This is a great, trustworthy shop. They have repaired a number of tires for me and recently did an alignment and tire replacement for a reasonable cost. Most importantly, they take the time to listen and explain. Too many shops skip those steps to the detriment of the customer. I will definitely return to Mid-Valley for car and truck repair.

Mid-Valley Auto &Truck Repair should be everyone's go-to destination for servicing their vehicles. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and time-efficient. It is such a refreshing change to go to a shop where they take the time to explain the work being done, all with a smile on their faces. We have taken two of our vehicles here in the last week, and we're super satisfied with the work performed. I will never take my cars anywhere else! They are super professional, honest and hold up their end as to services. I have never been told something needs to be done that isn t really due. I absolutely love them!

Quite simply there is no other shop that I would take my car to be worked on. Bob and the staff are honest, they go above and beyond and help me plan a maintenance road map. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

I wrote a review a while ago, but wanted to assure any newcomers it is still an excellent business. We have been using them for 25+ years: dependable service, reasonable rates, honest evaluations, and super customer relations. They are always glad to explain in whatever detail or level of auto knowledge (zero, in my case) is needed. We have recommended them to many friends through the years and they have all had similar experiences.

We've taken our Toyota 4Runners, our Range Rover. They have always treated us with respect, they let us know what we need for repairs before they do it. Very honest people!

We have been using this repair shop for over twenty years, and they are exceptional in every way. Bob, the manager, is always helpful, courteous and patient with the myriad problems that our various cars have had. The repair staff are all excellent, too, and all are willing to answer any questions or concerns with language that is understandable. They have provided excellent, timely, service for myriad repairs, simple and complex. They will also alert you to future issues that are looming, or the recommended maintenance for each car based on its make, mileage, and wear. They have given extremely helpful advice when we have been purchasing vehicles. You will be treated like a neighbor they are glad to help, and will have confidence that your repairs are done by honest, earnest, experts, who are watching out for your wallet as well as keeping your car in excellent running condition . They are the perfect neighborhood car repair shop, regardless of how far away you live!

I found this mechanic shop after I had a bad experience at a pretty reputable shop. I am glad I found Mid-Valley because they are very informative and make sure you know what needs to be done and what it will cost. Bob has always been very helpful and very fair in their pricing and work. I will always use Mid-Valley Auto from now on. I am very happy I switched mechanics!

Bob is so honest!! I went in there POSITIVE my alternator was shot. After testing everything he found loose battery connector cables. He reset all electric components and charged me A VERY FAIR price. I m blown away that he didn t. UP SALE or charge me for unnecessary work. He is 1 in a million as far as car repair ships go. Bob runs a tight ship at his shop! I've taken every car I've owned to him over the years and have been nothing but satisfied with the quality of work done. Prices are reasonable and there's no pressure to get needless work done. I would definitely recommend Mid-Valley to anyone needing auto work done!

Our family has been using Mid Valley Auto since we moved here in 2000. We have had nothing but great experiences when dealing with Bob and company. Great service, quality repairs etc.. Bob also went beyond the call of duty regarding helping us with a warranty issue on one of our vehicles. I got 4 new tires and an oil change here, all for a reasonable price, and the work was completed in about an hour and a half. My car is in great hands with them, and the service manager, Bob, was a huge help. When you are trusting an auto place with your car, you are really entrusting them with your life. This is the type of place where I want to put my trust. I'll definitely be back for all of my auto needs.

I have used Mid Valley many times and have recommended them to friends and family from Hagerstown and as far away as Falls Church, VA. They are honest, fair and do quality work. I've asked for things to be done thinking they were necessary only to be told the repairs were not necessary. Hard work, fair price and honesty who wants more than that?

Cant recommend this place enough. Bob and his team are true professionals.No up-selling unnecessary work. Honest opinions on upcoming maintenance items with thorough explanations. Reasonable rates and quality service.My family has been taking our vehicles here for a number of years, and we will continue to do so.

I have been using their services for over 15 years - been a customer since they were at the old location in Myersville. THE most honest repair shop I have ever seen. Excellent staff, led by service manager Bob Misko, with great technicians. If you want an honest evaluation, courteous service, good prices, and absolute integrity, this is the place. I won't take my car anywhere else for repairs. I love these guys!

Bob and the crew have been working on my vehicles for more than a decade. They've replaced engines, satisfied warranties and handled a bunch of troubleshooting that had me buffaloed. Most recently, I had them inspect a car I was about to buy from Fitzgerald. Their write-up provided the proof that resulted in new tires (FREE!) and a few free upgrades without an upgraded price. I have dealt with Mid Valley Auto since 1990 (30 years). In that time period they have serviced and maintain my family cars including: '85 Accord, '94 Taurus, '95 Accord & a Civic, '98 Maxima, '02 Avalon, '10 Forrester and '12 Outback. All but the last two vehicles had some major repairs that were precisely analysed, moderately priced and expertly repaired. I was a mechanic for eight years in the late '60's and early '70's. I have enough mechanical experience to know the value of a job well done as has always been my experience at Mid Valley Auto and Truck Repair.

I have been to Mid-Valley many times with a number of vehicles. Bob and the team there are excellent. They really understand how to diagnose the problem and how to fix the problem the best way possible. They also are excellent at explaining the what and why of their work. Can't recommend them any more highly. They are the best!

We discovered Mid-Valley a few years ago and we take all four of our vehicles there, including our diesel truck. I first discovered them because I was looking for a dealer who sells Amsoil, which is the best synthetic oil you can buy. I wanted the best oil I could find for our Cummins diesel engine. They carry a complete line of Amsoil fluids and filters. They also offer extended life oil and filters that can save you unnecessary trips to the shop every couple months for an oil change.The people at Mid-Valley have always taken all the time necessary to first understand our problems and then explain our repair options. They are more than willing to quote a repair price using original manufacturer (OEM) parts, as well as after market parts. This is important to us because we are maintaining several older vehicles. Regardless of whether it's an oil change or a major component replacement, their work has always been superior to other shops we have dealt with in the past. Recently our Chevy 3500 Silverado needed an instrument cluster replaced and they saved us a bundle on a factory rebuilt unit. Customer satisfaction is a top priority with these folks and they have always treated us fairly and honestly.

We are always pleased with the quality work that Bob and his team provide. They stand behind their work and are not ones to "find" things to do once they have your vehicle. Although our repair (rear brakes) ended up being quite a bit more than we anticipated they pointed out some issues that could have been catastrophic if left undone. The rear axle was broken and hanging on by some threads. The repair quote was spot on and the price was fair. Thumbs up to this place and we will be repeat customers in the future.

My wife stopped by to get a brake job done. They do not have a standard price list and would not provide my wife with an estimate for a brake job in advance of doing the work. I have never done business with this establishment before. It appears they expect us to trust them with no basis for that trust.She decided to go to Fountaindale Auto instead. I can't speak to the quality of Mid Valley's work but I can say they were not easy to work with.
