Severna Park Auto Body was a great choice to repair my rear fender that was damaged from being rear ended. Everyone was friendly and very communicative by phone and email. The estimating process was quick and easy and the repair turned out great. The on-site mechanic was even able to change my oil and check my breaks while the car was there. Overall a great experience!

Severna Park Auto Body was on a list of repair shops provided by my insurance company and I'm glad I chose them. Everything from my initial phone call to them through the repair process was excellent (the staff was friendly and helpful). They provided my insurance with the estimate and handled all the documentation directly with them. The repairs were made promptly and my car was ready when originally indicated. The work they performed was excellent and I am extremely satisfied. I would definitely use them again, if needed, and highly recommend them to anyone needing body work on their vehicle.

So, I m an idiot and stripped this bolt when I was installing a bed rail in my truck. I got it jammed up really good and couldn t get it out. They agreed to take a look and squeeze me in the schedule. They tried a couple of things and eventually realized that another shop might have better tools to remove it without damaging the rail and bed liner. They offered to still give it a shot using a different method but I declined so I could try another specialty shop. They gave me a reference and didn t even charge me for taking a look. I don t expect that every time but I think it says a lot about them when they ll recommend possibly another shop that s more suitable to your problem. I ll be more willing to trust them in the future because of this experience!

I would not go anywhere else for autobody repair! Severna Park autobody is excellent. My car looks brand new and my car was ready as promised. Jeremy, Desiree and Scott are very helpful and they keep you posted on the details as well as when to expect your vehicle to be ready. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Severna Park Auto Body! They are kind, responsive, and honest when assessing what is needed and making recommendations for body work. On top of that, their work is well-done and top quality. I even stopped by for a minor dent and they fixed it immediately, free of charge! I highly recommend the team at Severna Park Auto Body, especially Jeremy!

Extremely helpful! Stopped in to get an estimate for a piece of loose trim. He came out and looked and fixed it on the spot, and wouldn t take payment. Appreciate the honesty and kindness!! Would definitely recommend and use again.

My insurance company recommended Severna Park Auto Body last year when I hit a deer. When I had another mishap recently, I knew where to go. They do great work for a fair and honest price. Try to avoid hitting deer, but if you do, get your car body repair at Severna Park Auto Body.

The team at Severna Park Auto Body is very friendly and knowledgeable, and we greatly appreciated them advocating on our behalf with the other driver's insurance company, and keeping us in the loop on the status of our repair. I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience at Severna Park Auto Body in Millersville. I want to share my concerns regarding the quality of service and repairs I received.1. Tire Replacement and Brand Switch: Shockingly, upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that my front two tires had been replaced with a different brand without my consent. This demonstrates a complete disregard for customer preferences and raises concerns about their integrity.2. Intake Damage and Inadequate Repairs: To my dismay, I found a significant hole in my intake system after the repairs were completed. This points to a lack of attention to detail and insufficient repair work.3. Mishandled Front Bumper: Despite the damage being limited to the back bumper, the shop inexplicably removed and improperly reattached my front bumper. An inspection by another mechanic revealed that all the clips inside the front bumper were broken, resulting in a noticeable gap near the front headlight. Such shoddy workmanship is unacceptable.4. Vehicle Downtime and Post-Service Issues: Astonishingly, my vehicle was kept at Severna Park Auto Body for a staggering 18 days. Regrettably, as soon as I drove off the lot, my car started overheating. This sudden issue, occurring immediately after the repairs, is deeply concerning. Prior to bringing it to their shop, I had experienced no such problems during the two months of owning the vehicle.5. Potential Racial Profiling: I can t help but raise my concerns about potential racial profiling during my interactions with the staff at Severna Park Auto Body. While this aspect alone doesn t reflect their technical expertise, it is crucial to address any discriminatory treatment within the customer service experience.I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to Severna Park Auto Body. Their unprofessional conduct, substandard repairs, prolonged vehicle downtime, and potential racial profiling experiences make them an unreliable choice. We came here for a fender bender repair and the customer service has been top notch. Our insurance was being a pain, and Scott at Severna Auto Body worked his magic and was able to keep us in the loop the entire time but also get the funds released for us. I definitely would recommend Severna Park Auto Body, if you want a no hassle, fair price company.

Great work and great service! I was in a fender bender and I took my Range Rover there on a recommendation from my best friend. They are so nice and easy to work with and they did a great job! They handled the insurance so it was very easy for me. Scott is awesome. He explained everything to me, communicated in a timely manner. I hope I don t ever need them again but will def give them my business again if needed.Service: Body & Trim

Used Severna Park Auto Body after a hit and run accident shortly before Christmas. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and caring to me and my particular situation. The work on my vehicle met and exceeded my expectations. Hope to not need their services again anytime soon, but would 100% use them again, if the need arises. Highly Recommend!

My family and I have been going to Severna Park Auto Body for years and they have always done a wonderful job fixing our cars. They are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They keep you updated with the status of your car and get the job done in a timely manor. They also stay up to date on how to fix new cars that have new technology in them. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any work done to their car.

Definitely did not disappoint! Jeremy, Scott, and the rest of the team made it super easy for me to get my car fixed up, they explained everything crystal clear and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Always have had an excellent experience here, from dropping the car off or waiting while the oil is changed, to more significant work for my older Camry. The staff has always been very friendly, and in particularly Phil, who's even picked me up and given me a ride into the shop when my car was ready. Their prices seem reasonable, and their advice always seems fair and straightforward. Although they're closed on the weekend, they make dropping the car off easy to do. I was really glad to have found them so close to home.

Severna Park Auto Body Where do I start? My words cannot articulate the gratitude I have for this shop. From day one they had been upfront, honest, and went above and beyond what a normal store/company would do. Because of their treatment, I would highly recommend them to everyone!I took my 2015, Blizzard White Toyota into Severna Park Auto Body after having to deal with a horrible customer experience with Toyota. Toyota uses defective paint, which they will not acknowledge and at the time of my drop of you here, I was really unaware of the defects in the paint Boy there s a major issue with Toyota! Regardless, the simple patch job on the roof, turned into my entire roof having to be sanded down, new primer and new paint. Because this required more work, and many more labor hours, Severna Park Auto Body kept my cost down as much as possible, and worked on even getting Toyota to assist in reimbursement. Since then, I ve been contacted by Toyota Corp. because of the letter Severna Park Auto Body sent and I have an even better chance I will be reimbursed for the work done on the roof. Oh yeah, that defective paint job by Toyota is still an issue that Toyota is now taking care of now for the rest of the car I only wished that they would have been able to complete the full paint job on the rest of the carI give them a perfect 10 for their work, customer services, and all around decency! Thank you for everything!

Working with Severna Park Auto Body was great! I needed to get the top of my roof repaired after hitting the antenna. They made it a very easy process and my car was ready on the day they said it would be and in a very timely manner. I would recommend Severna Park Auto Body to friends and family!

Recently got my front bumper replaced here along with some headlight work. The price was the best out of the 3 quotes I received and the service was excellent. They do a good job of being upfront about everything. I had some complicated repairs due to incidents I was not at fault for, and they performed high quality work within a reasonable amount of time. They always responded to my phone calls and emails when I needed to ask for updates.

I m one of those people who always read reviews but never leave them. With these guys, I decided to make an exception. The insurance company gave me a list of auto body shops they recommend, and this was the only one on the list that didn t have horrendous reviews, and after using them it s easy to see why. They replaced my rear bumper after a fender bender. Only took them a couple of days. Job looks perfect. Customer service was excellent. They even cleaned not only the outside of my car, but vaccumed out the inside as well. With 2 small kids, I assure you that s no pleasant task. I hope to never be in a position where I need to find a body shop again, but if I am I know where to go.

The staff at Severna Park Auto Body are fabulous. I am an extremely detail oriented and picky person. Having had body work done in the past at other locations, I fully expected to have a similar experience where I would have to have my truck back to the shop at least a couple of times after the initial repair for the corrections AND I fully expected the truck to be completed later then the delivery date quoted. I was wrong on both counts. The work was impeccably done down to every minute detail. They finished on time, within the quoted rate, and with exceptional quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great work. Great service. Easy to deal with. On time, in budget as discussed. It all went as discussed with Scott beforehand.I didn't know this place existed until I needed some body work from a collision. I took a chance on them as they seemed to have favorable reviews. Could not be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again.And, my car looks great!

I worked with both Jeremy and Scott and both were great! They took care of everything and Jeremy went out of his way to ensure all parts of the repair were 100% and as convenient for me as possible. And when I had questions, the response time was amazing...Jeremy has replied to my emails after hours more than once. A great team that I won't hesitate to recommend.

Severna Park Auto Body has a great team that really knows how to repair cars. We have had a small dent and scraped paint on a fender, to a crumpled front end repaired there and they have always made the repairs efficiently and so thoroughly, you would never suspect there was any damage ever done to the car. They know how to handle insurance claims and get the work done when they say they will. What more could you ask for?

The body shop is excellent, I had an accident and didnt know how to handle everything, my car was towed in to Severna Park Auto Body where I was meet by Evan Grube, the shop estimator. He handled everything for me and got me into a rental car.. the shop manager kept me informed of the repairs and had the car cleaned inside and out. It was a terrific experience.
