It was my first time getting my car serviced at any Midas location today and it s been amazing! Jeff and his team made sure all my car needs are taken care of. Jeff also took his time explaining to me what s going on with my car and he made sure I understand what s needed to be done. They are very transparent with pricing and were very welcoming. I will definitely come back for my next car service.

I ve been coming to this location for over 3 years now. Every time I m not waiting long and the service I receive is very customer service friendly. Also, I like that it s convenient to my home. Jeff is always helpful and he even taught me new knowledge about my Jeep. Thanks

Jeff has amazing customer service! He was thorough in his inspection and carefully explained everything he was going to do and also offered payment plan options. He went above and beyond to make sure I was safe driving in my vehicle and I can t thank him enough for putting my mind at ease. My car drives as smooth as it did the day I first bought it. I went to Midas today and Jeff is the best!! Each time i spoke with him on the phone prior to meeting him, he was always very pleasant and professional. I had the honor to meet him today to get work done to my vehicle and he was still the same. Not often do you meet employees at locations, that are overwhelmed with work, that still keep a pleasant attitude . Midas Owings Mills location, give them a try if you need car repairs

Jeff staff member , I had an amazing experience with the person who helped me with my oil change. He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. His knowledge and kindness really stood out, and he truly went the extra mile to assist me. I highly recommend their service!

I received excellent service from this team 3 weeks ago. I scheduled for an appointment online and the next morning I had a call from Jeff to confirm my appointment. Jeff was very patient with me when I came in to have my car serviced. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained in detail why the work was needed. He even went the extra mile to show me what was wrong with my car and I know not too many repair shops do this. The other team members Phillip and the Manager Danny were also kind and attentive to my needs and concerns and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and like family. This repair shop has earned a new customer! Keep up the GREAT Work!!

I went to this location a few weeks ago after a disastrous brake job from Mr. Tire Owings Mills. Jeff and his team cleaned up and corrected the previous repair and I was charged $80 less that I paid Mr. Tire. Today, I took my car to the Honda dealer because I had no AC. The estimate was $1,139.00. I immediately took the car to Jeff who fixed my AC for $312.00. I am a customer of this Midas as long as Jeff is there. He is thorough, honest and fair.

Jeff and Phil were great. Last min oil change before road trip. Upfront about cost and loved the customer service. The check point is good also they told me everything I need to get addressed in the future and specified importance. Thank you Midas

Jeff, hands down one of the best car service experience I've had! Thank you so much for working on my wife's car! I'm very thankful that I was referred to your shop, you have a great attitude and solid customer service! Jeff was quick to call me after dropping off the car to let me know that a part I had just purchased/installed myself was defective and let me go to the shop to get a free replacement under the part warranty. I really appreciated that since it saved me $130 bucks for a replacement. He also went above and beyond by replacing the pesky spring clips on all the coolant lines with nicer worm clips and had my car ready that same day-just like he said he would! I'll definitely let your shop work on my cars going forward, I haven't had a leak in the last 3 weeks since I've visited!

Nobody WANTS to get their car service, but if you must, this is the place to go. Phil and Jason saved the day for me when I really needed a super fast oil change, and everyone I saw and heard working and interacting with other customers was thorough, kind and patient. I will absolutely be here again.

This Midas location was very efficient and transparent. Had my car in and out within an hour, and saved me over $1,000 relative to a nearby competitor. I had my brakes, tires inspected, and a synthetic oil change completed.I will be bringing both my cars here from now on. Highly recommended.

Come to Midas on Reisterstown rd and come ask for Jeff! He is amazing. He handles all my car needs. He is very nice, he gets right down to business and whenever you need him, he s available. The best mechanic ever!

This is my go to shop for all my car needs. I have a Honda accord and I would rather come here, than go across the street to Honda. Everybody is so professional, so efficient and accommodating. I can t thank Jeff and Phil enough! They definitely make me feel like a valued customer. Jeff is awesome! He took care of my car needs. He wouldn t let me drive off with a part that he didn t 100% trust, so they had to find replacement. This happened about 30 min to store being closed, and Jeff and crew were more worried about getting my car fixed then going home and closing shop. Came back for oil change, and when I was ready to pay, he told me it was on the house. Great team and great service. Thanks Jeff!!

A great auto shop! I'm a recently new car owner so I'm happy there's such a place that will tell you straight forward what things are, how it runs in the car, what it does, etc. If a place is willing to say "hey buddy...if you want to fix this asap, we will refer you to a competitor" is saying something. I heard of places where it's "sale sale sale, anything to make a sale, repair, etc." But this place isn't one. Shout out to my boy Jeff for helping me with me!
