. They were quick, efficient, and very thorough. I normally don't write reviews but the whole experience of customer service, quality and efficiency, and cost was all amazing. It s hard to find a shop that s honest with you about what s going on with your car. If your having trouble looking for the honest guys in a mechanic shop look no further than Olney Car Care. I went to a mechanic near my house because my car wasn t starting. They told me I had to do 2 things and replace my starter and alternator. When I decided to get a second opinion I went to Olney and the guys assured me it was just a bad starter. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day ... @ a lower cost than the shop I previously got a quote from. 5 stars go to the mechanic shop with honest employees. Thank you guys ! For not ripping me off during the holidays.

This is a one stop shop! We bring all of our cars here for MD state inspection and The team here is OUTstanding! There arnt enough thank you s in this world for Olney Auto Care!They always get us in and out quickly! If it wasnt for them, We wouldnt sell many cars. Prices are reasonable and they will take care of you. When we sell cars, we refer our customers to Olney.Thanks Vick and Mr Minoj!

I took my 2002 Mini Cooper to the Olney Car Care Center based on another person s recommendation who told me they are "upfront, honest, know cars, and will provide good service and was very glad I did. I particularly enjoyed talking with Vick, whose business model is based on building a good relationship with the customer through honesty, quality, and fair pricing, and I can vouch for this. They repaired my passenger side window with a new motor and regulator, installed new speakers in the front door panels, and changed out the differential fluid. The work was all done to a high standard and for a very fair price. Highly recommended!Service: General repairs & maintenance
